이 부티크 호텔은 오래된 곳에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 도시. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절했고 기차역에서 우리를 데려갔습니다. 호텔 방은 넓고 편안합니다. 실수로 로비에 반지를 떨어뜨렸고 직원이 데리러 돌아 왔습니다. 매우 유쾌한 직원과 적극 권장합니다.

환경이 매우 좋으며 Nanmen Light Show 및 Meet Again Pingyao 공연장과도 멀지 않으며 보행자 거리 바로 밖에 있으며 호텔에서 기차역에서 픽업을 위해 차를 보냈습니다. 서비스가 매우 따뜻했습니다. 원래 중국식 대강룸을 경험하고 싶었기 때문에 이곳은 내부 시설에 대한 기대가 컸습니다. 충전, 자동 커튼 또는 습식 및 건식 분리가 있어서 모두 놀랐습니다. 게다가 주방이 맞은편 안뜰에 있고 불꽃놀이 냄새도 없어서 다음에 이곳에 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

It was just an absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning and until the very end of our stay, not even just in the hotel, but in the city of Pingyao itself in general. Me and my friend are traveling very light and without guides, and in Pingyao we had only one day: from evening to evening of the next day. Huge huge thanks to everyone who made this day unforgettable and ultimately comfortable for tired us: Alice, Helen, Fenny, Hana, and all others who was there for us. The hotel service is simply excellent: as soon as they learned about our late arrival, they immediately offered to meet us at the railway station, which was absolutely the sweetest thing. They brought us to the city gate, met us there, and walked us to the hotel. There they gave us a map, on which they explained in great detail where everything is, what is worth paying attention to, how it is better to build the route, and what opening hours different sights have. They also helped us organize a private transfer to Shaolin Temple the next morning. It was just perfect: we got there in 15 minutes instead of one and a half hours by foot, and after our walk in the temple they met us and brought us back. Also on the evening of arrival they helped us immediately buy the ticket for visiting all attractions of the city, valid for three days. And also they advised us where to eat, and gave us a hotel discount in both places. We did not regret it even once, the food was amazingly delicious in both places! The hotel itself is just wonderful: it really looks exactly like in the photos. You want to photograph every corner and record how the sparrows are chirping on the roof, and how two wonderful cats are meowing. The room also matches and even exceeds expectations. A huge kang bed, very comfortable. Excellent shower with everything needed. Breakfast is included in the stay: the traditional Chinese one was very tasty! Unfortunately, we did not manage to eat the egg, it was freshly boiled and still hot, but we were hurrying to Shaolin Temple by opening time. Also the hotel has a laundry service, and special thanks for that too! Washing and drying were very fast, and we got our nicely smelling clothes back already after four hours, which was critical for us, because we were leaving the same day. We felt like we really were honored guests, and we really appreciated it, even if only for one day.

와, 이 홈스테이 정말 좋았어요! 활기 넘치고 친절한 이수이 홈스테이 사장님은 영어도 잘하시고 인내심도 많으셔서 외국인뿐 아니라 중국인도 편안하게 머물 수 있었어요. 정말 따뜻한 분위기였어요! 숙소는 구시가지 보행자 전용 구역에 있고, 고루(鼓樓) 바로 근처에 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳이 정말 많아요. 게다가 도로에서도 멀지 않아서 현공사, 석굴, 기차역 등으로 이동할 때 운전기사님을 만나러 가기에도 편리했어요. 숙소는 아름다운 나무 들보 천장이 있는 고풍스러운 안뜰 주택이에요. 내부 객실은 완전히 리모델링되어 현대적으로 꾸며져 있고, 수압도 좋고, 필요한 세면도구, 고급 헤어드라이어, 슬리퍼, 그리고 에어컨/난방 시설까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어요! (제가 묵었던 날 밤에는 영하 3도였는데도 방에서 따뜻하고 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요!) 매일 깨끗한 수건을 가져다주시고, 아침 식사도 포함되어 있었는데 음식도 정말 맛있었어요. 중국식 아침 식사는 푸짐하게 제공되며, 먹지 못하거나 먹을 수 없는 음식이 있으면 요리사에게 미리 말씀하시면 됩니다. 제게는 충분한 양이었지만, 다른 손님 한 분이 만두를 더 달라고 하시는 것을 보았는데, 친절하게 두 개나 더 주셨습니다. 숙박 기간 동안 신선한 과일도 여러 번 무료로 제공되었습니다. 걸어서 5분 거리 안에 점심, 저녁, 간식, 차/커피를 즐길 수 있는 식당들이 많습니다. 또한 용벽, 사찰, 저택, 가톨릭 교회 등 역사 유적지도 걸어서 쉽게 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 사실 주변에 볼거리가 너무 많아서 다 둘러보지 못할 정도였습니다! 홈스테이는 매우 매력적이며, 많은 사람들이 홈스테이 앞과 뒷벽(중국 경극 무대 옆)에서 사진을 찍기 위해 멈춰 서는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있었습니다. 특히 밤에는 뒷벽이 정말 아름답습니다! 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 고대 성벽이 있는데, 성벽에 올라가 경치를 감상하거나 아치 아래에 있는 (중국) 서점에 들러볼 수도 있습니다. 근처 호텔에 묵었던 베이징 친구들도 이수이 홈스테이에 놀러 와서 매우 만족해하며, 다음에 베이징에 오면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶다고 위챗 연락처를 교환했습니다. 베이징에서 고속열차로 오기에도 정말 편리하답니다!

Great place to feel at home in a very nice area of the old city. Big and pretty room, comfortable and cozy. And last, for me, the very best at this place is the welcoming and very helpful staff. I have been here already 2 times and I will come back for sure when more friends come to China and want to visit the amazing caves and the great atmosphere of the old town. 저희는 23일간 중국을 여행하며 9개의 호텔에 묵었습니다. 주저 없이 Floral에서의 숙박은 여러 면에서 특별했다고 말할 수 있습니다. 첫째, 호텔 구조가 매우 아름답고, 이 지역의 전통적인 스타일을 그대로 유지하면서 리모델링되었습니다. 호텔 객실 자체는 아마도 저희가 여행 내내 본 것 중 가장 아름다웠습니다. 넓고, 창문이 실제로 열렸으며, 에어컨도 잘 작동하고, 현대적인 인테리어와 가구가 과하지 않으면서도 아름다웠습니다. 둘째, 호텔은 성벽 안에 있고 구시가지의 일부이기 때문에 걸어 다니며 전통 가옥을 구경하는 것이 정말 아름다웠습니다. 그중 많은 가옥이 전통 양식으로 리모델링되어 있었습니다. 셋째, 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 호텔에서 일하는 사람들의 친절입니다. 휴가 중에 이곳만큼 환영받는 느낌을 받은 적은 없었습니다. 안타깝게도 저는 건강 문제가 있어서 유럽에서 가져온 것과 같은 항생제가 필요했습니다. 리셉션에 가장 가까운 약국이 어디인지 물어봤는데, 리셉션 직원인 샤오 류 씨가 직접 안내하는 대신 어떤 항생제가 맞는지 알아내서 가져다주셨어요. 여행 가방이 필요했을 때도 마찬가지였어요. 가게까지 직접 데려다주는 대신, 원하는 여행 가방에 대해 물어보니 한 시간 만에 도착했어요. 음료는 언제든 무료로 제공되었고, 조식(중국 음식과 세계 음식 - 샌드위치)은 푸짐하고 무제한이었어요. 동굴에서 늦게 돌아와 기차를 타야 할 때, 샤오 류 씨가 모든 여행 가방을 기차역까지 바로 가져다주셨어요. 이 모든 친절은 영원히 잊지 못할 거예요. 그리고 저희를 집처럼 편안하게 해 준 샤오 류 씨와 호텔 직원들에게 여전히 감사하고 있어요. 플로럴 호텔 직원들 덕분에 다퉁은 영원히 저희 마음속에 남을 거예요. 다퉁은 방문할 수 있는 놀라운 문화 명소만으로도 충분히 특별한 곳이지만, 플로럴 호텔의 아름다움과 멋진 직원들 덕분에 그곳에서 보낸 시간은 결코 잊지 못할 거예요. 매우 감사합니다!!!!

The staff were so so friendly and super nice!!! Told them it was our honeymoon and there was a handwritten note with fruits and snacks waiting for us on the table. They didn't have to, but they did ☺️ when we left, we were rushing for the train and didn't have time to eat breakfast. The staff were so concerned we were skipping breakfast she quickly packed some food for us to go and even ran after us to pass us cutlery because she forgot to pack some. Would recommend staying here 10/10!

이번에 친구가 펜에 와서 새로 오픈한 호텔을 보고 사진 속 스타일이 너무 예뻐서 한 번 가볼까 생각도 했었는데 예상보다 너무 좋아서 코멘트를 남깁니다. 우선 위치가 매우 좋고, 나구대교 바로 옆이라 어디든 이동하기 매우 편리합니다. 주차도 매우 편리하며, 지상이나 지하에 주차하시면 됩니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성은 예쁘고 예의바르며 열정적이어서 원하는 것이 무엇이든 빠르게 배달될 수 있습니다. 객실은 말할 것도 없고, 깨끗하고 편안하며, 완벽한 시설과 좋은 전망을 갖춘 새로운 호텔입니다. 추천! 다음에도 꼭 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다!

호텔 시설이 낡았다는 후기를 보고 걱정했는데, 막상 체크인해보니 생각보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 할머니, 할아버지도 매우 만족하셨어요. 고성벽과 가까워서 도보로 20분 정도면 갈 수 있어 편리합니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하시고 서비스도 좋았지만 과하게 부담스럽지 않아서 좋았습니다. 요청사항은 대부분 들어주셨고요. 체크인 당일 충전 플러그에 문제가 생겼는데, 직원분이 호텔 비치용으로 빠르게 가져다주셨어요. 턴다운 서비스도 세심해서 좋았습니다 :) 그리고 호텔 저녁 식사가 정말 맛있었습니다. 꿔바로우를 추천하는데, 정말 맛있었어요.

Il nostro soggiorno a Jing’s Residence, in famiglia, è stato davvero indimenticabile. l’hotel è una residenza storica splendidamente restaurata, dove si respira un’eleganza autentica e discreta. Ogni dettaglio architettonico è valorizzato con grande gusto, e l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente fin dal primo momento. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e attento, e — cosa tutt’altro che scontata in Cina, nemmeno negli hotel di lusso — tutti parlano un ottimo inglese. Ci hanno davvero coccolati, con mille premure e piccoli cadeau che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Le camere sono silenziose, comode e arredate con stile raffinato, perfettamente in armonia con il contesto storico. Anche la cena ci è piaciuta molto: piatti della tradizione locale, ben cucinati e serviti con cura. La colazione, servita à la carte, è stata altrettanto piacevole. Gli spazi comuni, come il cortile interno e il ristorante, contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera di quiete e bellezza che riflette perfettamente la magia di Pingyao. Consiglio senza esitazioni questo albergo a chi cerca autenticità, comfort e un’accoglienza impeccabile. Our family stay at Jing’s Residence was truly unforgettable. I’m very happy with the choice I made: the hotel is a beautifully restored historic residence where you can feel a genuine and discreet elegance. Every architectural detail is tastefully preserved, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The staff were always kind and attentive, and — something far from common in China, even in luxury hotels — everyone spoke excellent English. We truly felt pampered, with countless thoughtful touches and lovely little gifts that made us feel sincerely cared for. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and elegantly furnished in harmony with the historic setting. We also really enjoyed dinner: traditional local dishes, well-prepared and beautifully served. Breakfast, served à la carte, was equally enjoyable. The shared spaces — especially the inner courtyard and the restaurant — create a sense of calm and charm that perfectly mirrors the magic of Pingyao. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for authenticity, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.
