주차 시설을 갖춘 스페인 아라곤 호텔

호텔은 조용하고 잘 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 침대는 편안함과 관련하여 훌륭하지 않고 괜찮 았습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 문이 화장실에서 가져온 가구로 밀리미터로 조정되어 조금 작았습니다. 아침 식사는 다양했습니다: 2가지 유형의 쇠고기 토스트, 다양한 빵집, 시리얼, 입력물, 비스킷, 감자 토르티야, 개별 포장의 여러 마멜레이드, 기계의 오렌지 주스. 매우 즐거운 아침 식사로 방에 있던 여성. 리셉션에서 우리는 또한 그 지역에서 무엇을 볼지 들었습니다.

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

먼저, 여담이지만, 저는 씨트립을 꾸준히 이용하는 사용자로서 다른 플랫폼보다 약간 비싸더라도 여전히 씨트립을 통해 예약합니다. 하지만 이번 유럽 여행에서는 씨트립의 가격이 다른 플랫폼보다 consistently 높아서 10일 넘게 머무는 동안 단 하루만 씨트립으로 예약했습니다. 씨트립이 이 문제에 대해 다시 한번 생각해 보길 바랍니다. 장점부터 말씀드리겠습니다. 1. 저렴한 가격: 시내 중심가에서 60유로도 안 되는 가격에 묵을 수 있어서 현지인들도 놀랐습니다. 2. 훌륭한 위치: 고객은 제가 시내 중심부를 선택했다고 칭찬했습니다. 도착해 보니 노트르담 대성당이 바로 앞에 있었고, 이보다 더 좋은 위치는 없을 것 같았습니다. 3. 깨끗하고 정돈된 객실, 그리고 매우 친절한 프런트 데스크 직원. 단점입니다. 1. 에어컨 성능이 약했습니다. 작동하는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 시원하지도 않았습니다. 2. 자연 채광이 부족했습니다. 3. 담요는 없고 시트 한 장뿐이었는데, 침구도 그다지 편안하지 않았어요. 아마 에어컨 때문에 잠을 잘 못 잤던 것 같아요. 하지만 가격을 생각하면 불평할 건 없죠. 어쨌든 5성급 호텔이니까요.

좋아, 아주 좋아. 수용하고 깨끗합니다.  버터를 넣으면 방에 매우 따뜻하며 지역에 주차 공간이 적습니다.

Habitaciones amplias con vistas preciosas. Limpieza correcta, hay calefacción. Nos quedamos una noche y nos gustó, sin duda nos planteamos repetir.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio, es tal cual lo anuncian, con aire acondicionado y muy limpio. La persona que me dió las llaves me explicó todo muy amablemente.

Todo bien en este hotel, escogimos un hotel con jacuzzi, la habitación limpia y cómoda, nos quedamos una noche pues estábamos de pasada, lo que no nos gustó es que se escucha todo lo del pasillo y las otras habitaciones, para mala suerte también se había hospedado un grupo de chiquillos que a las 7 comenzaron a hacer ruido en el pasillo, a lo que mi novio tuvo que pedirles que hicieran silencio. Puntuación buffet desayuno: 9

Отель отличный!  Очень гостеприимный персонал на ресепшен, молодой человек даже пообщался с нами на русском! Дал карту, отметил что посмотреть!  Очень чисто, вкусно пахнет, уютно, хороший вид. Единственное, что омрачило пребывание, с семи утра видимо уборщица бесконечно и очень громко двигала мебель, мы не смогли выспаться.
