The Home is located in an very safe area - as a matter of fact, the area won the Orlando "Neighborhood Watch of the Year" designation in 2018 making our home perfect for family stays as well as "Business Travel Ready". So whether you are in town for work or pleasure, this authentic, mid-century residence is the perfect retreat to settle in and feel like it's the next best thing to home. From the natural light, Zen garden with lush plants and fountains, to the incredible location, you are going to thoroughly enjoy your stay, and we expect you will be back again soon. You'll feel cozy in the large living room, complete with TV and Foosball table for fun. A large kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishes and cookware (pots, pans, toaster, waffle maker, blender, etc) opens to a large dining area. Each bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of space and there are two bathrooms (both with large skylights), including en-suite in the master for added convenience and privacy. There is also a laundry room on site. Entering the home, the living room welcomes you with a relaxing warmth and charm. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The hallway off the dining area leads to the three spacious and cozy bedrooms all with king size beds, ceiling fans and cable TVs! (*there is a queen size, self inflating air mattress available to use as well for extra sleeping!). The two other separate bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom. In addition to the Foosball table in the living area, there is an XBOX1 in the "kids" room for all to enjoy....We invite you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped front and back yards. The front yard was revamped in 2018 by Mika and I. The backyard took much longer (a year!) as we xeriscaped it (again ourselves) and poured and hand-laid the stone sidewalk on the right side of the yard! You will enjoy the beautiful sunshine as well as a shady pergola.. all while relaxing to the bubbling backyard centerpiece fountains as you grill out on the propane grill...We want to be transparent in that there are NO cameras or recording devices anywhere within the home. There is, however, one security camera under the carport facing the street. Our home is very short walk to Lake Underhill. Lake Underhill has a nice paved, safe and well lighted walking trail with multiple exercise challenges/stations located around the lake. Our drive from home is just a few minute drive from the heart of downtown Orlando (Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team, Dr. Philips Performing Arts Center, Citrus Bowl, etc.), 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes from ALL the theme parks, and 20 min from University of Central Florida (UCF, home of the 2018 NCAA football champions😉). The home is also conveniently located near the downtown hospitals (Arnold Palmer, Orlando Regional and Advent Health/Florida Hospital) There are a multitude of things to see and do, as well as restaurants to enjoy, regardless of your taste. Mika and I would be glad to recommend places if you like :) We particularly enjoy visiting Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. Lake Eola is the "landmark" Lake seen in all the publicity photos of Orlando. The LARGE and beautiful area offers a variety of neat things to see and do (coffee shops, restaurants). Home to LARGE swans, ducks, geese, etc. you never know what you will see. Also, there are "Swan" shaped paddle boats available for rent to cruise the lake. Every Sunday (weather permitting) from 10am to 4pm, the Lake Eola Farmers Market is in full swing with roughly 100 vendors and food choices. For those that enjoy plays and theater, the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts center usually has something each weekend to enjoy. In addition, whew, there's lots to do and East/West Expressway (408) is just around the corner with access to I-4 or the Beachline. I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

비싼 호텔은 아니고, 지불하는 금액에 비하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 매우, 매우 크고 ”모텔 스타일”로 꾸며져 있어서 모든 객실에 외부 입구가 있습니다. 로비를 지나가는 우버 이츠 운전자를 허용하지 않아서 로비까지 걸어서 5분(그리고 돌아오는 데 5분)이 걸리는 것을 감안하면 꽤 짜증납니다. 운전자가 바로 건물까지 운전해 올 수 있다면 30초가 걸립니다. 비가 쏟아질 때는 재미없습니다(제 경우처럼요).

스탠다드룸에는 성인 3명이 숙박할 수 있습니다. 가격도 너무 이쁘고 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 유니버셜 스튜디오까지 택시를 타면 칼이 6개까지 들어갈 수 있고 버스를 탈 수도 있는데, 이는 매우 많습니다. 씨월드에 가기도 쉽습니다. 즉, 씨트립에 대한 2.50달러의 서비스 요금이 하룻밤 방의 주문에 포함되었습니다. 원래 씨트립에 물어보고 싶었는데 너무 게을러서 물어보지 못하고 프론트에 우리 영어가 잘 안 된다고 해서 요금을 내야 했다. 또한 보증금과 함께 미국 신용 카드를 지참하는 것을 기억하십시오. 현금을 많이 들었습니다. 보증금은 혼란스럽고 불명확하지 않고 환불되었습니다. 요컨대 가성비 좋은거 같은데 올랜도에서 300정도면 정말 좋습니다.

아울렛 옆 힐튼가든을 생각하고 있었는데 여기가 틀렸네요. 위치가 그렇게 좋지는 않습니다. 아울렛에서 그리 멀지는 않지만 중간에 고속블록이 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 없고, 근처에 건물에 인도가 없고, 택시만 있으면 올레까지 4분이 무가치하게 느껴진다. 디즈니로 가는 셔틀 버스가 있지만 공원이 많지는 않습니다. 택시에서 멀지 않습니다.

Stayed in room 622 the electric black out curtain wasn’t working explained to the desk,the reply was we will fix it (they rolled it up)we were unable to get it to go back down so had to leave it alone.The biggest problem was the metal steel bed frames. I cut my ankle on one of them.There is a disaster waiting to happen, if a young child or toddler fell onto it.The photos are provided so make your own mind up at the possible outcome and injury.

우리가 금요일 오후에 머물렀던 호텔은 공항에서 호텔까지 30분도 채 걸리지 않았고 빠르게 체크인했고 방은 우리가 기대했던 것입니다. 호텔에서 옆에 있는 가장 큰 쇼핑몰까지는 10분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 우리는 차 없이 우버를 부르는데, 호텔 주변의 차는 매우 빠릅니다. 가장 중요한 것은 호텔에 조식 패키지가 있다는 것입니다. 패키지가 거의 없는지 주변을 검색했는데 이 호텔이 가성비가 좋습니다. 다음날 아침 5분 정도 유니버셜 스튜디오로 이동합니다.

이 호텔은 애완 동물을 동반 할 수 있습니다. 2 박 동안 머물면서 중간에 방을 청소하지 않았습니다. 나는 벼룩이 있다고 느꼈고, 처음 체크인했을 때 10 분 미만 동안 방에 머물렀고 가려운 느낌이 들었습니다. 방을 바꾸라고 요청했습니다. 프론트 데스크는 매우 상쾌하게 바뀌었지만 여전히 개선되지 않았습니다. 방의 에어컨은 매우 시끄 럽습니다. 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있지만 호텔은 새롭게 개조되었으며 전자 레인지와 냉장고가 있으며 아침에 간단한 아침 식사가 제공되며 직원들은 매우 친절하지만 다시 머물지 않기로 결정합니다.

첫날에는 근처에서 중국집을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 디즈니에서 스테이크가 맛없는 유일한 레스토랑은 보트하우스였습니다. 객실 욕실 수도꼭지는 뜨거운 물을 조절할 수 없어서 거의 끓는 물에 데일 뻔했습니다. 알베르토가 문제를 해결했지만, 제가 보고할 때까지 기다리기보다는 하우스키핑 직원이 문제를 알아차리고 바로 해결했어야 했습니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋고, 도로를 마주보고 있고 매우 조용하며, 일부에서 바퀴벌레 등에 대해 언급한 것만큼 무섭지 않습니다.

I was looking for a hotel near Disney World since the resorts inside were out of my budget. I was worried after reading some reviews saying the rooms were dirty, but it turned out to be much cleaner and nicer than expected. The air conditioning and heating, hot water worked well! The only downside was that the shuttle schedule was quite limited. Breakfast was great - it had all the essentials. If you’re coming back to the hotel late at night from Disney World, a taxi ride will cost around $15 to $20. 디즈니월드 안에 있는 리조트는 예산에서 벗어나,, 근처에 있는 호텔을 찾다가 왔습니다. 방이 더럽다는 후기가 있어서 걱정했는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋았어요 에어컨이랑 히터, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔습니다! 하나 아쉬운 점은 셔틀 시간표가 너무 한정적이더라고요. 얼리입장 안되어서 첫차인 7:45am 타고 파크에는 8:30-9시에 도착했습니다. 조식은 나름 있을 건 다 있어서 훌륭했어요. 혹시 월드에서 숙소로 밤 늦게 온다면 택시비는 대략 15에서 20불 정도 나오는 듯해요.
