While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

저는 이 호텔을 두어 번 이용해 봤습니다. 이곳은 ”환승” 호텔이라 하룻밤 이상 묵을 만한 곳은 아닙니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 조식은 아주 맛있습니다. 저녁 식사는 해보지 않았지만 레스토랑이 있습니다. 바도 있지만 대부분의 투숙객은 객실에 머무르는 것 같습니다. 야외 휴식 공간도 쾌적하지만 2025년 11월 당시에는 공사가 한창 진행 중이었습니다. 공항까지 걸어갈 수 있을 것처럼 보이지만 그렇지 않습니다. 택시를 이용하세요. 직원이 110루피에 우버 택시를 불러주는 것을 도와주었습니다.

This place is getting old. Poorly managed staff. Severe issues wirh climate control, actually it doesn't exist at the marriot. .Many many apologies, little action. It's time to take the JW brand off the building, unworthy!

Costly. Not completely value for money. They could offer some pick and drop service. The front road is 60 degree inclined road which is very difficult for elder people to climb.

Location is near to the ariport and on the main road to easy identification. Staff are helpful and offered good hospitality.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It's a historic property which means some parts of the room could do with a little refresh. Overall stunning bedrooms with good character. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

There is no service in Kolkata better than the Taj Bengal. Very attentive to all guests and their attention to detail is impeccable.
