엘리먼트 애슈빌 다운타운(Element Asheville Downtown)

It was a perfect from check in to checking out! Staff was amazing,very helpful! Great location and clean and comfortable hotel.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is super clean and modern. Hotel has great amenities similar to apartments. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice. Bathroom was good size and fully equipped. Walk-in shower gets two thumbs up but the water pressure at the sink was deplorable. Even turning both taps all the way on did not change the pitiful flow. Shampoo and conditioner are provided via dispensers on the shower wall. No little bottles to throw away at the end of a stay. There was a kitchen area - sink, filtered water tap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishes, metal tableware, can opener, and wine bottle opener and cooler. Eco-friendly paper cups and glasses everywhere. No plastic or styrofoam. Breakfast had range of offerings. There are a lot of tables spread out. Very bright room with walls of windows. Also has lounge area next to the dining area. It seems that the coffee bar is always available. People could get coffee and hot water during the evening social hour where they offer a wine and beer on tap. Parking is interesting. There are a few spaces inside, mostly handicap. Outside parking is shared with two office buildings. There is a big sign (with small print) that says something about parking in spaces marked hotel parking. Apparently this is not clear (because who is going to stop and read all that verbiage before parking? ) Cars were parked at the ends of the row of spaces at the front of the hotel. I was always able to get a space in this row so I don't know how many of the spaces down the hill are hotel. (College Street is a steep hill.)

Spent three nights. Hotel was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Some of the best staff I’ve seen, props to them. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Asheville.

Hotel was beautiful. Front desk staff were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Wish there was a bar that was open in the hotel. Would have definitely taken advantage of that. Reasonably priced for what you get. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this hotel! I had somewhat low expectations because of the exceptional price, but this place hit all the marks for my family. Every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy. Parking was easy and, while not free, was quite cheap. The room had an excellent setup (including a medium-sized fridge, stovetop and microwave with pots and pans, plus dishes and flatware and even a dishwasher) and was very clean upon check-in. Free breakfast provided several options and was in a large, open space with lots of tables and couches to sit at. The beds were REALLY comfortable, and there's a large top-floor patio with a view of the mountains and city that we spent a fair amount of time on because we all enjoyed it. Location was good as well (although Asheville is small, so it'd be tough for anything to be too far out of the way). Any time we come back to Asheville, this is where we'll stay.

Nice and clean hotel. Noticed no ice machines but found out upon checkout ice is available in lobby. Breakfast was average. Would stay again

Omg this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a variety for breakfast and the food was amazing. I almost forgot about the view that’s was a sight to see. The mountains looks so amazing from the room. I highly recommend this stay.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. The hotel is surrounded by highways so even on the top floor it is very loud. No problem if you have earplugs. The hotel shuttle service (Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 10pm) to downtown and surrounding areas is fantastic.
