I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

The hotel is in a very good location, well the first night there was no water and after that water pressure was very low and the water was Luke warm when it did flow. Staff was very professional

비싼 호텔은 아니고, 지불하는 금액에 비하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 매우, 매우 크고 ”모텔 스타일”로 꾸며져 있어서 모든 객실에 외부 입구가 있습니다. 로비를 지나가는 우버 이츠 운전자를 허용하지 않아서 로비까지 걸어서 5분(그리고 돌아오는 데 5분)이 걸리는 것을 감안하면 꽤 짜증납니다. 운전자가 바로 건물까지 운전해 올 수 있다면 30초가 걸립니다. 비가 쏟아질 때는 재미없습니다(제 경우처럼요).

스탠다드룸에는 성인 3명이 숙박할 수 있습니다. 가격도 너무 이쁘고 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 유니버셜 스튜디오까지 택시를 타면 칼이 6개까지 들어갈 수 있고 버스를 탈 수도 있는데, 이는 매우 많습니다. 씨월드에 가기도 쉽습니다. 즉, 씨트립에 대한 2.50달러의 서비스 요금이 하룻밤 방의 주문에 포함되었습니다. 원래 씨트립에 물어보고 싶었는데 너무 게을러서 물어보지 못하고 프론트에 우리 영어가 잘 안 된다고 해서 요금을 내야 했다. 또한 보증금과 함께 미국 신용 카드를 지참하는 것을 기억하십시오. 현금을 많이 들었습니다. 보증금은 혼란스럽고 불명확하지 않고 환불되었습니다. 요컨대 가성비 좋은거 같은데 올랜도에서 300정도면 정말 좋습니다.

아울렛 옆 힐튼가든을 생각하고 있었는데 여기가 틀렸네요. 위치가 그렇게 좋지는 않습니다. 아울렛에서 그리 멀지는 않지만 중간에 고속블록이 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 없고, 근처에 건물에 인도가 없고, 택시만 있으면 올레까지 4분이 무가치하게 느껴진다. 디즈니로 가는 셔틀 버스가 있지만 공원이 많지는 않습니다. 택시에서 멀지 않습니다.

Stayed in room 622 the electric black out curtain wasn’t working explained to the desk,the reply was we will fix it (they rolled it up)we were unable to get it to go back down so had to leave it alone.The biggest problem was the metal steel bed frames. 우리가 금요일 오후에 머물렀던 호텔은 공항에서 호텔까지 30분도 채 걸리지 않았고 빠르게 체크인했고 방은 우리가 기대했던 것입니다. 호텔에서 옆에 있는 가장 큰 쇼핑몰까지는 10분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 우리는 차 없이 우버를 부르는데, 호텔 주변의 차는 매우 빠릅니다. 가장 중요한 것은 호텔에 조식 패키지가 있다는 것입니다. 패키지가 거의 없는지 주변을 검색했는데 이 호텔이 가성비가 좋습니다. 다음날 아침 5분 정도 유니버셜 스튜디오로 이동합니다.

이 호텔은 애완 동물을 동반 할 수 있습니다. 2 박 동안 머물면서 중간에 방을 청소하지 않았습니다. 나는 벼룩이 있다고 느꼈고, 처음 체크인했을 때 10 분 미만 동안 방에 머물렀고 가려운 느낌이 들었습니다. 방을 바꾸라고 요청했습니다. 프론트 데스크는 매우 상쾌하게 바뀌었지만 여전히 개선되지 않았습니다. 방의 에어컨은 매우 시끄 럽습니다. 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있지만 호텔은 새롭게 개조되었으며 전자 레인지와 냉장고가 있으며 아침에 간단한 아침 식사가 제공되며 직원들은 매우 친절하지만 다시 머물지 않기로 결정합니다.

우리는 이 호텔에 처음 묵었지만 조금도 마음에 들지 않습니다. 침실 사람은 두더지 소리와 함께 잤고 침실을 바꾸고 있었습니다. 스위치가 발생한지 5일 만에 불만을 제기했습니다. 아들은 수영장에 있는 부엌을 나와 리셉션에 물었습니다. 카메라에서 누가 보겠습니까? 아무것도 없이 부엌을 떠났습니다. 아내는 리셉션에서 떨어졌고 수영장 근처에서 몰래 뛰어내렸고, 아주 높지는 않았지만 넘어져 발을 돌리고 순위에서 머리를 부딪쳤고, 우리는 Walgreens에서 약을 썼습니다. 그들은 도우러 와서 휠체어를 태우기도 했지만 다음날 그들은 우리와 이야기하러 오지 않았고 공감도 부족했습니다. 나는 항상 Rosen in에 있습니다. 그들은 그들 근처에 있습니다. 우리는 문제가 없었습니다. 모든 직원은 미국인이고 브라질인은 아닙니다. 브라질 사람이나 포르투갈어를 구사하는 사람들이 있기 때문에 이 호텔이 더 나을 것이라고 생각하지만 우리는 틀립니다.

첫날에는 근처에서 중국집을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 디즈니에서 스테이크가 맛없는 유일한 레스토랑은 보트하우스였습니다. 객실 욕실 수도꼭지는 뜨거운 물을 조절할 수 없어서 거의 끓는 물에 데일 뻔했습니다. 알베르토가 문제를 해결했지만, 제가 보고할 때까지 기다리기보다는 하우스키핑 직원이 문제를 알아차리고 바로 해결했어야 했습니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋고, 도로를 마주보고 있고 매우 조용하며, 일부에서 바퀴벌레 등에 대해 언급한 것만큼 무섭지 않습니다.

지난번 EWR 페어필드인 호텔도 가성비도 있으면서 괜찮았는데 올랜도 디즈니월드 근처 가성비 좋은 페어필드인 호텔이 있어 선택했어요. 역시나 깔끔하고 잘 관리되고 있어 너무나 만족스러워요. 비행기 연착으로 새벽 1~2시경 도착했는데 체크인도 잘 되었고, 프론트도 다들 친절하고, 늦게 도착하여 더블베드룸이 없어 대신 패밀리스위트 룸으로 배정해 주셔서 킹침대와 2층 침대가 있는 방에서 편하게 지냈습니다~ 과일(사과, 바나나 또는 오렌지), 빵, 미키 와플, 스크럼블에그 고기패티 또는 베이컨, 음료 등 간단한 조식 포함이라 적당히 아침 해결할 수 있어요. 디즈니월드 각 파크로 가는 셔틀을 예약해서 이용할 수 있는데 계속 오는 건 아니고 시간이 정해져 있어 그 시간을 맞추기가 어려워 저희는 그냥 우버를 이용했어요. 수영장 나가는 쪽에 음수대 있고, 엘리베이터 있는 쪽에 아이스 머신도 있고 2층부터 각 층마다 셀프세탁실도 있어요. 세탁실에 세제 자판기가 있고 앱 결제 아니고 그냥 카드결제라 미국zip코드 없이 편하게 이용할 수 있어요. 추천합니다.
