바 시설을 갖춘 크로아티아 스플리트달마티아 호텔

집주인은 매우 세심하고 항상 미소를 지으며 정중합니다. 더운 날 체크인을 하기 위해 급하게 호텔로 달려갔을 때 집주인이 먼저 맛있는 아이스 레모네이드를 주었습니다. 정원은 매우 아름답고 많은 야외용 데크 의자와 소파 베드가 있습니다. 우리는 저녁에 정원에서 책을 읽고 수다를 떠는 것을 좋아합니다. 수십 미터 이내에 슈퍼마켓, 수산 시장, 우체국 및 빵집이 있습니다. 페리 또는 버스 정류장까지 도보로 약 10분, Jianjiao 해변까지 도보로 약 20-30분 소요됩니다.

이것은 구시 가지의 골목 한가운데에 위치한 친밀한 5-room 시설이므로 자동차는 문앞에서 승객을 떨어 뜨릴 수 없습니다. 공항에서 항구의 버스 정류장까지 8유로의 셔틀 버스를 타기에 충분히 쉽습니다. 마카룬 직원이 당신을 만나서 호텔까지 짐을 도와줍니다. 10-minute 도보 거리에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 일품 요리로, 패스트리/토스트, 콜드 컷으로 선택한 계란, 차 커피 및/또는 주스로 보완된 디저트 등 3가지 코스로 구성된 작은 시설에서 예상할 수 있는 것입니다. 음식은 양과 품질면에서 충분했습니다. 2 가지 문제가 눈에 띄었지만 내 방은 충분히 편안했습니다. * 평평한 면 침대 시트 대신 저지처럼 보였고 매트리스 보호 장치처럼 보이는 시트가 장착되었습니다. 이것은 훨씬 부드러운 면 이불 덮개와 대조적으로 알약과 거칠었습니다. 내가 이것을 직원들에게 주목했을 때 그들은 이것이 호텔의 표준이라고 설명했습니다. 수면의 질에 영향을 미치지는 않았지만 시트의 거친 부분은 완전히 유쾌하지 않았습니다. * 욕실에서는 샤워가 허리 높이에 장착되어 있어 한 손에 샤워를 잡아야 하거나, 양손으로 씻어야 하는 경우 홀더에 있는 동안 샤워 아래에 웅크리고 있어야 합니다. 특히 편리하지 않습니다. 친절하고 세심한 Ivan과 Mario가 향상 된 편리한 위치에서 전반적으로 편안한 숙박.

좋은 위치, 멋진 전망, 깨끗한 객실과 멋진 가구! - 직원이 매우 부재했고 호텔과 객실에 들어가려면 열쇠가 필요했습니다. 우리는 객실에 열쇠를 잊어버렸고 저녁 식사 후 오후 11시경에 깨달았습니다. 직원들은 오전 3시까지 호텔에 있어야 하는데 아무도 없었습니다. 전화로만 연락해야 했지만 캐나다인이라 작동하는 전화가 없었습니다. 우리는 거의 밖에서 잤습니다. . 우리는 이웃 식당에서 도움을 받았습니다. - 직원이 오전 7시에 다시 일해야 했지만 우리는 체크아웃하지 않고 8시에 떠났는데도 아무도 없었습니다. - 제 딸이 우리 객실에서 EarPods를 도난당했습니다. Apple 앱으로 찾아서 정확히 어디에 있는지 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다시 호텔에 직원이 전혀 없어서 청소부가 도난당했다고 말할 수 없었습니다. (우리는 그들이 방에서 나가지 않았기 때문에 100% 도난당했다고 확신합니다. 우리는 전자 제품을 어디에도 가지고 다니지 않았고 그들이 있던 곳은 호텔에서 7km 떨어진 곳이었고 우리는 그곳에 가본 적이 없었습니다. - 그들은 증기 서비스를 제공합니다. 저는 그것을 사용하고 싶었지만 그들은 제 옷을 다시 가져오는 데 1주일이 걸렸다고 말했습니다. 우리는 4일 동안 거기에 있었습니다. 직원들은 제가 직접 할 수 있도록 증기선을 제 방으로 가져오겠다고 제안했습니다. 그들은 그것을 가져오지 않았습니다… - 4층에 아름다운 테라스가 있었지만 우리는 마지막 밤에야 그것에 대해 알게 되었습니다. - 우리는 해변에 가고 싶었고 직원들은 걸어서 45분이라고 말했고 그게 유일한 방법이었습니다. 우리는 걸어갔습니다. 마침내 우리가 거기에 도착했을 때.. 우리는 3유로에 트롤리를 탈 수 있었습니다…. 우리는 돌아올 때 그것을 가져갔습니다. -

The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

좋은 호텔이었지만, 1박에 250유로 정도의 가격으로 구할 수 있을 때만 추천합니다. 그 이상이면 가격 대비 비싸다고 느껴질 수 있지만, 어차피 흐바르 섬이니 싼 곳은 없죠. 객실은 괜찮았고 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 조식은 아주 훌륭했고, 특히 마르코와 그의 팀은 정말 최선을 다해 손님을 응대했습니다. 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 무료로 이용할 수 있는 작은 해변 바로 앞에 있었고, 의자는 유료로 빌려야 했지만, 구시가지까지는 해변 산책로를 따라 10분 정도 걸으면 됩니다. 이제 단점입니다. 프런트 직원들은 투숙객에게 별로 신경 쓰지 않는 듯 보였고, 실제로 꽤 불친절했습니다. 둘째 날 객실 정비가 오지 않았습니다. 프런트에 문의하니, “객실 정비를 요청하셨나요?”라고 되물었습니다. 전날에는 기본적으로 제공되었는데, 이런 질문을 받으니 정말 황당했습니다. 객실 청소를 받는 데 몇 시간이 걸렸고, 수건과 비누를 받기 위해 몇 번 더 찾아가야 했습니다. 마지막 날, 가방을 맡기고 도착 후에나 알 수 있는 무료 페리 픽업 및 짐 운반 서비스를 예약했습니다. 짐이 몇 시에 출발하는지 물어보고, 그전에 옷을 갈아입으려 했습니다. 처음에는 3시 30분이라고 했습니다. 그런데 3시에 돌아오니 가방이 이미 사라지고 없었습니다. 그들은 “죄송합니다, 바빴습니다”라고 말했습니다. 결국 옷을 갈아입으려던 계획과 달리 수영복 차림으로 페리까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 사소한 문제일 수 있지만, 이는 그들이 투숙객에게 얼마나 무관심하고 자기들 마음대로 말하는지를 잘 보여줍니다.

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

Excellent location and only about 3 minutes walk away from the Old town area. This hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious (for Europe standards) and very clean/modern. They have a nice bar area downstairs and the breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Its right on the waterfront so you get some great views of Split. There is also underground parking at a reasonable price per night.

The location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room and view were lovely, but when I moved a rug there were bugs crawling under it. The pool and spa looked amazing but we didn't have time to go so I can't say much more than that. The breakfast was top notch, amazing, lots of delicious options for every person -- spoilt for choice. Loved the amphora displays in the lobby.

Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!
