Extremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!

리리뷰어While for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!

침구 편의 시설에서 푹신하고 편안함을 필요로하지 않으면이 호텔 선택에 견고합니다. 나는이 호텔에 편의와 안락함을 위해 견고한 4.5을 주지만 휴가의 고급 스러움과 더 높은 가격 포인트를 고려할 때 부드러운 베개를 갖고 싶다면.

리리뷰어발렛과 인사는 친절하고 환영했습니다. 우리 주니어 스위트는 매우 훌륭하고 깨끗했습니다. 거실에 하나, 침실에 두 개의 TV 세트가 있다는 사실에 기쁘게 놀랐습니다. 실내수영장 면적은 협소하지만 아이들과 함께 여행하지 않고 떠다니는 것도 좋았습니다. 자쿠지는 내 취향에 뜨거웠지만 남편에게는 충분히 뜨겁지 않았습니다. 자쿠지에는 강한 제트 스트림이 없었습니다. 불행히도, 여성 화장실은 싱크대가 없습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 신선한 뜨거운 팬케이크와 계란을 주문했습니다. 전반적으로, 나는 그것을 4.8의 점수를 줄 것입니다. 안타깝게도 안뜰 지역은 대중에게 사용할 수 없었습니다. 위치, 서비스, 그리고 지금은 행사를 위한 장소가 있다는 것을 알고 있기 때문에 고등학교 동창회를 위해 이 위치를 홍보할 것이라는 것을 알고 있습니다.

리리뷰어TCU에서 낮에 이사하기 위해 여기에 머물렀습니다. 가격대와 캠퍼스 근접성은 좋았습니다. 방은 부서진 베이스보드와 찢어진 전등갓으로 약간 허름한 느낌이 들었습니다. 샤워 실의 산책은 넓고 수압은 좋았지 만 샤워 실에는 문이없고 반 유리 벽 만 있습니다. 가정부 서비스가 없습니다 (2 박 숙박). 둘째 날 밤 에어컨은 벽에서 시끄럽고 일관된 기계 소음을 내기 시작하여 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 체크인시 가장 깨끗한 방이 아니었고 내가 본 최악의 방도 아닙니다.

그러나 무언가가 여전히 나를 슬프게 만들었습니다. 나는 더 이상 매일 룸 서비스가 없다는 것을 이해합니다. 그러나 장기 체류와 부엌이있는 특별한 방에 대해, 내가 방으로 돌아갈 때마다 방이 청소되지 않는다는 것을 슬프게 생각합니다. ... 근무 시간 내에 청소를 요청하기 위해 리셉션에 전화해야합니다. 그래도 괜찮지 만 지난 주에 청소를 요청했는데 방이 청소되었지만 침대 커버에 신발 자국이 있음을 알았습니다 !!!!!! 밤에 호텔로 돌아온 이래로 나는 그것을 바꿀 것을 요청할 수 없다 ... 나는 밤 동안 용인을해야하고 다음날 그것을 바꿀 것을 요청해야한다. 나는 신발 마크가있는 침대에서 자고 그 지역은 내 얼굴에 가깝습니다 ....

리리뷰어My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
