Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Really, I mean really bad insulation. Could hear people ********** or even blow drying their hair, or talking from the room next door super clearly.
Location was really good. Room inside looks nice, but the staircase and hall way smell of toilet.
There was no house keeping during the two days I've stayed.

우리는 돌아올 것이다! Heraklion에 머무는 동안 Aquila Hotel에서 가졌던 환상적인 기쁨과 즐거움은 처음이었습니다. 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다. 우리 방은 매우 깨끗했고 테라스가 있는 충분한 공간이 있었고 전망도 훌륭했습니다...6층에 있는 수영장은 즐거웠습니다..모든 호텔은 외부와 내부 모두 흥미롭습니다...이 호텔은 제공할 것이 너무 많습니다&가장 중요합니다 머무는 동안 행복을 느껴보세요! 베오그라드에서 많은 미소 :)) J&K

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay with Excellent Service
City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

Ttai0910호텔의 위치는 해안가이지만 버스 터미널, 공항 버스 정류장, 고고학 박물관, 성 및 가장 활기찬 8 월 25 일 거리와 가깝습니다. 도보 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 3 명으로 여행하고 패밀리 룸에 살기로 결정했습니다. 35 평방 미터에 달하는 넓은 공간, 4-5 사람, 좋은 장식 디자인, 아침 식사도 풍부하고 맛있습니다. 단점은 호텔이 구 지역에 위치하고 주변 환경이 비교적 좁고 지저분하다는 것입니다. 비수기 때문에 호텔 최상층에 바다가 보이는 레스토랑이 열리지 않습니다. 같은 지역과 같은 그룹 아래에 올리브 그린이 있습니다. 레이지시, 다음에 다시 오세요, 시도하고 싶습니다

GGrim작은 방울 달린 염소 소리를 듣자마자 이곳이 마음에 든다는 것을 알았습니다. 사마리아 협곡으로 가는 길에 있는 조용하고 고즈넉한 시골 숙소.
그것을 운영하는 가족은 모두 사랑스러웠고, 엄마는 아빠가 우리를 출발점까지 태워주기 전에 하이킹을 할 수 있도록 나에게 피크닉을 만들어 주기도 했습니다.
집에서는 그런 일이 일어나지 않기 때문일 수도 있지만, 도착하자마자 아래층에서 맥주를 주문하고 무료 올리브를 받았습니다. 그 덕분에 저의 절대적인 하루가 만들어졌고 이전에는 썩지 않았지만 제 충성도는 즉시 완전히 구매되었습니다.
나는 또한 토끼 튀김을 시켰습니다. 맛이 좋았지 만 샐러드 자체가 더 좋았지 만 육식성 혀를 저주했습니다.
침실에는 녹색과 바위가 많은 언덕을 내다볼 수 있는 훌륭한 발코니가 있습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고, 실제로 오말로스 고도(6월)에서 조금 더 추웠기 때문에 나처럼 더위를 타는 사람들에게는 매우 쉽게 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다. 더 따뜻한 것을 좋아하는 분들을 위해 찬장에 있는 크고 푹신한 담요.
욕실은 약간 작고 높이 스펙트럼의 높은 끝에 있기 때문에 화장실을 사용할 때 세면대에 부딪치지 않도록 조심해야 했습니다. 그러나 당신이 6피트 미만이라면 그들의 작은 등에 당신의 유전학을 가볍게 두드릴 것입니다.
건물이 비교적 낡았기 때문에 다른 손님이 당신의 방을 지나갈 때 발소리가 들릴 수 있지만, 그 외에는 하룻밤 사이에 더할 나위 없이 조용합니다.
가족의 딸은 유감스럽게도 내가 모든 그리스어를 잊어 버린 것 같았을 때 몇 번 도움이 된 정말 좋은 영어를 구사합니다 (무례하게도 도착하기 전에 배우지 않았습니다).
이 아늑한 호텔을 아무리 추천해도 지나치지 않으니 협곡을 하이킹하러 가는 길이라면 여기에 차를 주차하고 하룻밤을 묵으세요. 그런 다음 하이킹이 끝날 때 Agia Romelli에 머 무르십시오. 그런 다음 다음날 오말로스로 돌아와 지친 몸에 가정식 요리를 제공합니다.

리리뷰어Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

ААнастасія ГлавацькаToday, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

리리뷰어Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut.
Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht.
Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

리리뷰어Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!
