The room is well equipped, the spa quite a treat after a long day of travelling. Staff is friendly and helpful in general. My room got a power outage prabably due to a tripped circuit. The hotel sent help quickly, and offered to change my room to next door, after a few failed tries of restarting the power. The stay was a bit more eventful than normal but satisfactory all in all.

특이한 호텔이에요. 그 영광은 훨씬 지나갔지만 여전히 매우 훌륭하고 성격이 풍부합니다. 가격을 생각하면 말도 안되는 일입니다.

우리는 결혼식을 위해 1 박만 머물 렀지 만 와우 장소. 모든 편의 시설이 현장에 있는 것 같았습니다. 토요일 밤 늦게에도 불구하고 직원들은 매우 도움이 되는 환영을 받았고 실제로 비가 왔음에도 불구하고 우리를 생태 족류로 보여주었습니다.
생식물은 훌륭하고 기본적이지만 단서는 이름에 있습니다. 포함 된 우리 아침 식사는 절대적으로 훌륭하게 잘 표현되었으며 잘 요리되었으며 다시 채워졌습니다. 모든 직원은 이보다 더 도움이 될 수 없었습니다.
다시 체크 아웃하는 것은 즐거운 경험이었고 우리가 그 지역에 다시 있다면 주저하지 않고 머물거나 방문 할 것입니다.

The staff here are exceptional, and nothing is too much for them. They are super friendly and willing to help at every opportunity.
The room was bright and spacious and had everything needed for our short stay as a couple with our furry friend in tow.
The hotel is showing signs of needing some TLC in areas but overall it was nice and comfortable and great at the price point.
At 1st parking appeared to be a pain but after liaising with the awesome staff we were given a permit to park on the street. Bonus!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and say 4-4.5 out of 5 was a good score.

자가 운전 여행이 아니기 때문에 호텔 위치는 사우스햄튼 기차역에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 버스를 통과하는 데 1 시간이 걸리므로 약간 불편합니다. 그러나 호텔의 장식은 내 요구 사항에 완전히 부합합니다. 매우 역사적인 영국식 건물과 수영장이 있습니다. 아침 식사는 오래된 영국식 공간에서 새 날의 시작으로 매우 강력합니다.

호텔은 우리가 있어야 할 위치에 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 잠을 자고 아침 식사로만 호텔을 사용했습니다. 아침 식사는 최고가 아니었고 따뜻하고 빨리 추웠지만 전반적으로 우리의 체류를 즐겼습니다. 주차할 때 나무를 피하십시오. 우리 차는 돌아올 때 엉망이었습니다.

리리뷰어Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests.
Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer.
I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast.
Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise!
Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village!
It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

LLindsayloo호텔에 들어서면 향긋한 냄새가 가득한 웅장한 로비에서 친절한 리셉션 직원들이 반갑게 맞아줍니다. 시원한 과일 생수와 과일도 준비되어 있습니다. 발코니가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 가장자리가 조금 낡아 보이긴 했지만 매우 넓었습니다. 침대는 크고 편안했지만 베개는 좋지 않아 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 여러 채널이 나오는 대형 TV와 차/커피 메이커가 있었습니다. 화장대는 조명이 어두웠지만 거울은 괜찮았고, 옷장과 옷을 갈아입을 공간, 여행 가방을 놓을 선반도 넉넉했습니다. 욕실은 넓었고, 변기와 비데, 일반 크기의 욕조가 있었지만 샤워 부스는 매우 작았습니다. 샤워 트레이에 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 물이 몇 센티미터씩 고여 있었습니다. 손 세정제와 로션도 비치되어 있었습니다. 발코니는 난간처럼 좁아서 의자를 놓을 공간조차 없었지만, 문을 열어놓고 저녁에 햇살을 즐기기에는 아주 좋았습니다. 난간에 서서 크루즈선이 드나드는 모습을 보는 것도 즐거웠습니다.
프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었으며, 제가 숙박했던 이틀 동안 무료 주차를 이용할 수 있도록 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 주변에 카페와 레스토랑이 많아서 호텔에서 식사는 하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었고 다음에 또 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

리리뷰어A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake.
The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best.
Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.
