A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

Great stay. The staff is really good. The receptionist Theresa is very helpful. She arranged the tour as well. It’s just the city which is boring. Breakfast is average.

I stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The property was exceptionally well-managed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every staff member was professional, attentive, and respectful. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important, and the team made me feel secure throughout my stay and while conducting business. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Great friendly help with good amenities and close to services

훌륭한 호텔. 꽤 오래되었지만 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 이그제큐티브 스위트의 조명은 상당히 열악합니다. 오래된 메인 조명이 하나뿐이어서 방을 잘 밝히지 못해서 일을 하기 위해 작은 침대 조명 2개를 켜야 했습니다.

이곳은 사진처럼 정말 멋졌어요. 포트 모르즈비에서 하룻밤 경유했는데, 이 도시에서 가장 상징적인 호텔이라는 소문을 듣고 꼭 가봐야겠다고 생각했어요. 공항의 멋진 전망, 친절한 환승 안내, 그리고 부지 한가운데 있는 오래된 DC-3 바로 위에 있는 멋진 레스토랑까지, 정말 실망스럽지 않았어요. 항공광들의 천국이었죠!

호텔은 주로 너무 게으른 청소부입니다. 처음에 그들은 방을 청소하고 더 나은 목욕 수건을주지 않았습니다. 나중에는 2박 3일 동안 집 청소가 불가능했습니다. 여러 번 방에 준비된 무료 생수 두 병이 제공되지 않았습니다. 한마디로 서비스가 좋지 않다. 호텔이 삼성호텔 이하라면 그래도 괜찮습니다. 4성급 호텔이라면 좋은 호텔은 아닙니다. 아래 사진에는 목욕타올 2개용 타월과 처음 체크인할 때 타월이 있습니다. 타올 2개 아닌가요? 또한 호텔의 식사는 비싸고 스타일이 많지 않습니다.

매우 좋은 직원, 친절하고 지원적입니다. 방은 크고 깨끗하며 AC는 잘 작동합니다. 강력 추천.
