위치는 훌륭합니다. 레스토랑과 승마 지점과 매우 가까워 모든 것이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔은 멋진 전체 산 전망을 제공하며 진정으로 숨이 을 정도로 자연 속에서 휴식을 취하기에 완벽합니다.

Excellent location, comfortable room and fantastic hospitality. The best part was the awesome food cooked and served with love and passion. The way all the service staff behaved was beyond our expectations

Holiday inn katra is very beautiful property with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect for a peaceful n near railway station. The staff is very polite n well behaved. The food is delicious. The hotel is clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again

They charged an extra half room fare for early check-in which was not required at all because at vaishno devi most of the people just come & have a shower and then leave for the darshan.

Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.

서비스는 친절하고 능숙하며 전문적이었습니다.
나는 욕실 바닥에 음료를 쏟아 붓고 티슈를 사용하여 닦았고 티슈가 검게 변하는 것을 보았습니다. 나는 멍했다. 동일한 결과를 가진 거실에서도 비슷한 상황이 발생했습니다. 말할 필요도 없이 위생은 가장 중요한 것이 아닙니다. 또한 변기 시트를 닫을 때 덮개 뒷면이 오줌으로 얼룩져 있다고 상상할 수 있습니다.
주방 : 요리사와 maitre de는 저녁 식사가 매우 높은 수준이었기 때문에 하루를 구했습니다. 축하합니다. 잘했습니다. 👏 ✔️

SSampath Kumar AttiappanI recently stayed at Hotel City Way and had a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10 minute drive away from the city centre which made it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants that the area had to offer. Despite being close to the city, the hotel was situated in a quiet area which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
My room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel City Way to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the city. The friendly owner, helpful staff, convenient location, and clean rooms make it a top choice for accommodation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

KKangkan- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

리리뷰어when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

VVik Sharma훌륭한 위치와 서비스 - 매우 세심하고 반응이 빠르며 지원하는 직원. 음식은 거의 수용 가능했습니다(ok-ish/so-so). 그러나 호텔이 매우 피곤하고 쇠퇴하는 것처럼 보이고 전반적인 경험은 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 가구와 분위기는 매우 초라했습니다. 침대와 침구를 즉시 교체해야 합니다(아마도 20년이 넘었고, 보여주거나 냄새가 납니다!). 전체 장소는 Radisson 표준을 충족시키기 위해 수리와 성형 수리가 필요합니다. 그때까지 기껏해야 2 또는 3-star 호텔입니다. 4-star과 5-star에 가까운 것은 없습니다.

리리뷰어Room description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it.
Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

리리뷰어Mr Sarkar very helpful and good host - hospitality is 200%. He suggested we visit Zero point bridge and even kind enough to give us a ride there in his own car. He showed us the way to walk back to the home stay. He also kept an eye out for us and was especially nice when he found and picked us up when we were on our way back from Zero bridge. Breakfast was good, delicious and fast. Hospitality was genuine and second to none. I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget
