호텔 안에서도 한국인을 엄청 많이 마주쳤어요
그만큼 괜찮은 호텔이라는거겠죠
엑티비티가 정말 다양해서 시간가는줄 몰랐어요
다만 호텔에 있는 시간이 적어서 호텔 안에서 즐길 시간이 좀 부족했어요
그래도 틈틈히 루프탑 수영장, 메인 수영장에서 잘 놀았습니다
호텔 곳곳에 사진찍는곳 있어서 열심히 탐방도 하고 다녔어요
정말 좋은 추억 남기고 왔습니다

호텔이 정말 좋아서 약간의 떨림으로 예약했습니다.
하지만 최종 결과는 매우 만족스럽습니다
시설: 솔직히 시설이 좀 낡았습니다. 프런트 에어컨이 시원하지 않습니다. (객실은 추울 것입니다.) 첫날 수도꼭지가 고장난 것을 발견했습니다. 샤워실 천장의 여러 구멍이 막혀 물이 고였습니다.
청결도: 매우 깨끗함
환경 : 호텔 환경이 매우 좋습니다
전용 해변이 있고, 해변도 좋고, 파라솔도 많고, 누울 곳도 많아요.
총 4개의 호텔이 있으며 그 중 2개는 예약이 필요합니다. 일반적으로 사전 예약을 하면 예약이 가능합니다.
제가 예약한 호텔이 더 맛있고 특히 선셋 레스토랑이 바베큐, 파스타, 심지어 샐러드까지 모두 표준 이상입니다.
서비스: 아미고 직원들은 특별히 팁을 주지는 않았지만 팁을 주든 안 주든 매우 친절했습니다.

호텔 서비스 매우 좋습니다. 직원들은 모두 미소로 대하며, 전문적입니다.
제가 영어나 스페인어에 능숙하지 않아도 무슨말인지 알아들으려 꽤 애써주었습니다.
24시간 룸서비스 가능한 것이 인상적이며, 항상 알러지가 있는지 체크합니다.
편의시설도 충분합니다. 식사도 호텔 어플을 통해서 예약할 수 있으며, 매우 편리하고 친절합니다.
아직 한쪽편이 완공되지 않았지만, 앞으로가 더욱 기대되는 호텔입니다. 카리브해가 보이는 비치클럽 셔틀을 운영하며, 그곳도 친절합니다.
호텔에서 버스정류장까지 골프카트로 데려다만 준다면 위로는 호텔존이나 아래로 버스타고 다니기 더욱 좋아지지 않을까 기대합니다.

Hotel con un mare e una spiaggia fantastici il migliore probabilmente di Cozumel. Personale gentilissimo, ci ha consentito di restare negli spazi comuni e utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check out.
Spiaggia privata con lettini sufficienti per tutti, E in ottima posizione, viste le ridotte dimensioni dell’hotel. Lo consiglio senz’altro a tutti

-매우 넓은 객실 / 스위트 및 편안한 침대.

하지만:
-열악한 격리. 우리는 오전 6시에 이웃 TV에서 시끄러운 음악에 잠에서 깼습니다. 우리는 스피커가 우리 방에 있는 것처럼 모든 것을 들었습니다.
-실망스러운 아침 식사 (토스트와 과일 만).

바다 전망은 탁월하지만, 바람과 파도가 강하기 때문에 수영하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 서비스 태도가 매우 좋고 음식도 맛있습니다. 하지만 제가 머물렀던 방은 1층에 있었어요. 문을 들어서자마자 습기찬 냄새가 강렬하게 느껴졌다. 에어컨은 매우 시끄러웠고 시설은 보통이었습니다. 저는 커피숍에 있는 젊은 여성을 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 라떼 아트는 주문할 때마다 바뀌는데, 마치 블라인드 박스를 여는 것과 같은 놀라움입니다.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.
It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

Nos quedamos una noche en el Hilton Tulum. Las instalaciones se ven nuevas y bien cuidadas. Nuestra habitación tenia puertas que la conectó con otras dos habitaciónes , lo cual fue muy inconveniente ya que se escuchaba todo. El mesero Alberto de Seasalt ha sido muy amable y nos atendió muy bien.

Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room.
Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

ZZiyouzhiniao015일 밤늦게 도착했는데 프런트에서 무작위로 1층 방을 줬습니다. 깨끗하지도 않았고 제가 예약한 호수 전망 방도 아니었습니다. 가장 짜증나는 점은 주문서에 4인 조식이라고 명시되어 있다는 점입니다. 시스템상으로는 2인 조식이라고 되어있는데 저희는 3명이라 1인당 하루 469페소의 조식비를 지불해야 했는데요 씨트립과 통화후 2인 조식을 환불해주기로 하더군요 아침 식사. 감사합니다 🙏. 소위 4성급 이름에 속지 마시고 이 호텔을 예약하지 마세요. 객실 사진은 하나도 안찍고 호텔 해변가에서 사진을 찍었으나 칸쿤의 풍경은 참으로 아름답습니다.

LLihui6 월에 3 박을 묵었습니다. 장마 때문에 바다는 조류가 많이 들어 가지 않았지만, 사람도 너무 많지 않고 수영장에서 천천히 휴식을 취했습니다. 킨타 아베니다와도 가깝기 때문에 호텔 라이프 사이에 조금 시내 브래를 즐길 수도 있습니다. 뷔페, 저녁 식사 레스토랑이 3 개, 카페와 풀 바가 있으며, 활동에서 아침 요가와 쇼도 있으며, 색상 々을 즐겼습니다. 오션 뷰로 예약했는데 거의 바다가 보이지 않아서 방에서 바다를 보고 싶다면 씨프론트 등으로 예약하는 것이 좋을지도 모릅니다.

리리뷰어Hotel Muare is one of the more popular hotels in the Tulum area. It is a perfect getaway if you want to have a quiet time from the hustle-and-bustle of the city to recharge. The rooms are designed to look like houses in the remote places but with all the modern amenities. It also is a great option for someone who cares about staying at an Instagrammable hotel/resort. There is one restaurant which provides good food.
Negatives:
-Getting to the hotel will require you to drive through really broken dirt road with several pits.
-While the food options are good, if you’re someone with a dietary restrictions - e.g., vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, don’t eat red meat or raw fish, etc. you may run out of options quickly. The staff is flexible though, so they may customize few dishes for your suiting.
-In general Tulum is expensive. However, Muare is up a notch. While it was a great place to stay, the price didn’t seem justifiable to me. Specially, since I don’t care as much about capturing Instagrammable photos.
-While the staffs are helpful and friendly, their extreme focus on getting money out of you is just off putting. Examples: we planned to have food by the pool and it took them forever to get us the food. They missed certain items in the order. We also had issues with our food (fly in maple syrup) which was still fine (since bugs/insects can fall in your food when you live in the nature). However, when we reported and asked for a replacement, they never returned with the fresh maple syrup. Finally, I had to go to the restaurant and pick it up myself. However, when it came to asking you to pay, they would run behind you to get your sign. On top of that, there is a default tip amount included in the bill which some of them may not even care to mention to you. While checking out as well, they added a hefty service charge to the bill - this on top of the already expensive booking fee.
Overall, my review is that it is a good place to stay. However, too expensive and the cost is not really justifiable. Plus for the good service they provide, it is really off putting when you see how focused they’re on getting more money out of you in any way possible.

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.
