조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 파이프 호텔

I arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

저희는 이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원분들의 친절하고 정중한 모습에 매우 만족했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 수건, 스카치 비스킷, 그리고 마음껏 마실 수 있는 커피와 차가 충분히 준비되어 있었습니다. 호텔에는 바가 두 곳 있고 레스토랑도 있으며, 정말 아름다운 정원도 있습니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉했습니다. 직원분들이 제 가방 지퍼를 고칠 수 있도록 펜치를 빌려주셔서 감사했습니다. 호텔은 에든버러로 가는 주요 도로에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있어, 아침 일찍부터 밤 11시 30분까지 운행하는 에든버러행 버스를 바로 탈 수 있습니다. 에든버러 시내 중심가에 비해 가격도 저렴하고, 여행 후 편안하게 휴식을 취하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 조용한 분위기를 만끽할 수 있는 곳입니다. 욕조가 있는 객실을 요청했는데, 다행히 제공해 주셨습니다.

호텔은 깨끗했지만, trip.com에서 여동생과 함께 쓰려고 더블 베드룸을 예약했는데, 결제하고 나서 더블 룸이라는 확인을 받았고 환불이 불가능하다고 했습니다. 호텔에 연락했더니 트윈룸이 없어서 시스템에서 더블 룸으로 변경되었다고 했습니다. trip.com에 연락해서 예약을 취소하려고 했더니 환불이 불가능하다고 했습니다. 저는 오류가 발생한 것이 아니라 호텔 시스템 오류라고 설명했습니다. 담당자는 호텔에 연락해서 환불이 가능한지 확인해 보겠다고 했지만, 환불이 거부되었고 trip.com에서도 도움을 줄 수 없다고 답했습니다. 저는 너무 화가 나서 소파베드에서 자야 했는데, 너무 불편했습니다. 게다가 난방에서 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 나서 잠이 얕은 저는 제대로 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.

This hotel is pet friendly also free parking and your breakfast is included so you are ready for your day . What ever that may be . Public transport with in walking distance, and 24 / 7 . Asda just over the road with McDonald. Hope this is helpful

The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

아름다운 정원과 분수가 있는 멋진 건물과 입구가 인상적이었습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 고급스러웠으며, 리셉션 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 객실은 환상적이었고, 모던하고 깨끗했으며 넓은 공간과 수납공간이 충분했습니다. 대형 스마트 TV, 헤어드라이어, 다리미와 다리미판, 무료 미니 세면도구, 차/커피, 전신 거울까지 갖춰져 있어 이 가격에 이 정도 시설을 누릴 수 있다는 건 정말 최고였습니다! 다만 체크인 직후 방이 너무 더웠던 점은 아쉬웠습니다(라디에이터는 켜져 있지 않았는데도요). 창문을 거의 열 수 없어서 리셉션에 선풍기를 요청했더니 몇 분 만에 가져다주었습니다! 레스토랑과 바도 훌륭했고, 조식도 맛있었습니다. 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were golfing in St Andrews area and looking for a 1 night stay and we booked premier Inn, hey it was a boys golf trip ! On checking in the receptionost wasnt quite bubbling with enthusasim, pleasant enough. Our Twin Room had a large double bed and a smaller than usual single bed, I got tyhe single bed. The room was clean and adequate, the shower ran tepid to hot. Breakfast was superb, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bakery selection and the cooked buffet was excellent. Unlimited tea and coffee. Al in all, the hotel was very good for a short stay.

Lovely hotel and surrounding, very convenient location. Some suggestions for improvement - We found the washroom setup perplexing - it was so small and it seemed the hotel disliked giving its guests hooks for hanging wet hand towels. The water pressure from the shower head was also miserably slow and it took forever to get our hair clean. Finally it’s the toilet flush - it was so hard to flush the waste. It’s pretty disgusting to find waste still floating around no matter how hard or long one tried to press / hold the flush button… 🤢

Chambres spacieuses eh moderned, lits confortables. Ménage régulier , petit déjeuner salé à commander dans le restaurant, prix très corrects en restauration, personnel aimable. Pas de sèche cheveux et prévoir bonnet de bain car le pommeau de douche est haut et fixe. Hôtel très calme et bien isolé. Rapport qualité prix excellent
