스파 시설을 갖춘 스리랑카 서부 주 호텔

5* hotel booked to end our trip in style. Bar staff and cleaners were super happy, polite and love to great the guests in the hotel. Reception staff were generally unhelpful. I tried to book activities and excursions, but was initially told to go the hotel next door before being given a random book While trying to sort late check out one receptionist began serving another customer over my head. Late check out was eventually agreed to which was helpful but after being sat face to face in silence for minutes. Facilities are wonderful. Nice private beach, great pool area. Two bars and buffet style restaurant with ala carte option. Locals got charged significantly less for our event dinner. Some would say that's fair, others would disagree, but not being transparent probably suggests it was trying to be hidden. Service wasn't 5*. When we arrived our bedding was ripped and had a huge hole in it. Thankfully this was fixed, but I think atleast 2/3 people came to check before it was resolved.

페가수스 호텔은 이번이 처음은 아닙니다. 가족 방문 때문에 가까워서 자주 이용합니다. 위치가 아주 훌륭한 건 아니에요. 해변은 아름답지 않고 수영만 할 수 있습니다. 주변에 할 만한 것도 없고 상점도 없어서 1박이나 2박 정도 묵기에 적합합니다. 아침 식사는 항상 뷔페식이고, 저녁 식사도 보통 뷔페입니다. 음식은 아주 맛있고 종류도 다양합니다. 새로 온 인도인 셰프가 다양한 요리를 선보입니다. 아름다운 정원과 수영장, 해산물 레스토랑도 있습니다. 현재 레스토랑과 일부 객실을 리모델링 중이고, 나머지 객실도 리모델링이 필요해 보입니다. 헬스장도 있습니다.

This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants 🙈

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.

집착하는 개들, 친절한 스리랑카인들, 맛있는 해산물, 그리고 우리는 자동으로 객실 유형으로 업그레이드되었습니다. 그러나 일부 웨이터는 팁을 요구하는 나쁜 습관을 가지고 있으므로 여행 가방을 직접 가져가는 것이 좋습니다. 제트윙 씨(Jetwing Sea)는 비치 블루(Beach Blue)보다 가격이 저렴하고 번화한 지역보다 약간 1km 더 떨어져 있습니다.

이 호텔에 처음 묵었는데 정말 즐거웠습니다. 빠르고 친절한 체크인 덕분에 넓은 원베드룸 스위트로 업그레이드해 주었는데, 별도의 거실이 있는 아주 넓은 공간이었습니다. 식기세척기와 세탁기가 완비된 주방도 있고, 발코니와 커피 머신이 있는 객실도 좋았습니다. 객실 요금에 포함된 조식은 맛있었고 다양한 메뉴가 있었습니다. 샹그릴라 대신 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 선택에 매우 만족했습니다. 호텔이 훨씬 새 호텔이라 상태도 더 좋습니다. 수영장도 넓고 햇살도 잘 들어옵니다. 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

정말 훌륭한 호텔이었어요. 디자인도 아주 독특하고, 전반적으로 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며, 위치도 매우 편리했습니다. 예약했던 오션뷰 룸은 경치가 정말 최고였어요. 호텔 직원들도 모두 친절했고, 중국인에게 불친절하다는 느낌은 전혀 없었습니다. 호텔에는 국내에서 온 관광객들도 많이 보였어요. 루프탑 풀 & 바는 정말 최고였고, 아이들에게도 친화적이어서 어린이용 식사 및 음료도 준비되어 있었습니다. 저희는 그곳에서 수영도 하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다른 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶어요!

위치가 훌륭하고, 전반적으로 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 거의 모든 직원이 세심하게 배려해 줍니다. 모든 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 음식과 서비스를 제공했습니다. 바와 라이브 밴드 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 인피니티 풀은 정말 최고였습니다. 꼭 가서 휴식을 취해야 합니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 겁니다.

시설은 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고, 환경은 조용하고 안전했습니다. 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요. 경치도 좋고 전망도 탁월했으며, 조식 종류도 다양해서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 창문을 열면 바다와 기차가 한눈에 들어왔고, 바닷바람을 맞으며 구름의 움직임과 밀물 썰물을 감상하는 것은 정말 더할 나위 없이 평화롭고 행복한 경험이었습니다.
