Villa Selini comprises a main villa set across the first and second floors, and an adjoining ground floor apartment with separate entrance, perfect for those with young children or mobility issues. There are three large bedrooms on the first floor of the main villa (2 king size and 1 twin). One of the king size rooms has an en suite with bath and there is also a large family bathroom on this level. All bedrooms have access to large balconies with garden views. Upstairs the second floor comprises a very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is an open fireplace and there is also a guest toilet on this level. Large balconies on both sides of this floor offer on one side spectacular sea views across town and to smaller islands, and pool and garden views on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large outdoor dining area on one of the balconies. The ground floor apartment, accessed separately and on the other side of the property, has two bedrooms (1 king size and 1 twin) with a shared bathroom.
