Magical mountain home! This new 4-bedroom home, completed in July 2018, sits nestled above Carrier Park with sweeping, panoramic views of the mountains and the French Broad River. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only 2 miles from downtown and one of the best locations in Asheville city limits. The house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. The house comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with three king beds, four twin beds in bunk bed style, a pull-out full-size couch and Queen aero bed. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds. The Rad Pad is a bright, cheery and quiet space, designed for two. The studio is 600 square feet, with 11 foot ceilings. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there is you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom. Heat up leftovers in the the kitchenette. There is not a microwave cause it's Asheville. we aren't into microwaves. Slow down, enjoy the good vibes of Asheville & the RAD PAD.The spaceThe Rad pad is one huge studio open space with milk stained wood ceiling and large exposed beams. The shower is floor to ceiling subway tile with a rain shower head. There are concrete floors throughout. The kitchenette has everything you need to make a meal, (but not a microwave, cause it's Asheville. Microwaves are so 2005.) The bathroom has two specific areas, a shower area with sink and nice table for toiletries and another space with the toilet and another sink, with drawers for clothing or toiletries. The bed is a super comfy queen with memory foam pillows and down comforter. We also provide slippers for our guests to relax in. There's a smart TV, and there's amazon prime along with some local channels and some TV+ channels. If it's nice out, please enjoy the front porch of your pad and the provided chairs & table, too! It's a great spot to bird watch and enjoy the vibrant East West Asheville!Guest accessPlease PARK IN THE REAR of the home...proceed up the driveway and around the back & park near the posts. Please don't block the driveway. We use the driveway too.There are steps that lead you from your parked car to the back entrance of your loft! If you have bad knees or having trouble with steps let us know and we can tell you about the alternatives.The key Pad code is ****** (will be provided when you book) then the bottom lock button on the digital lock.Other things to notePlease NO SMOKERS or pets. We are a short walk from sought-after eateries, breweries, and coffee shops and just a 5-minute drive from downtown Asheville. Make Gnomaste your hub from which to enjoy the best that Asheville has to offer. Our home is new construction in a charming historic neighborhood. Get the best of both worlds: enjoy desirable West Asheville while enjoying the comforts of a new home.Gnomaste is a guest suite located on the ground floor of our home. Guests will have access to a parking pad located steps from your own private entrance. Your bedroom comes equipped with an amazingly comfortable king bed, a love seat, a smart TV, a dedicated work space, a small kitchenette, a private bathroom, closet, small dresser, and patio for your private use.We live onsite with our 3 children and a people-loving dog so we may see each other and interact a little, but we will do our best to allow you privacy. When we designed and built this house, we added noise reducing materials to ensure you an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our home is on a quiet and very walkable street. We are a 2-minute walk from Sunny Point Cafe (best brunch in town), Itto Ramen Bar and the Oyster Brew House. And a 5 minute walk from The Hop Ice Cream, Jargon (amazing high-end restaurant and bar), 9-mile (Jamaican food you have to have), The Whale (serving the beers that beer snobs love), Haywood Common, The Universal Joint, Westville Pub, One World Brewing, and Thai Pearl.A 10-minute walk gets you to Owl Bakery, Gan Shan West, Pizza Mind, Archetype Brewery, Short Street Cakes, Urban Orchard Cider House, and Hole Donuts. By car, we are 5 minutes from the River Arts District and Downtown Asheville, 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway, and about 15 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport.We ask our guests to check-in before 11pm on the first night. Please do not book if you cannot check-in by 11. We provide off-street parking for 1 vehicle and on-street parking is very limited so please only plan on bringing 1 car. The last picture on our listing shows the parking pad (most suitable for small to midsize cars) and walkway to your entrance (the blue door on the side of our house).We provide a couple of days worth of consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee...etc). Bennett features a spacious and comfortable living room, an eclectic dining room, a gourmet fully-appointed chef's kitchen, two peaceful bedrooms, a period-correct, and historically renovated ultra-modern bathroom, a shared front porch with rocking chairs, and a private back porch. Come and enjoy the historic Bennett Suite of Inn on Westwood which is located in the heart of funky West Asheville. West Asheville is known for its hip, vintage, and laid-back vibe, with local restaurants serving up comfort food, music venues booking up-and-coming acts, and shops filled with yet-to-be-discovered treasures. 非常新的酒店，設施很好，房間很大，酒店大廳設計很現代舒適，前台服務熱情，提供Valet停車，費用30刀一天，服務很好，Asheville市中心大多酒店需要停車費另外付款，15-30不等。酒店位置在downtown，去周圍老城區中心7-10分鐘步行。去很有名的Grove Acade衹需要三分鐘。如果住市中心，Indigo是很好的選擇，攜程價格略低於其他平台。

빌트모어를 방문하기 위해 여기에 머물렀습니다. 체크인할 때 호텔이 붐기 때문에 시끄럽고 불편한 주차장을 향한 방을 얻었습니다. 하룻밤 묵고 매니저와 이야기를 나을 때 그는 화해했고 우리를 멋진 전망이 있는 더 높은 층의 더 멋진 방으로 옮겼고 예약에 포함되지 않은 아침 식사가 포함되었습니다. 나는 호텔에 정말 만족하고 여분의 밤을 머물렀다. 조식 뷔페 서버는 너무 좋았고 다음날 아침 내 음료를 기억했습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

酒店設施非常新且非常乾淨，設計也很現代且人性化。地理位置也很好，周邊有很多連鎖餐廳，出門就能買到，所以彌補了沒有早餐的遺憾。但是幾乎所有房間都有冰箱、微波爐和電爐，所以自己買食材做飯也很方便。
