Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Good location at the sea beach. Friendly personal. The facilities, especially in the bathroom, are worn out and need renovation.

호텔과 직원 자체는 훌륭합니다. 너무 번거롭지 않습니다. 객실은 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 그러나 주요 문제는 위치입니다. 정말 도시의 좋은 부분이 아니며 문명에 접근하는 것에 대해 20 분 정도 걸 으면됩니다. 그 외에는 정말 훌륭한 호텔입니다 😜

우리는 주말에 아들과 함께 호텔에있었습니다. 호텔은 수리 중이며 소음이 있으며 한 번 물을 끄십시오. 방의 청결에 매우 만족했음에도 불구하고 침대를 뽑았습니다. 먼지가 없습니다. 수영장이 깨끗하다는 것도 즐거웠습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 소박했습니다.

這裏的環境優雅安靜，內部各項設施設備非常完善，能很好地滿足日常居住與辦公需求。整體格調在線，服務也很規範，無論是出差還是度假，都是一個非常省心的選擇。健身房不能用，客房共三層，衹有樓梯。

İhtişamı çok güzel temiz havalı personel davranışı nezaketi geçerli havuz başında kahve kahvaltı yapabilme imkanı mevcut balkonlu oda tercih etmek daha ferah gittiğimiz hicbir yerlerde tabak ücreti alınmadı fakat burda alınması otele yakışır bir durum değildi fakat köpeğin girişte bakılması hayvansever olunması bunu göz ardı edilebilir kıldı burada konaklama yapmaya yinede devam edeceğiz
