타지마할은 평소처럼 실망시키지 않았습니다. 원하는 모든 시설을 갖춘 훌륭한 장소입니다. 다양한 시설과 서비스를 제공하지 않는 다른 장소와 비교했을 때 훌륭한 가치입니다. 루사카에 있을 때 확실히 목록의 맨 위에 있습니다!

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

Wonderful time !! Beautiful pool an bar!!! Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s very nice to receive such quality customer care. The cocktails could be better!

나는 보통 리조트에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 몇 번 머물렀다. 이번에는 처음부터 몇 가지 사항이 있었습니다. 우리가 일찍 갈 예정이어서 리셉션에 요청했는데, 아이들이 5시 30분에 일찍 먹을 수 있도록 아침 식사 상자를 준비해 달라고 했습니다. 저녁에 레스토랑에 도착했을 때 음식이 나오는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 아이들을 샤워실에 데려갔을 때 수건이 없었고 전화를 걸 때 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 우리 아이가 크레오모라를 가질 수 없기 때문에 우리는 전화로 일반 우유를 요청했는데 가져오겠다고 했지만 결코 가져오지 않았습니다. 그런 다음 택시 운전사가 우리를 실망시켰기 때문에 아침에 공항 셔틀을 예약하기 위해 리셉션에 전화했는데 그녀는 다시 전화하겠다고 했지만 결코 그러지 않았습니다. 결국 내가 다시 전화를 한 후에 그들은 결과를 가지고 나에게 돌아왔다. 그런데 가격을 알려주지 않았어요. 5시 30분에 체크아웃했는데 아침식사 도시락이 없었어요. 그리고 우리 택시가 1인당 K400이라고 말했습니다! 그래서 전체적으로 좋은 것은 아니 었습니다.
