스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 머지사이드 호텔

저는 혼자 여행하는 사람으로서 빛, 소음, 온도에 민감한 편이라 편안함이 무엇보다 중요합니다. 호프 스트리트 호텔 G02호에서 보낸 이틀은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 손으로 여는 열쇠, 넓은 공간, 나무 바닥은 아늑하고 편안한 분위기를 만들어주었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 크리스마스 조명으로 아름답게 빛나는 호프 스트리트가 내려다보이는 독립형 욕조였습니다. 욕조에 몸을 담그고 사람들이 지나가는 모습을 보는 것이 너무 좋아서 스파 예약까지 취소할 정도였습니다. 중심가에 위치해 있어 시끄러울까 걱정했지만, 전혀 걱정하지 않고 푹 잘 잤습니다. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 팁: • 욕실 조명이 은은해서 휴대용 티라이트를 몇 개 가져가면 더욱 아늑한 분위기를 연출할 수 있습니다. • 베개는 고급스럽지만 다소 부드러운 편입니다. 좀 더 단단한 베개를 선호한다면 작은 메모리폼 베개를 챙겨가는 것이 좋습니다. • 밤에는 약간 쌀쌀해질 수 있으니 난방을 26도로 맞춰 놓으면 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있습니다.

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.

The location couldn't be more perfect, the hotel is close to shops and entertainment. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfy. The so much needed A/C at the moment was working perfectly and I loved the digital controller. Chocolates, biscuits, and hot chocolate in the room is a nice touch. The spa area could've been a bit cleaner or renovated but it was still enjoyable. The staff were lovely and attentive, especially at breakfast! Everything was very clean and pretty, thank you.

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!
