파쿠원 몰과 직접 연결되는 서부 수라바야의 매우 편리한 새 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 어린이 수영장, 어린이 놀이 공간, 욕조, 웰컴 드링크, 전 세계 각국의 조식, 피트니스 센터를 포함한 편의 시설로 가득합니다. 서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Baobab Safari Resort is located quite far from Surabaya city centre, but it is definitely worth the approximately 1-hour drive from Surabaya Airport. We booked two connecting rooms, both with balconies. We were assigned to Level 4, and the view was absolutely magnificent, overlooking Mount Arjuno and Mount Welirang. Waking up to the mountain scenery was truly refreshing. Cooling weather, fresh air and beautiful scenery. Food Experience The highlight of the meals was the Nasi Rawon. The beef was very tender—soft and melt-in-the-mouth—and the soup was rich and flavourful. The portion size was generous. Other food items were acceptable but nothing particularly outstanding. For breakfast, however, the buffet spread was rather limited, especially in terms of meat and protein options. Room & Amenities The room itself looked decent but slightly dated. That said, the beautiful view more than compensated for it. One important note: do stock up on your own bottled water before arriving. The hotel uses refillable glass bottles, and unfortunately, the wooden covers of the glass containers appeared very mouldy, which was quite off-putting. Activities & Environment There are plenty of activities available. A walk through the Enchanted Forest thats full of pine trees and feeding area for Capybara, Lama, Sheep is possible, though you’ll need to take a buggy from another area. The Safari Zoo is located separately but can be arranged by the hotel. Animals around the hotel can be fed according to scheduled timings. Waterbucks, however, can be fed with carrots 🥕, which were provided by the hotel on the day of check-in. The lobby and dining areas were a standout—beautifully designed and facing the roaming animals while still maintaining a safe boundary within their designated area. Animal Welfare I have always been quite sceptical about zoo animals in Indonesia due to past negative experiences, where animal welfare did not seem well cared for. However, Baobab Safari Resort truly changed my perspective. The environment is clean, the animals appear well fed, and I frequently saw zookeepers actively present in the animal areas, feeding hay and grass to the zebras, waterbucks, buffaloes, and giraffes. It was reassuring and heartening to see such care and commitment. This experience made me believe that proper education and responsible management really do help build a better environment for zoo animals. Overall, it was a meaningful and memorable stay for my family.

Banyuwangi truly is the ultimate ”sanctuary of stillness,” and ÉL Hotel Banyuwangi provides a beautiful, serene backdrop to experience it. I had a wonderful stay overall, and while there are a few areas where the hotel can step up its game, the foundation is absolutely there for this to become an exceptional property. 🏨 The Hardware & Facilities (Top-Notch!) On the physical side of things, the hotel completely delivers. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, and the swimming pool area is beautiful—perfect for soaking in the quiet energy of the region. 🍳 Food & A Soothing Morning Ritual The culinary experience was a highlight. The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back! There is so much promise here, and I have high hopes that the team will take this constructive feedback to heart and continue to polish their service. 해당 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 방 문 앞에서 작은 생일 케이크를 가져다주고 생일 축하 노래를 불러주며 깜짝 선물을 해줬습니다. 개선이 필요한 부분은 수건인데, 이상한 냄새가 났습니다. 경영진이 확인해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

친절한 서비스와 만족스러운 시설, 객실 전망. 스카이돔은 가격에 맞춰 맛있는 음식과 좋은 서비스를 제공합니다. 하지만 아침 식사가 실망스러운 것은 부끄러운 일입니다. 마지막 방문 이후로 선택할 수 있는 음식이 적고, 가장 실망스러운 점은 음식이 더럽고, 파리가 있고, 음식 근처에서 작은 바퀴벌레가 두 번 발견되었다는 것입니다. 경찰관들이 말했지만 잡지 못해 벌레들이 그대로 남아 있었습니다. 그 외에도 아침식사 장소 중간에 얼음을 판매하고 있는데, 유료 아침식사 장소에서 판매하는 것은 매우 비윤리적입니다. 실제로 그 위치에서 아침 식사를 판매하는 호텔이 있습니까? 조식 조건은 5성급 호텔에 적합하지 않습니다.

호텔은 꽤 좋고 비교적 저렴합니다. 쉽고 빠르게 개선할 수 있는 몇 가지 사항을 강조하고 싶습니다. 그중 하나는 문에 이중 잠금 장치가 고장 난 것입니다. 이 때문에 숙박이 다소 불안합니다. 자물쇠가 하나뿐인데, 체인 잠금 장치가 고장났습니다.

Very happy with our stay there! We spent 2N and had a lovely time! The service was top-notch with all the warm staff and the amenities provided were also great. We felt relaxed and really loved the beach and mountain views. Hope we'll be back!

말랑을 관통하는 중심가 바로 외곽에 위치해 교통 소음의 영향을 덜 받습니다. 이 호텔의 작은 단점 중 하나는 로비에 하차 공간이 없고, 주차 공간이 부족하다는 것입니다. 호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 경비원부터 리셉션 직원, 직원들까지 따뜻한 미소로 맞이하는 친절하고 도움이 되는 고객 서비스를 느낄 수 있습니다. 체크인 절차도 순조로웠고, 오후 1시 이전에 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 객실을 찾아주었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들도 세심하고 정중했습니다. 호텔은 비교적 새 건물처럼 보였으며, 지은 지 2년밖에 되지 않아 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 침실에는 약간 딱딱하지만 편안한 매트리스와 넉넉한 베개가 놓여 있었습니다. 다행히 55인치 LG 스마트 TV가 있어서 넷플릭스, 디즈니, 프라임, 비디오, 유튜브 등 최신 스트리밍 서비스를 이용할 수 있었고, 케이블 TV에서는 AXN, 일본어, 아랍어 등 해외 채널도 볼 수 있었습니다. 객실은 하루 종일 일하거나 여행 후 쉬기에 아주 아늑했습니다. 욕실은 욕조는 없고 샤워부스만 있었지만 수압과 온수는 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 측의 유일한 불만은 연결문 때문인 것 같습니다. 다른 방 문이 크게 닫히고 열리는 소리와 다른 방에서 대화하는 소리가 들렸습니다. 호텔에는 운동을 할 수 있는 흥미로운 헬스장과 루프탑 카페/레스토랑이 있었습니다. 이번 여행에서는 이런 시설들을 이용해보지 못했지만, 다음 여행에는 이용해 볼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 101에서 두 번째 숙박인데, 다시 방문할 날을 고대하고 있습니다. 호텔 바로 맞은편에는 맛있는 케이크와 베이커리를 판매하는 사라 베이커리가 있으며, 다양한 레스토랑 메뉴도 있습니다.

수라바야에 처음 갔는데, 스위스 벨린 호텔에서 정말 끔찍한 경험을 했습니다. 첫날 밤 비행기 연착으로 10시쯤 체크인했는데, 맨 뒷방을 배정받았습니다. (방 바로 앞에 비상구가 있었어요.) 방에 들어서는 순간 뭔가 이상한 느낌이 들었습니다. 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만, 프런트에서는 만실이라고 했습니다. 한밤중에는 방에서 물 내리는 소리가 계속 들렸습니다! 다음 날 아침, 저녁 8시에 퇴근하고 호텔에 돌아왔는데 또 만실이라고 하더군요. 어이가 없어서 다음 날 아침 일찍 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 한참 실랑이 끝에 겨우 방을 바꿀 수 있었는데, 직원이 제 짐을 이전 방에서 가져다주겠다고 했습니다. 그런데 10분쯤 지나서 보니 제 짐이 아니었습니다! 제 짐은 어디 갔을까요? 30분쯤 지나서야 짐이 다시 제 방으로 돌아왔는데, 다른 방에서 찾았다고 하더군요! 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 밤 11시, 어떤 남자아이가 계속 제 방문을 두드리며 ”이부 이부”라고 불렀어요. 아침 9시 28분에는 하우스키핑 직원이 문을 두드리지도 않고 들어왔어요! 다행히 그때 마침 옷을 갈아입고 있었죠! 셋째 날 밤: 최악의 밤이었어요. 또 화장실 물소리에 잠에서 깼거든요! 그런데 이번에는 뭔가 이상한 느낌이 들어서 너무 무서웠어요. 애써 무시하려고 했지만, 누군가 제 침대 반대편에 앉아 있는 것 같았고, 이불이 왼쪽으로 꽉 잡히는 느낌이 들었어요 (저는 오른쪽으로 누워 잤거든요)! 그리고 새벽 4시 47분, 누군가 또 방문을 두드렸어요! 불을 켜고 더 이상 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요! 넷째 날 밤: 새벽 2시에야 호텔에 돌아왔고, 6시에 공항으로 출발했기 때문에 특별한 일은 없었어요. 호텔 위치는 정말 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었어요.
