바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 인도 우타르프라데시 호텔

호텔은 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 스파는 좋아 보였지만 이용할 기회가 없었습니다. 타지마할과 붉은 요새 방문을 위해 컨시어지를 이용했는데 정말 훌륭했습니다. 첫 번째 손님처럼 아무런 문제 없이 편하게 예약할 수 있었습니다. 가격도 적당했습니다. 란탐보르까지 택시를 불러줄 때도 컨시어지 연락처를 이용했는데 정말 최고였습니다. 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

아그라의 완벽한 호텔. 진짜 5성급 호텔. 서비스는 매우 높으며 모든 것에 도움을 줄 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 스카이 데크에서는 타지마할을 볼 수 있고 음료도 마실 수 있습니다(칵테일 가격은 1000루피). 저녁 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 가장 좋은 점은 수영장입니다.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and secure. The service was generally very good and polite. But every now and then we would get indifferent ( or more so clueless) service. Location was convenient as it’s so close to the Taj Mahal.

The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Ik heb twee dagen verbleven in de golden tulp van Agra. Bij binnenkomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, we hebben de wifi code gekregen en informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Vervolgens zijn we naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt en er staan twee flesjes met water klaar. Verder is de locatie dichtbij het centrum en toegankelijk met de taxi. Het ontbijt er erg aan te bevelen. Er is een ruime keuze van westers tot Indiaas eten en de kwaliteit ervan is erg hoog. Ten slotte heeft het hotel een bar, zwembad en een spa. Deze zijn ook sterk aan te bevelen. Deze hotel raad ik sterk aan en kom ik zeker terug.

We took a deluxe double room. The stay was very average. We faced issues like there was no hot water in the room. Only lukewarm water was available in the bathroom and that too after 10mins of vold water draining/wastage. Also the ac temperature was not controllable. We called the front desk but the room service did not come. Since we were tired, we slept w/o ac only. The food was also very average. Basic amenities and each and every person of the concierge team expects you to pay them. Good points include good ambience, nice and cozy pool with photogenic background. Overall very average stay.

이 호텔은 고풍스러운 매력으로 가득합니다. 객실은 편안하고 아름답게 꾸며져 있었고 호텔 부지는 아름답습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 열심히 일하고 환영해 주었는데, 비행기가 지연되어 늦은 밤에 도착했음에도 불구하고 말입니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 레스토랑 음식은 외부 음식에 비해 비싼 편이지만(호텔에서 예상할 수 있듯이) 맛있고 풍성했습니다. 또한, 특별 크리스마스 이브 저녁 식사도 정말 즐겼습니다. 위치는 타지마할 지역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 우버 오토(릭샤)를 이용하면 매우 쉽게 이동할 수 있었고, 호텔 정원과 수영장은 분주한 아그라에서 벗어나 조용하고 아늑한 오아시스 같은 느낌을 주어 잠을 잘 잤습니다. 저희가 머무는 동안 옥상에서 공사 중이어서 테라스를 이용할 수 없었습니다. 전망이 멋져 보였기 때문에 아쉬웠습니다.

이 숙소는 최고입니다! 옥상에서 매우 깨끗한 타지마할이 보이는 카페가 있어, 황혼 때는 석양을 받는 타지마할이 최고로 깨끗했습니다.

공항 바로 옆에 있는 기능적인 호텔 근처. 객실은 괜찮습니다. 프론트 오피스 직원은 상당히 길을 잃고 혼란스럽습니다. 음식과 음료 팀과의 조정도 불행합니다. 기본적으로 가서 체크인하고 아무것도 요구하지 않고 누구에게도 이야기하지 마십시오. 어쨌든 그들은 듣지 않기 때문에 모든 것이 훌륭할 것입니다. 주니어 팀은 매우 정중하고 따뜻합니다.
