도모텔 제니아 볼로우(Domotel Xenia Volos)

We were guests during the flood in Volos and stayed isolated in the Hotel for 4 days. The staff was outstanding going well beyond their regular duties to make every guest comfortable. I will definitely return.

The hotel and all amenities are outstanding. They had our room key waiting for us when we arrived. Check in took about 30 seconds! Cocktails were first rate!! Staff is very professional and friendly. We’ll stay here again.

Excellent location in Volos: a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on the waterfront, yet convenient for a peaceful stay away from the city centre thoroughfare. Will be returning again!

This hotel is SOO OLD, dirty,bathroom is disgusting, took a showet with flip flops on,towels were yellow not white. Paid $ 400 for maybe 2 star hotel. Dont get fooled by the picture and dont stay there

Very satisfied, luxurious, clean , smiley personnel , The Aqua Fitness Spa was a magic feeling with Maria Massage is like heaven Breakfast and dinner was marvelous Παρά πολύ Ωραίο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο , σχεδόν μέσα στο κέντρο

I rarely criticize a hotel on my day of arrival but the manager was exceedingly rude. I have been leading tours to Greece for 25 years. This was my first time to the Domitel. There obviously was a mix up because our rooms were not ready. We were a group of 20. Understandable. They were quite busy and somewhere along the way someone did not alert the hotel of the time of our arrival. Mixups do happen. I wanted to find out what went wrong. Rather than responding to me, the manager was rude and sexist. Completely unacceptable. He obviously lacks people skills and is in the wrong position. I certainly will reconsider ever bringing a group there again.

Fantastic service with friendly and responsive customer care. Rooms were clean. Location is perfect. It’s right on the seafront, surrounded by restaurants and in walking distance to town centre. Breakfast is great. Facilities are good and pool large enough for all to enjoy.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in a Seaview room at this hotel. Our room was quite clean spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was an OK size and had the shower over the bath tub. The wifi signal in the room was strong. There was a large carpark at the front of the hotel which we appreciated. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options. We also had dinner there both nights and although the prices were slightly higher than surrounding restaurants, we felt they were still very reasonable and the quality of the food was very high. We particularly enjoyed the pork chops. The restaurant staff spoke very little English and it was difficult to communicate with them. This was a great stop on our way from Thessaloniki to Athens.

Great wedding reception. Friendly staff, everything well organized and excellent food. I would definitely recommend the hotel for all potential new couples for their wedding day. Georgia, responsible for the planning of the event was very polite.
