스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 햄프셔 호텔

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

The service was s excellent, and the swimming pool great with lovely warm water.

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. The room was lovely and staff were friendly. I requested a room with a bath which we got. However there was no plug in the bath so it wouldn’t fill up. The reception was helpful at getting us a new plug tho. We also used the swimming pool which was lovey and very clean. Overall a good experience.

나는 내가 예약했을 때 Apollo 호텔에 머무르는 것에 약간 실망했습니다. 나는 성인 2 명과 어린이 1 명을 위해 예약했고 거기에 도착했을 때 더블 침대 만 있었고 그들이 나를 위해 싱글 침대를 넣어 주겠다고 말했습니다. 외출 중이었고 오후 8시 30분에 호텔에 돌아왔을 때 여전히 침대가 없었습니다. 결국 오후 10시에 그들은 나에게 4살짜리 아이가 잘 수 있는 스프링이 없는 캠프 침대를 주었습니다. 결국 딸아이가 아빠랑 같이 자려고 바닥에서 잤는데, 제가 결혼할 때 묵었던 호텔이 내리막길로 내려가서 정말 안타까워요. 방으로 가는 길에 복도가 있었지만 호텔 입구는 아름다웠고,

It is a lovely spa hotel which is around 10 minute drive from the city centre of Winchester. The room is so spacious and clean. The staff are polite.

호텔에 들어서면 향긋한 냄새가 가득한 웅장한 로비에서 친절한 리셉션 직원들이 반갑게 맞아줍니다. 시원한 과일 생수와 과일도 준비되어 있습니다. 발코니가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 가장자리가 조금 낡아 보이긴 했지만 매우 넓었습니다. 침대는 크고 편안했지만 베개는 좋지 않아 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 여러 채널이 나오는 대형 TV와 차/커피 메이커가 있었습니다. 화장대는 조명이 어두웠지만 거울은 괜찮았고, 옷장과 옷을 갈아입을 공간, 여행 가방을 놓을 선반도 넉넉했습니다. 욕실은 넓었고, 변기와 비데, 일반 크기의 욕조가 있었지만 샤워 부스는 매우 작았습니다. 샤워 트레이에 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 물이 몇 센티미터씩 고여 있었습니다. 손 세정제와 로션도 비치되어 있었습니다. 발코니는 난간처럼 좁아서 의자를 놓을 공간조차 없었지만, 문을 열어놓고 저녁에 햇살을 즐기기에는 아주 좋았습니다. 난간에 서서 크루즈선이 드나드는 모습을 보는 것도 즐거웠습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었으며, 제가 숙박했던 이틀 동안 무료 주차를 이용할 수 있도록 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 주변에 카페와 레스토랑이 많아서 호텔에서 식사는 하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었고 다음에 또 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again

영국 시골의 소박한 럭셔리 리조트가 필요하다면 츄튼 글렌이 최고의 선택입니다! 호텔은 영국 남부 시골에 위치하고 있으며 바다와 사우스햄튼과 가깝습니다. 면적이 매우 넓고 한 바퀴 도는 데 45분이 소요되며 넓은 잔디밭과 숲이 펼쳐져 있어 자연을 좋아하는 친구들이 좋아할 것입니다. 본관은 공용 공간에서 객실까지 영국 신사 스타일이 강한 고풍스러운 3층 건물 단지입니다. 숙박하러 오는 손님은 기본적으로 은퇴하고 부유한 영국 중년 및 노인 부부, 자녀가있는 가족이라고 생각합니다. 사는 사람이 많지 않고 서비스 직원과 손님 비율이 1:1에 도달 할 수 있다고 생각하므로 매우 사적인 느낌입니다. 호텔의 두 레스토랑은 내가 영국에서 여행 한 최고의 레스토랑이어야합니다. 미슐랭 셰프가 만든 요리이기 때문에 모든 요리가 매우 좋습니다. 우리가 갔던 이틀은 영국 음식 프로그램에서 유명한 미슐랭 요리사와 저녁 식사를하기 위해 딱 맞았습니다. 또한 우리에게 서양식 식사 경험을 제공했습니다! 특별한 실내 및 실외 수영장과 SPA 외에도 매우 전문적인 골프 코스, 축구장, 실내 및 실외 테니스 코트 및 크리켓 코트가 있습니다! 호텔에서 해변까지 도보로 20분이 소요되며 경치가 아름답습니다! 호텔의 서비스 직원은 매우 따뜻하고 사려 깊으며 영국식 집사 스타일이 강합니다. 가격은 약간 비싸지 만 경험은 기대 이상입니다!

A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake. The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best. Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.
