Noisy — very little soundproofing. My first room was infested with “stink bugs”, but they moved me to another room and it was fine

It’s was a nice hotel. Great breakfast in the morning with pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, juices, a yogurt dispenser! It was cool. They do have a pool but we didn’t go in it. We got there about 10:35 pm for a gymnastics competition the next morning. We checked out at 7:15 am. Loved it, will be back.

Room layout was great. Clean, great blackout shades. Large bathroom, modern and clean. Good hot breakfast. Convenient location. Will stay again next visit.

We enjoyed our stay in this eclectic hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and all if the staff were very friendly

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, I hated the barn door style bathroom door. Customer service was extremely lacking. This hotel tried to look nice but skimped on the things that mattered. Overall the price was the best part of this. The pool is also cold.

It was my second time staying at this location. For both my stays, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was happy to receive an early check-in. The parking is extremely convenient. The entire hotel looks to be very clean and modern. The mini fridge and microwave were very clean. The wifi was great. The bath products were good. On Day 1 of my stay, the breakfast offerings were refilled so they lasted until the end of breakfast time, but I don't think breakfast was refilled on Day 2 of my stay, and some breakfast items were running out. Thankfully, the hotel leaves some of the drink machines on 24-7 in the breakfast area. If I recall correctly, hot and cold water, coffee, and tea are available 24-7, but the juices are only available during breakfast hours. My only other complaints are that the thermostat is a bit hard to regulate, and I was either a bit too hot or too cold. The mattress and towels are on the cheap side. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We loved the location and the fact they didn’t hold a deposit. Would definitely come back!

Was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The breakfast has a wild variety and they keep it staffed constantly. Only downside was thin walls to where we heard our neighbors tv all night, but who knows, maybe he just had it on the highest volume. It is a little away from downtown but not too far and I would stay there again.

This hotel is close by to Biltmore, but it’s far enough away that you’re not in all the chaos. It’s very modern, updated, and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. I have absolutely zero complaints. I stayed here solo with my 3 kids, and I felt safe. The only issue (according to my kids) is that the indoor pool needs to be heated. Otherwise, STAY HERE! It’s well worth it. If we return to Asheville, we will definitely stay here again.
