주차 시설을 갖춘 영국 슈롭셔 호텔

Leider habe ich im Kenthall Milbenbisse erfahren in der ersten Nacht. Eine Entschaedigung gab es nicht. Ich musste in die naechste Stufe im main Hall upgraden gebuehrenpflichtig um das Problem nicht mehr zu haben. Das Management ist mir da nicht entgegen gekommen, obwohl die Milbenbisse offensichtlich zu sehen waren auf meinem Ruecken und arm. Sauberkeit von Kenthall muss ich leider schlecht damit bewerten. Im neuen Raum in der Main Hall habe ich ein unglaubliches Zimmer bekommen mit Bad, Buegeleisen und einen unfassbaren Blick in den Garten. Der upgrade hatte sich gelohnt. Was ich nicht gut fand war , dass die lampen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank alle vom Akku leer waren, und keiner die Batterien austauschte. Auch gab es keine Klimaanlage. Ich wuerde nochmal kommen. Die Bettläuse und Milben in der Kenthall wuerde ich mehr begruessen wollen. Ich warte uebrigens immer noch auf die Rechnung fuer den upgrade.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

하룻밤 중간 기착을위한 괜찮은 위치. 직원들은 친절하고 효율적이었습니다. 방은 꽤 기본적이지만 우리가 지불 한 것에 대해 모두 괜찮습니다. 낙하는 것은 이른 아침 소음이었습니다. 일요일 오전 7시에 트럭이 삐걱거리고 뒤집어지는 소리에 잠에서 깨어난 것은 숙면에 대한 제 생각은 아닙니다(우리가 정말로 필요로 하는 것은 이것뿐입니다. 이것은 트롤리가 삐걱거리고 두드리는 것입니다. 그래서 이것이 좋은 작은 중간 기착이어야 했던 것에 대한 진정한 몰락이라고 생각합니다. 나는 접수 원에게 조언했고 그녀는 배달 ....이 필요하다는 것을 이해하지만 일요일에는 7am이 아니라고 말했습니다. 슬프게도 이것은 당신이 좋은 잠을 자기 위해 정말로 지불하기 때문에 나의 전반적인 평가에 영향을 미쳤지만 나는 그것을 얻지 못했습니다.

Hotel was a little out of the way and the toilets are extremely small and the shower area gets the whole place wet and damp

Second visit to Lion Quays. Excellent Hotel/ Spa Beautiful area Rooms are clean & the views are wonderful of the Langollen Canal. We ate in the restaurant, had burger & fries, it was honestly the Best Burger ever !! The Staff are very friendly & it was a lovely touch that they had remembered us from our previous visit, that means a lot & you feel a valued customer. Would definitely recommend & will definitely return very soon.

The room fixture and furniture was very old. It was too difficult to close the door of bathroom because it was tight and unfit. The hotel need to be redecorated. The staff was helpful and nice.

Overpriced for what you get. The room is tired; a few damaged items - dripping tap, very loose door handle, toilet seat, flickering light, crumbs on the carpet. The lift isn't currently working so not ideal with heavy bags up flights of stairs. Very friendly staff, especially the ladies on the breakfast service. Breakfast offering had good options and it's a good location for being right in the town centre.

아름다운 전망과 숙면을 위한 매우 조용한 지역이 있는 아름다운 호텔입니다. 침대는 매우 넓고 편안합니다. 내가 오랫동안 가진 최고의 밤잠. 접근 가능한 요구 사항이 있는 손님에게 적합한 좌석이 있는 훌륭한 크기의 샤워 시설입니다. 샤워 제품은 냄새가 좋고 피부가 매끄럽게 느껴집니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 옵션으로 매우 좋았습니다. 나는 무제한 사과와 오렌지 주스가 포함된 뷔페 스타일의 따뜻한 아침 식사를 선택했습니다. 야간 조명은 늦은 밤 독서에 완벽했습니다. 나는 확실히 돌아올 것이다
