Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück war ok, ein Kühlschrank hat im Zimmer gefehlt.

호텔은 기차역과 강까지 도보 거리에있는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 방은 충분히 크고 욕실 크기도 적당합니다. 트윈 베드 2개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 예약할 때 2인 대신 1인실과 1인실을 선택했을 수도 있습니다. 호텔은 추가 인원과 추가 도시세를 추가로 지불해야 한다고 결정했습니다. 그들은 많은 방을 준비했지만 우리가 1시 30분경에 체크인하려고 했을 때 방이 준비되지 않았다고 들었습니다. WiFi는 거의 작동하지 않았습니다. 전신 데이터를 사용해야 했습니다.

excellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

전반적으로 우리에게는 즐거운 숙박이었고 우리는 레스토랑에서 라인강을 바라보며 식당에서 일몰을 즐겼습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 음식으로 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 옆 라인강을 따라 저녁 산책을 하면 더욱 낭만적입니다. 그리고 수영장에서는 방이 따뜻했지만 여전히 수영하기 좋았습니다.

Tolles, charmantes Schlosshotel mit direkter Lage an der Mosel. Zimmer upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten damit mit Moselblick 👍 Frühstück von 7 bis 11 Uhr, also keine Eime beim Aufstehen. Service zuvorkommend, besonders an der Rezeption. Auschecken um 11 doch man kann bis 22h den Wellnessbereich nutzen und bekommt einen Korb mit Bademantel und Pantoffeln. Gerne wieder ✌️

The pictures look better than the actual hotel and even though the amenities are quite nice, especially the Spa area the service should definitely be improved when it comes to the ladies at the front desk. The other staff was very helpful but overall management seems to be a little confused.
