MashaAllah, TabarakAllah – I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful and very quiet, and the cleanliness is outstanding – everything was spotless. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff member, Mr. Abdulrahman Hajili, for his exceptional professionalism and respectful attitude. I stayed at Odst Al Madinah Hotel from April 7 to April 10, 2025, and paid 1,078 AED for three nights, booked online through Trip.com. For the location, the price is quite affordable — still not super cheap, but definitely worth it for what you get. I booked it just one day before arriving, and it was one of the cheapest options available in that area at the time. I paid online, and there was no extra deposit required, which made the whole check-in process really smooth. When I arrived, there was a long queue at reception, but one of the staff members noticed and opened a new counter, calling me over and helping me check in quickly. That made a good first impression. The staff were generally kind and helpful, except for one staff member at the small bakery shop in the lobby — he seemed to be always in a hurry and a bit rude, but it wasn’t a big issue. The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi, or even less if you walk fast. The hotel is located near Fahad Road, where you’ll find the Madinah Frame and many well-known hotels. It’s also near the main entrance of the mosque, so if you’re walking with women, it’s very convenient — you can enter directly without needing to take the long detour to the women’s gate. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with shops, groceries, shopping centers, and a very spiritual atmosphere. During prayer times, it’s beautiful to walk together with crowds heading to the mosque. I didn’t book the room with breakfast, but the hotel does offer Indonesian food. If you’re in your room, you can dial 1518 to connect to the next hotel — I think it’s called Zowar Hotel — and place an order. I tried calling them a few times, but either no one picked up or they told me the kitchen was closed (probably because I called late at night), so I didn’t get to try their food. However, there’s a great nearby Indonesian restaurant called Sunda Restaurant that I recommend for anyone looking for familiar flavors. In the hotel lobby, there’s a small bakery-style shop that sells cakes, bread, coffee, and tea — convenient for a quick bite or drink, although the staff there weren’t the friendliest. The room itself was excellent — very clean, comfortable, with consistently hot water, and I had no issues with anything inside. However, the hallway outside the room was a bit noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper, that’s something to keep in mind. One thing to be aware of is that housekeeping tends to knock and open the door with their key if there’s no answer — this happened to me once, so I recommend always responding right away if someone knocks. In conclusion, I highly recommend Odst Al Madinah Hotel for those who want to stay close to Masjid Nabawi but are also looking for a budget-friendly option. It offers great value for its location, comfort, and service, especially compared to other hotels in the same area.

الفندق ممتاز و السعر جيد و خصوصا يوجد باص للخدمه ، فقط خدمه الغرف او نظافه اغرف محددين الفتره الصباحيه وهذه الفتره الزبون يكون اما نائم او يتجهز للذهاب للحرم ، و خصوصا إذا فتره مكوثك اكثر من ٥ ليال ، صعب ان تتقبل عدم تنظيف الغرفه او عدم تغيير الفوط و تنظيف الحمام ، اتمنى مساعده الساكن في هذا الأمر

Everything is excellent and clean .. Room space is excellent .. Location is near to airport and train. There was a little smell of smoking in the room, but once opened the window it's cleared in few minutes.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

2025년 9월 23일부터 28일까지 5박 동안 여기에 머물렀습니다. 학습 장애와 도전적인 행동을 가진 성인 조카가 도망쳤습니다. 의무 관리자 Rimah는 미스 사람 보고서를 제출하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 경찰에 이야기하는 것을 포함하여 우리를 돕기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 하우스 키핑 직원 Hasan은 퇴근 중이었고 조카를 만나 택시를 타고 호텔로 데려갔습니다. 이 수영장에서 그는 8시간 이상 실종되었습니다. 컨시어지도 훌륭했습니다. 세탁 서비스가 시작되었습니다. 이 기간 동안 머물렀던 다른 손님에게 진심으로 미안하며 조카가 장애의 일부로 도전적인 행동을했기 때문에 2 층에있었습니다. Emaaar Mektan의 모든 직원에게 감사합니다. 당신은 우리를 가족처럼 대했고 우리의 어려운 상황을 진심으로 돌보고 감사했습니다. 리마 의무 매니저와 하산 가정부에게 큰 소리로 외쳤다.

이 호텔은 기대 이상이었습니다. 알룰라로 가는 길에 메디나를 경유하신다면 강력 추천합니다. 프런트 데스크는 24시간 운영됩니다. 씨트립에 나와 있는 체크인 날짜는 잘못된 정보입니다. 프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다. 아들과 함께 온 것을 알고는 먼저 투룸으로 바꿔주셨습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 특히 주방은 모든 것이 완비되어 있어 가족 여행에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔 앞 도로 공사 중이라 좁은 골목길로 우회해야 한다는 점입니다. 이 점이 유일한 불편이었지만, 공사가 끝나면 해결될 것으로 예상합니다.

Nice Place to stay, breakfast needs to have more variety and better ingredients.

Golden Tulip Al Zahabi는 Al-Masjid an-Nabawi의 338번 게이트에서 불과 몇 걸음 떨어진 곳에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔로 기도하기에 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 평화로운 숙박을 제공합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 환영하며 전체적으로 따뜻하고 친절한 경험을 보장합니다.

For the price we paid and the proximity to the Prophet's Mosque it is an amazing hotel. The moment you open the door you are greeted by a wonderful room filled with all the amenities you need for your trip. We really enjoyed our stay as well as the city as a whole as it is a short walk to the Quba walkway and the Al Hayy. I will definitely choose Medinah Deluxe as a hotel as well as recommending it to anyone who wishes to visit medniah without spending too much on other hotels.
