Take a look at this NEW PROPERTY for Windansea Vacation Rentals!!!!In October 2017, this is a quote by the very first guest that stayed in our home, "A sparkling clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. Hard to believe, but the views from the house are better than the pictures... I can't overemphasize the sight-lines of La Jolla, and the Pacific, as well as evening sunsets. Easily the best rental experience I have had."Just take a look at the pictures, better yet, reserve this property today and come see for yourself. This magnificent 5-bedroom, 5-bath Mediterranean-style home is situated in the Country Club neighborhood along the San Diego coastline, offering the best views of gorgeous ocean sunsets, La Jolla Village, beach, and golf course views. It features secluded terraces and gardens surrounded by palm trees and fountains, as well as back terraces with sweeping views for entertaining with barbecue, pool, spa, and fountains.Each of the five bedrooms comes with walk-in closets. The master bedroom and baths are spacious, convenient, and is complete with a beautiful view of La Jolla and the coast!  This Spanish Villa is situated on a larger lot, in the La Jolla Country Club neighborhood of San Diego, California. It features classic Spanish Villa appointments such as Saltillo tile flooring, tile roof, elegant wrought iron railings inside and out and beautiful gardens and terraces with palm trees and flowers surrounding the house. This residence is fenced and offers a great deal of privacy for guests. There is a three-car garage and a driveway which fits 3+ additional cars (6 car maximum).As you enter the property, you are greeted with lush landscaping and a water fountain that leads you to the front door (which has a window that opens to ocean views). The middle floor off the entryway features a beamed living room with magnificent ocean views from a historical window designed by Architect Thomas Shepherd (La Valencia Hotel), with sofa seating and a gas-burning fireplace. This classic La Jolla home is newly remodeled and updated with stunning furnishings and top of the line fixtures, luxury linens and bath towels along with attention to detail at every turn. It has been lovingly maintained throughout the years adding modern updates and personal touches. The house is very elegant with many exquisite details and breathtaking ocean views from most rooms.There is a central mosaic brick Patio/living space with 2 couches and dining table for 8 with BBQ-looking onto a beautiful tropical hillside garden - terrific for outside dining, conversation and entertaining. 3 decks allow you to relax and enjoy the expansive vistas. The gourmet kitchen is bright, airy and roomy and fully equipped featuring a subzero refrigeration and Thermador stove, oven and dishwasher. there is a nice conversation area off the kitchen because we know that everyone always ends up in the kitchen :)Expansive ocean views are enjoyed from the large living room which includes plenty of seating. There is a wood buring fireplace and large flat screen TV. The living room opens up to an enclosed veranda with queen futon ( sleeps 2) and then onto a deck with breathtaking ocean views. Two King bedroom are on mainfloor with 2 bathrooms - 1 bath with shower and claw foot tub to enjoy a soak after the day at the beach. Two king bedrooms are downstairs with one bath. Another living room/den with large flat screen TV is between downstairs bedrooms that includes pull-out queen bed ( special mattress that includes airbed- very comfortable). Each downstairs king bedroom opens on to a beautiful expansive deck perfect for relaxing.There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room. Beach chairs and boogie boards ( 4 each), beach towels, cooler, umbrella and beach toys provided for beach fun located in kitchen closet. This is a friendly residential neighborhood in the village of La Jolla and we ask that you respect our neighbors tranquility and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walk to everything in the Village. This seven-bedroom house has everything a beautiful, well-appointed house in Southern California has to offer! It’s large, capable of hosting 2 large families which will allow all to sleep comfortably with the king size beds throughout the house. The open floorplan allows everyone to congregate comfortably in the common areas to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. It’s an easy walk into the village of La Jolla. You are within minutes to the best shopping and dining La Jolla has to offer. A car may not even be needed due to the proximity of the Von’s grocery store, CVS pharmacy, breakfast, beach, lunch and dinner spots surrounding the area. Your house is 10 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in La Jolla. Stroll though the village day or night and enjoy the sites.This house boasts 3,250 square feet of living spaces with a beautiful outdoor deck. As you walk in to the house, you will see the vast living room and kitchen that spans out onto the deck with the accordion style doors that allow the inside/outside to come together. This is a tri-level home with the bottom floor offering a bit of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a game room for the kids on the bottom floor which is perfect to occupy the little ones for the days that you want to relax in the house. The main floor is where everyone comes together. As you can see in the pictures, there is ample room for all to eat and sit comfortably. You can enjoy a barbeque on the deck, and everyone sitting together inside or outside, while others watch TV or converse.There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the top floor which includes two master suites, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own style. Four of the bedrooms have peak ocean views and the windows bring in great sunlight. To add to the elegance, each of the 7 bedrooms has its own theme and style. Each room is named with a location in San Diego and each is decorated accordingly. Imagine the fun and excitement when you enter the home, and everyone gets to pick their own room. Situated above the pacific ocean and golf course below, this property offers million dollar views from every single room in the house. Its architecture is grandeur and the home furnishings are modern and elegant. Within a 7 minute drive, you will find warm waters and sandy beaches. Don't miss out on this rare gem when you are visiting in San Diego!Every bedroom room boasts an ocean + golf course view, balcony and private bathroom.I suggest renting a car or utilizing Uber / Lift to more easily access shops, dining, the beach, and entertainment as the property is located high up on a hill above the Pacific Ocean and golf course. Everything is very close to the property but due to the elevation, I recommend having access to a vehicle or taxi service.The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles and the garage can accommodate 1 vehicle.La Jolla is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the United States. Situated just above the Pacific Ocean, it offers world class views, golf, surfing, snorkeling, hiking, fine dining and bougie boutiques. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, clean and high-end.I suggest renting a car or utilizing Uber / Lift to more easily access shops, dining, the beach, and entertainment as the property is located high up on a hill above the Pacific Ocean. Everything is very close to the property, 5-10 minutes, but due to the elevation, I recommend having access to a vehicle or taxi service.The driveway and garage can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 1 Street parking space is available directly in-front of the property.House RulesNo loud groups!No yelling, screaming or shouting in the backyard or pool area!!!We want to maintain excellent relationships with our sourounding neighbors so please be courteous and considerate of them!I cannot stress this enough, loud groups will not be tolerated.Do not heat the Pool past 84 degrees. 그렇게 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 시간이 없었습니다. 저는 이 지역의 소음이 매우 크고 제 주변의 모든 소음이 들리는 복도에 배치되었습니다. 위층 사람들은 뒤에 있을 수 있습니다. 2층에서 뛰어내리는 소리에 정말 시끄럽게 잠에서 깼어요. 묵는 호텔에서 이런 일에 휘말린 경험은 한 번도 없고 이게 마지막이 될 겁니다. 추천하지 않습니다. 프론트 직원이 호텔의 이상한 곳에 2층을 요청하도록 내버려 두세요. 그나저나 저는 정말 높은 층에 머물고 그 다음 2층에 제가 왜 프론트 데스크 직원이 방이 특별하다고 설득했는지 모르겠습니다. 오, 그녀가 나를 침대 2개가 있는 방으로 업그레이드했다고 해서 알아요. 어쨌거나 제가 이미 요청한 것 같아요. 이곳에 대해 두 번 생각해봐야겠어요. 하지만 제가 정말 직설적이라면 2층이 필요할 것 같아요.

매일 객실을 청소해주는 미국 호텔에 묵어본 적이 거의 없습니다. 엘리베이터에 탑승하려면 카드를 긁어야 층에 도달할 수 있어 안전합니다. 해변과 가깝고 침구가 매우 편안하며 매일 프론트에 가서 식수를 구할 수 있습니다. 100점 만점이라면 85~90점 정도 되겠네요. 호텔 아침 식사를 사지 않았습니다. 근처에 스타 파파가 있고 길 건너편에 쿠마라는 두 소녀가 운영하는 카페도있어 아침 식사 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 불만족: 1. 호텔 샤워수전과 욕조 시설이 조금 낡아서 지난 세기의 골동품 같습니다. 2. 우버와 우버의 경우, 호텔이 정확히 두 거리의 교차점에 위치해 있기 때문에, 많은 사람들이 찾고 있습니다. 직접 나가서 1051 Columbia street를 찾는 것이 좋습니다. 그런데 씨트립의 공식 웹사이트 주소는 Columbia street로 되어 있습니다. 씨트립은 해외 대리점을 이용하고 있는데 배정된 방이 낮은 층이거나 외진 곳에 있어서 상당히 열악합니다.
