비반타 콜롬보, 에어포트 가든(Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden)

I recently stayed at Vivanta Colombo Airport Gardens and had a mixed experience. The pool area is absolutely fabulous, offering a great place to relax. The food exceeded my expectations, with wonderful flavors and a good variety. The staff were notably attentive, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, especially given the disappointing room view which was just overlooking buildings, contrary to the picturesque images advertised. Additionally, the terms and conditions were confusing and poorly written, potentially disadvantaging guests. A word of advice: skip the pricey airport shuttle service, which costs 4000 Sri Lankan rupees, and opt for an Uber or PickMe ride, which you can get for around 500 rupees.

Chaturi and kasim offered a very good customer service. We enjoyed our delicious seafood platter and fruity beverage. We surely recommend this hotel and restaurant. Thank you so much. Amazing service and friendly staff

We are currently staying at Vivanta and will be checking out tomorrow evening before leaving to the Airport and I must say that we have had a wonderful time thus far. The food was amazing at the restaurant as well as room service . The staff at the restaurant are so polite, friendly, attentive and interactive with the guests, it was refreshing to see as we're locals and we've not experienced good customer service from hotels we've been to thus far. A special mention about the hospitality received from Chef Noel and Ms Chathuri, so caring and polite. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so clean and I know the rest of our stay will be nothing short of spatacular. Good luck to all and thank you for the complementary cake!

Had a short but lovely stay while on business. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you happy. The room was comfy and surprisingly large, the food was yummy. Special thanks to Bhagya, Parithra and Aneesha. I look forward to my next stay!

An excellent stay. From the comfortable, well appointed rooms to the great restaurants and the large outdoor pool, there was little to fault. Despite one of the two towers being renovated (and the hotel providing plenty of warning and the option to cancel if we wished), there was no interruption or inconvenience to us. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Noyel who went out of his way to engage with us over dinner at the main restaurant. Close to the airport, a perfect place for a transit stay.

I stayed in Vivanta Garden on 3rd April. I really enjoyed the facilities and how friendly, hospitable and welcoming all the staff is. The king bedroom is amazing and the bed is really comfortable. I loved the dinner buffet, plenty of Sri Lankan food to try and healthy salads. Also the desserts are amazing. Special mention to the staff in the reception Thitini, Bhagya, Pavithra and Hiruni who made my stay even better. They accommodated all my requests promptly and in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. I am extremely grateful to them and they are the kind of staff who should be highly valued by their company, you can tell they enjoy their job and love customer service. Great job! I will definitely be coming back
