호텔에는 금고, 다리미와 다리미 받침대, 차, 냉장고가 갖춰져 있고, 하람까지 왕복 셔틀 서비스도 제공됩니다. 로비에는 차와 간식 등이 준비되어 있고 앉아서 쉴 수 있는 공간도 마련되어 있어 좋지만, 이메일 답장은 잘 되지 않습니다.

In comparison to the hotel around Nabawi Mosque, this hotel has newer Interior design. Room spacious. Water pressure and hot water just nice. Staff friendly. Room and lobby and corridor are clean. Breakfast was good. More middle east type breakfast. Taste is great. Walking distance to mosque is about 15 minutes average. Surrounding hotel has many hostel. Definitely will be my options if hotels around Nabawi Mosque is expensive.

Best part is helpful staff and their breakfast
Bad part is SAR 200 deposit, which they return only at end of your stay.
Still, will come back again.

I came alone and Masjid al-Nabawai, Masjid Quba, and the other important locations are all close and walkable. The location is nice and they have a restaurant.

Hi, thank you for such a nice hospitality by team Madinah Aram Hotel. The staff was really cooperative & polite regarding everything. Also the rooms are spacious with good facilities in nearby areas. I would like to thanks specially to Mr.Emran for his assistance & help throughout my visit. Will be booking again when i come Madinah soon. In Shaa Allah

작은 종소리 : 샤워의 뜨거운 물 문제와 도시에서의 작업으로 인해 Masjid Ennabawi의 제거이지만 호텔은 각 기도 전후에 셔틀을 제공합니다.

RRexYap숙박 기간 동안 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다.
첫째, 발코니 유리문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 이미 이 문제를 알고 있었던 것 같습니다. 기술자가 와서 확인도 하지 않고 바로 고쳐주었기 때문입니다. 하지만 저는 두 번이나 전화를 해야 겨우 담당자가 왔습니다.
둘째, 서비스 품질이 가격에 비해 떨어졌습니다.
조식 공간도 매우 좁았습니다. 거의 만석이었는데 테이블 간 간격이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다.
또한, 호텔에서 정시 체크아웃을 요구하는 것은 이해하지만, 체크아웃 절차가 너무 서두르는 느낌이었습니다. 12시 15분과 12시 55분에 또 전화가 와서 체크아웃 시간을 재촉했습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 엄격하게 지킨다면 체크인도 마찬가지로 신속하게 처리해 줘야 하지 않을까요?
마지막으로, 체크인 시간이 일관성이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴 예약 확인서에는 체크인 시간이 오후 2시로 명시되어 있었는데, 호텔 측에서는 체크인이 오후 3시에만 가능하다고 알려왔습니다.

리리뷰어I am not going to deny all the good points despite one terrible encounter.
- excellent location, near Haram
- connected to a mall
- a lot of shops and restaurants nearby
- staff in general was good
-housekeeping people are amazing!
One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help.
Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’?
And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor
That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened.
Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

리리뷰어We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

UU MemonThe hotel was one of the cheapest that sits right in front of masjid nabawi and by the ladies gates.
Very close. Also has a big mall as part of the hotel building so easy access to anything from perfumes to supermarket shopping at bin dawood.
My wife says floor 14 had an amazing view of haram if you were to pray in the hotel mosque.
The room had a little kitchen with a sink and 2 gas stoves and what i thimk was a coffee maker (im not a coffee drinker) which is rare to see in a hotel room.
Also very spacious rooms with a small coffee table and 2 chairs as well as the kitchen.
Toilet is quite big as well, spacious.
I have heard they donate profits straight to the mosque which is a big plus for booking again in future.
The staff took very very good care of us and I appreciate it greatly.
No qualms.
Tl;dr - brilliant location minimal walking relatively, rooms are good as expected, there is free wifi, surprisingly there is a small kitchen which is unique and useful, staff is good

익익명 사용자Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful.
