수영장 시설을 갖춘 캄보디아 시엠레아프 주 호텔

Staff service are nice. Located by very close to Angkor wat areas. No lift only problem. Swimming pool and food all nice. TV and hotel room phone are spoiled but no problem for me. This is my experience in P5 Angkor residence hotel. Totally nice.

최근 안잘리 호텔에 묵었습니다. 광고에 나온 멋진 사진 때문에 선택했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔이 그렇게 저렴하지 않다는 점을 고려하면 숙박은 평범했습니다. 호텔은 꽤 어둡고, 수영장 이용객이 묵었던 객실은 예상보다 작았습니다. 슬리퍼나 칫솔은 요청하지 않으면 제공하지 않았습니다. 모기도 문제였습니다 (물린 자국이 그대로 남아 있었습니다). 수영장은 캄보디아의 더위에도 불구하고 매우 차가웠습니다. 그 외에는 직원들이 친절하고 세심했습니다. 저녁에는 야시장까지 무료 셔틀을 운행합니다 (아마 위치가 완벽하지 않아서 그런 것 같습니다). 일출 투어를 가기 전에 아침 식사를 포장해 주었습니다.

4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

전반적으로 놀라운 경험이었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 대화를 나눌 준비가 되어 있습니다. 최선을 다해 서비스를 제공할 것입니다. 프런트 데스크에서 체크인 시 무료 객실 업그레이드를 해줘서 정말 고마웠습니다! 레스토랑의 음식과 음료는 정말 맛있었습니다. 오후 4시부터 6시까지 칵테일 1잔 구매 시 1잔 무료. 객실은 깨끗했고, 도착 시 신선한 과일, 고급 세면도구, 생수, 차, 커피 등 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다. 침대는 깨끗하고 부드럽고 깨끗한 시트 덕분에 매우 편안했습니다. 와이파이는 빠르고 끊긴 적이 없었습니다. 호텔의 헬스장과 수영장은 정말 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 사진: 길 건너편에 있는 앙코르 국립 박물관, 꼭 방문해 보세요.

도움이 필요할 때마다 매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 서비스가 좋습니다. 제 방은 수영장 근처에 있어서 상쾌한 아침 전망을 즐길 수 있습니다. 수영장은 깨끗해서 근처에 미니 바가 있어서 즐길 수 있습니다. 위치는 펍스트리트에서 약 2.6km 떨어져 있어서 호텔에서 이동하려면 차량을 렌트해야 할 수도 있습니다. 전반적으로 서비스와 객실을 포함하여 꽤 좋습니다.

이 호텔은 유스 호스텔이고 소녀들은 세심하고 열정적입니다! 방도 깨끗하고 위치도 너무 좋았어요! 나는 이곳의 환경을 좋아하며 여행하는 친구들에게 이곳에 머물도록 추천할 것입니다.

이 지역 최고의 호텔. 그들은 거대한 방, 탈의실, 별도의 화장실 및 별도의 샤워실을 갖추고 있습니다. 집 안팎에 ATM이 있어요 주변에 현지 식당과 레스토랑이 많습니다. 문제는 중심가에 있지 않다는 것은 주요 시장이나 펍 스트리트로 가려면 5분 정도 걸어야 한다는 뜻이지만 괜찮습니다. 객실에는 매우 합리적인 가격에 미니바에 많은 품목이 있습니다. 나는 당신이 이것을 예약해야 한다고 생각합니다 직원분이 케이크에 아이싱을 해주시더라구요

지금까지 묵어본 호텔 중 가장 아름답습니다. 정원, 녹지, 수영장이 매우 편안합니다. 서비스 직원이 매우 따뜻하고 친절합니다. 객실의 시설도 매우 리조트 스타일입니다. 씨엠립 여행에서는 정말 중요합니다. 대부분 서비스 직원이 영어를 구사합니다.

호텔 로비에 들어서면 바로 큰 부처상이 보입니다. 로비는 충격적이고 따뜻했으며, 환영 간식과 음료도 매우 좋았습니다. 호텔 환경도 매우 좋습니다. 수영장에는 바와 레스토랑이 있습니다. 저녁에 공연이 있다고 들었지만, 우리는 직접 나가서 관람했습니다. 서비스 직원의 서비스가 매우 사려 깊습니다. 제가 나갈 때마다, 돌아올 때마다 그들은 저에게 얼음물을 가져다 주고, 인사를 건네고, 제가 궁금한 점이 있으면 언제든지 질문해 줍니다. 방은 푸른 식물로 가득 차 있고, 침대 밑에 욕조가 있어서 매우 편안했습니다. 전반적인 느낌이 훌륭해서 칭찬할 만합니다!

개방형 디자인의 복도를 통해 방에 벌레가 없도록 하려는 노력이 마음에 듭니다. 객실에서 따뜻한 환영을 받는 그들의 마음을 사랑하고, 우리의 필요를 돕기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 비용과 품질의 좋은 조합. 다만 오래된 시장 근처의 인기 있는 레스토랑과 상점까지 걸어서 가길 원하신다면 위치가 조금 더 걸어야 할 것입니다.
