One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Номер просторный с 2мя кондиционерами и огромной трассой,отличный вай фай, к сожаление были всего 5 дней из 18 в Гоа, т.к. На весь срок не было мест. До моря неспешным шагом 10 минут. Рядом на центральной улице вся инфраструктура отдыха - кафе, магазины, фруктовые лавки. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Спасибо всему персоналу за атмосферу гостепреимства и доброжелательности!

This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Vom Hotelzimmer konnten wir die sehr lauten Züge hören. Sind nachts deshalb oft wach geworden. Das Zimmer war eigentlich immer ordentlich gereinigt worden aber in den Ecken wurde kaum geputzt. Viele Fusseln und alter Staub hat sich immer weiter angesammelt. Die Matratze war für uns viel zu weich, aber es ist ja Geschmackssache. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und nett.
