수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 글로스터셔 호텔

Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants. Room including shower room were clean and well presented. Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point. Didn't have time to use the pool etc. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities and the rooms were clean and tidy. Only stayed the 1 night but will definitely stay again

We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

Very convenient location. Room was comfortable, a little small but not unexpected. Unfortunately lacked an on-site car park, but NCP (with a hotel discount) was just next door.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days. The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.

좋은 호텔, 글로스터 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 호텔 바로 밖에 버스 정류장이 있어서 거기까지 갈 수 있습니다. 바/레스토랑에서 괜찮은 아침 식사와 좋은 메뉴 선택. 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 바 구역은 아마도 성수기에는 더 많은 직원이 필요할 것입니다.

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

환경은 무적입니다. 골프 코스는 사방이 울창하고 넓은 잔디와 숲이 있으며 장식이 우아합니다. 아침과 저녁 식사가 좋고 가격이 합리적이며 서비스 태도가 좋습니다. 코츠월드의 중심부에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 고속으로 배스까지 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 나쁜 점은 객실, 특히 욕실이 너무 좁고, 엘리베이터가 없고, 계단이 매우 좁고, 큰 짐을 가지고 다니기 불편하고, 이 호텔은 애완동물을 동반할 수 있다는 것입니다. 밤에 다음 몇 방에서 개가 짖는다
