My unit has been upgraded with new stainless steel ceramic top stove, granite top counters, a new king bed in the master bedroom and fresh painting with cheery ocean colors. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves and the boats going out and returning from the marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. At times you may see the dolphins running! For those who like fishing, you can fish right off the pier in Rudee's Inlet or go across the street and arrange a deep sea fishing expedition. While most will want to enjoy the beach, the property has an indoor pool that is kept at 84 degs. year round. The lobby is large and with an expansive view of the beach. Please view all the pictures. This is a two bedroom two bathroom unit at the Ocean Key Resort. This unit sleeps six and features two twin beds in one bedroom, a living room with sleep sofa, and master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. A second bedroom is located off the living room. The unit has a kitchen with full sized fridge, four burner flat surface cooktop, and combo convection oven. This unit is 750 square feet in size and located on the fourth floor. All two bedrooms units in this resort are located on the 4th floor. Rentals from this listing and myself as an owner feature free bike use and beach chair use. My family & I recently stayed at this property, and the service was awesome!! We would definitely book here again!! To speak on why we would...One of the elevators was out of order, which is beyond their control, so to make the unpleasant situation pleasant; guests were provided with snacks and soda in the lobby while we waited for the elevator ... in addition to this dilemma, the water lines had to be tested, and the hotel was without water pressure for a little while; with that being said, guest were informed arrangements had been made so that we could use the neighboring hotel .... all the staff was extremely nice and I especially appreciated the security of ID check before a room key was given ... because there wasn't a hot-tub, I will give this hotel a 9/10 ... Wonderful booking

However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel.

Elevator was broken so it took a very long time to get wherever you needed to go within the hotel. Food in hotel was good enough to eat if you don’t want to leave. & the location is perfect if you want the mix of the calm and l beach shopping. And a few blocks up there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Great place for families to visit and couples.

해변 바로 옆에 있고 많은 상점과 레스토랑, 호텔 로비 및 객실까지 도보 거리에 있지만 객실의 AC가 잘 작동하지 않으며 일부 객실에는 보안 걸쇠의 변경으로 인해 손님이 방에서 잠그는 데 문제가 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원과 하우스 키핑 직원은 친절했지만 한 관리자는 하우스 키핑에 대해 ”영어를 충분히 잘하지 못함”이라고 말하고 뒤에서 의견을 말하면서 손님을 화나게하는지 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같았습니다.

체크인 1시간 30분 전에 도착했는데 아직 방이 준비되지 않았습니다. 다시 와야 한다고 들었습니다. 주차장을 이용할 수 없었기 때문에 1시간 30분을 기다리기 위해 차를 주차해야 했습니다. 내 방이 준비되었을 때 나는 그들이 너무 백업되어 있었기 때문에 체크인하기 위해 45 분 동안 차 줄에서 기다려야했습니다. 체크인할 때 방 열쇠 2개만 받았는데 아무것도 없었습니다. 방에 웰컴 패킷이 있을 거라고 생각했지만 아무것도 없었습니다. 우리 일행의 다른 절반이 도착했을 때 그들도 차 줄에서 45분을 기다려야 했습니다. 수영장은 더러웠고 안면 마스크가 떠 있었습니다. 첫날 밤에 AC가 작동하지 않았고 방의 온도는 80도였습니다. 어느날 아침 9시에 프론트 데스크에 방문하여 우리가 외출했기 때문에 하우스 키핑에게 새 수건과 화장지를 방으로 가져 오라고 요청했으며 1 위치에 깔끔하게 쌓여있는 오래된 수건과 쓰레기를 제거 할 수 있는지 물었습니다. 나는 이 서비스를 24시간 전에 요청해야 했지만 새 수건과 화장지를 가져올 것이라고 들었습니다. 나는 오후 6시에 돌아와서 방에 수건이나 화장지가 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 내가 프론트 데스크에 전화했을 때 나는 다시 한 번이 항목을 24 시간 전에 요청해야하지만 어쨌든 누군가를 보내겠다고 말했습니다. 나는 방에 4 명이 머물렀고 수건 2 개를 가져 와서 2 개를 더 얻으려면 다른 여행을해야했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 발렛파킹이 1개만 있어서 1시간 이상 기다려야만 출발했습니다. 2줄의 차가 쌓여 있었고 그 불쌍한 아이는 열심히 일하고 있었지만 할 수 있는 일은 그 정도밖에 없었습니다. 나는 고객 서비스에 매우 불만족했다.
