파쿠원 몰과 직접 연결되는 서부 수라바야의 매우 편리한 새 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 어린이 수영장, 어린이 놀이 공간, 욕조, 웰컴 드링크, 전 세계 각국의 조식, 피트니스 센터를 포함한 편의 시설로 가득합니다. 서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Pro - excellent service from the staff! - We have a baby (＜ 1 yr old), they provided us with baby cot, baby bath tub and water scoop (gayung) - View of the animals from the room is breathtaking - Can throw carrots (3 pieces were provided by the hotel) from the room to the animals - Breakfast is yummy. They have a selection of local and international buffet spread - Can take photo with giraffes if you missed the breakfast with giraffe slot - Can feed the fishes at the lobby for free - Souvenir shopping at the hotel for convenience - there was a bird (cockatoo?) available for photo taking for free too Cons - stinks of animal poops at the lobby - Giraffe, rhino and meerkat feeding are extra charge - Only rain shower head (ie, not moveable)

Banyuwangi truly is the ultimate ”sanctuary of stillness,” and ÉL Hotel Banyuwangi provides a beautiful, serene backdrop to experience it. I had a wonderful stay overall, and while there are a few areas where the hotel can step up its game, the foundation is absolutely there for this to become an exceptional property. 🏨 The Hardware & Facilities (Top-Notch!) On the physical side of things, the hotel completely delivers. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, and the swimming pool area is beautiful—perfect for soaking in the quiet energy of the region. 🍳 Food & A Soothing Morning Ritual The culinary experience was a highlight. The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back! There is so much promise here, and I have high hopes that the team will take this constructive feedback to heart and continue to polish their service. 사실 정말 멋진 호텔이에요. 빈티지 물건을 좋아하는 저로서는 이곳이 정말 마음에 들어요. 유서 깊은 건물부터 빈티지 스타일의 객실까지, 90년대에서 2000년대 초반으로 돌아간 듯한 느낌이었어요. 향수가 뿜뿜! 어렸을 때 할아버지 할머니께서 저를 데리고 여행을 가면서 호텔에 묵으셨거든요. 그래서 이런 호텔들은 제 마음속에 특별한 자리를 차지하고 있어요. 아쉽게도 예산을 많이 깎은 것 같았어요. 주말에 객실 요금을 엄청 싼 가격에 주긴 했지만(조식 포함 25만 루피아도 안 됐어요), 수건은 더 이상 하얗지 않고 얇았어요(다른 호텔 수건과는 달랐어요). 시트에는 빳빳한 얼룩이 있었고, 샤워캡도 없었어요. 그래도 레몬그라스 비누와 샴푸는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 디스펜서에 담겨 있어서 플라스틱 쓰레기도 덜 나고 좋았거든요. 조식은 정말 아쉬웠어요. 몇 년 전에 여기 묵었을 때는 괜찮았는데, 이번에는 더 심했어요. 선택지가 많지 않고 텅 비어 있었어요. 정말 별로 노력을 안 한 것 같았어요. 그 가격에 뭘 기대해야 할까요? 예산이 빠듯할 수도 있다는 건 이해합니다. ”미니 동물원”이라는 표지판이 붙어 있는 걸 봤어요. 직원분이 동물이 많지 않다고 하셨는데, 그래도 가보기로 했어요. 주차장 길가(실외)에 있었고, 물고기랑 큰 새(닭 같았는데 좀 달랐어요. 뭔지는 잘 모르겠네요)도 있었어요. 그리고 앵무새 몇 마리가 두 개의 케이지에 따로 있었는데, 다 죽어 있었어요 😭😭 직원에게 말했더니 죽은 새들을 재빨리 치워주셨어요. 아이디어는 좋았지만 실행은 좀 부족했어요. 어쨌든 위치는 최고였어요. 길 건너 몇 미터만 가면 버스 정류장이 있어서 수로보요 버스를 타고 어디든 갈 수 있었어요. 그리고 호텔 자체가 인기 관광지(수라바야 올드타운)의 번화가에 있어서 역사적인 건물들이 즐비했고, 근처에 차이나타운도 있었어요. 이번 불황을 잘 견뎌냈으면 좋겠어요. 이 호텔 정말 좋아요 🥺.

두 번째 방문인데, 여전히 변함없이 훌륭합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있어 첫 방문 때와 비교해도 전혀 손색이 없습니다. 서비스도 전반적으로 매끄러웠습니다. 특히 체크인과 체크아웃을 효율적이고 전문적으로 처리해 주신 Joan 님께 감사드립니다. 신속하고 명확하며 번거로움 없이 진행되었습니다. 위치도 매우 편리하여 주변 편의시설과 대중교통을 쉽게 이용할 수 있습니다. 니시무라에서 식사를 했는데, 아주 훌륭하지는 않지만 믿을 만하고 잘 운영되는 곳이었습니다. 전반적으로, 변함없이 만족스러운 서비스를 제공하는 믿음직한 호텔입니다. 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

호텔은 꽤 좋고 비교적 저렴합니다. 쉽고 빠르게 개선할 수 있는 몇 가지 사항을 강조하고 싶습니다. 그중 하나는 문에 이중 잠금 장치가 고장 난 것입니다. 이 때문에 숙박이 다소 불안합니다. 자물쇠가 하나뿐인데, 체인 잠금 장치가 고장났습니다.

Very happy with our stay there! We spent 2N and had a lovely time! The service was top-notch with all the warm staff and the amenities provided were also great. We felt relaxed and really loved the beach and mountain views. Hope we'll be back!

말랑을 관통하는 중심가 바로 외곽에 위치해 교통 소음의 영향을 덜 받습니다. 이 호텔의 작은 단점 중 하나는 로비에 하차 공간이 없고, 주차 공간이 부족하다는 것입니다. 호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 경비원부터 리셉션 직원, 직원들까지 따뜻한 미소로 맞이하는 친절하고 도움이 되는 고객 서비스를 느낄 수 있습니다. 체크인 절차도 순조로웠고, 오후 1시 이전에 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 객실을 찾아주었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들도 세심하고 정중했습니다. 호텔은 비교적 새 건물처럼 보였으며, 지은 지 2년밖에 되지 않아 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 침실에는 약간 딱딱하지만 편안한 매트리스와 넉넉한 베개가 놓여 있었습니다. 다행히 55인치 LG 스마트 TV가 있어서 넷플릭스, 디즈니, 프라임, 비디오, 유튜브 등 최신 스트리밍 서비스를 이용할 수 있었고, 케이블 TV에서는 AXN, 일본어, 아랍어 등 해외 채널도 볼 수 있었습니다. 객실은 하루 종일 일하거나 여행 후 쉬기에 아주 아늑했습니다. 욕실은 욕조는 없고 샤워부스만 있었지만 수압과 온수는 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 측의 유일한 불만은 연결문 때문인 것 같습니다. 다른 방 문이 크게 닫히고 열리는 소리와 다른 방에서 대화하는 소리가 들렸습니다. 호텔에는 운동을 할 수 있는 흥미로운 헬스장과 루프탑 카페/레스토랑이 있었습니다. 이번 여행에서는 이런 시설들을 이용해보지 못했지만, 다음 여행에는 이용해 볼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 101에서 두 번째 숙박인데, 다시 방문할 날을 고대하고 있습니다. 호텔 바로 맞은편에는 맛있는 케이크와 베이커리를 판매하는 사라 베이커리가 있으며, 다양한 레스토랑 메뉴도 있습니다.
