조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 브라질 바이아 호텔

Average hotel, friendly staff but my experience was long check in and people were waiting on the lobby area. During the night the light outage happened and it happened several times during the night. Corridors are noisy. Not really sure if I would stay there again.

Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

호텔은 훌륭해요. 우리가 받은 더블룸은 넓고 시설이 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 매우 사용하기 편리한 중앙 에어컨 시스템이 갖춰져 있었고, 충분한 환기를 위한 창문도 있었습니다. 욕실에는 헤어드라이어가 있었습니다. 수영장은 넓고 좋으며, 타월 서비스와 바가 있습니다. 놀랍게도 우리가 머물렀던 동안 투숙객들은 그것을 별로 사용하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고, 매우 완전하고, 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 계절 과일부터 케이크, 따뜻한 요리, 다양한 종류의 빵까지 다양한 메뉴를 선보이는 훌륭한 서비스와 함께하는 멋진 뷔페입니다. 분명히 모든 사람의 입맛에 맞는 것이 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서는 아침 식사도 제공하지만, 추가 비용을 지불하면 다른 식사도 제공합니다. 첫날 밤 우리는 호텔에서 저녁을 먹었는데, 음식의 질, 맛의 조화, 그리고 훌륭한 서비스에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 의심할 여지 없이, 그것은 우리가 살바도르에서 경험한 가장 훌륭한 미식 경험 중 하나였습니다. 개선을 위해 중요한 세부 사항 하나만 언급하겠습니다. 투숙객은 숙박하는 동안 미니바 품목을 확인하려고 방해를 받아서는 안 됩니다. 솔직히 말해서, 객실 청소나 체크아웃 중에 쉽게 할 수 있는 일인데, 왜 호텔이 이런 정책을 가지고 있는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 더군다나 이 수준에서 이런 조치를 취하는지 이해가 안 됩니다.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather) -Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?) -Room facilities functional but way below par. -Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that. -Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming. -Pool was small and permanently overcrowded. Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.

Café da manhã perfeito , localidade ótima perto do centro , tem estacionamento, variedade de comidas no café da manhã , limpeza ótima , as piscinas bem limpas , quarto limpo , não tenho do que reclamar , tem shampoo , condicionador e hidratação no banheiro , Tv no quarto !!

El hotel está bien ubicado, la piscina tiene una vista increíble, el desayuno está muy bueno, pero el servicio se servido a carta de la cena es demasiadooo lento.
