조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 사우디아라비아 메디나 호텔

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

The location wins. The room is immaculate and clean. I came during busy period so they took sometime to check us in, when at first they could not find our booking at trip.com. After waiting for 30 minutes we finally got our room keys.

숙박 기간 동안 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 첫째, 발코니 유리문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 이미 이 문제를 알고 있었던 것 같습니다. 기술자가 와서 확인도 하지 않고 바로 고쳐주었기 때문입니다. 하지만 저는 두 번이나 전화를 해야 겨우 담당자가 왔습니다. 둘째, 서비스 품질이 가격에 비해 떨어졌습니다. 조식 공간도 매우 좁았습니다. 거의 만석이었는데 테이블 간 간격이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다. 또한, 호텔에서 정시 체크아웃을 요구하는 것은 이해하지만, 체크아웃 절차가 너무 서두르는 느낌이었습니다. 12시 15분과 12시 55분에 또 전화가 와서 체크아웃 시간을 재촉했습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 엄격하게 지킨다면 체크인도 마찬가지로 신속하게 처리해 줘야 하지 않을까요? 마지막으로, 체크인 시간이 일관성이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴 예약 확인서에는 체크인 시간이 오후 2시로 명시되어 있었는데, 호텔 측에서는 체크인이 오후 3시에만 가능하다고 알려왔습니다.

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

이 호텔은 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있는 녹색 돔 쪽에 머물고 싶은 사람들에게 매우 적합합니다. 그리고 호텔은 사피야 박물관과 새로운 레스토랑 바로 옆에 있어 선택할 수 있는 좋은 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑몰과 직접 연결되어 있으며 저렴한 파키스탄 음식도 제공되며 많은 옷가게가 있습니다. 그래서 모든 것이 근처에 있습니다. 여성기도 공간만 더 떨어져 있지만 걷는 것은 신경 쓰지 않았습니다.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing 7-Night Stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

메디나를 여러 번 방문했지만 이 호텔에는 처음 묵어봤습니다. 위치는 괜찮아요. 남녀 기도 출입구 모두 가까워서 기도 시간에도 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 걸어서 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에는 음식점들이 많고, 작은 노점상이나 맛있는 파키스탄 음식점도 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 약간의 보수가 필요해 보입니다. 객실 문짝의 페인트가 벗겨지고 가구도 낡았어요. 하지만 비데오(BYREDO)라는 훌륭한 브랜드의 세면도구가 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 혼잡해서 우리 층까지 오는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 1층도 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사는 평범했지만 신선했습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 흠잡을 데가 없었고, 특히 프런트 데스크의 페라스와 객실 청소 담당 직원은 최고였습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

This hotel is so good. I love food there. So nice. Buggy always there so no need for long waiting time. Its have farmasi and supermarket inside there.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 모스크까지 걸어서 금방이고, 모든 상점까지 걸어서 이동하기에도 편리합니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 투숙객의 편의를 위해 노력합니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 좋았지만, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 다른 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 언제나 도움을 주려고 합니다. 다만 커피 머신이 제대로 작동하지 않는 경우가 종종 있었습니다. 몇 가지 유지 보수 문제가 있었지만, 직원들이 신속하게 와서 대부분 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 팁을 드리자면, 방을 쇼핑몰 방향으로 배정해 달라고 요청하세요. 반대쪽 방은 교통 소음이 심했습니다.
