스파 시설을 갖춘 브라질 리우데자네이루주 호텔

나는 이 호텔을 실용적이라고 설명하겠습니다.장식이나 따뜻함이 전혀 없습니다.공용 구역은 넓고 꽤 텅 비어 있습니다.레스토랑의 테이블과 의자는 단순한 갈색 나무이고 로비는 낡고 칙칙하고 매우 불편한 좌석이 몇 개 있을 뿐 가구가 거의 없습니다.욕실도 마찬가지입니다.매우 기본적인 필수품만 있고 티슈 페이퍼 한 상자(그리고 얇은 화장지)도 없습니다.우리는 긴 시간을 여행했고 좋은 샤워를 기대하며 오후 10시에 도착했지만...그렇지 않았습니다.우리는 나쁜 시작을 했습니다.목욕하거나 제대로 양치질하기에는 충분하지 않은 물이 약간만 있었습니다.어떤 지역에서는 수압이 떨어질 수 있다고 들었기 때문에 그것은 지역 전체의 문제일 수도 있었습니다.우리는 방을 바꿨고, 다음 날에도 수압은 별로 나아지지 않았고, 물의 흐름은 약간 개선되었고 일주일 내내 그대로였습니다.우리는 5박을 했고 그 주는 도시가 붐비는 때라 결국 머물게 되었습니다. 2024년 11월 주에 리우에서 개최되는 G20 정상회담 기간 동안 다른 호텔을 찾는 것은 쉬운 일이 아닐 것입니다. 긍정적인 측면으로, 직원들은 친절하고 배려심이 많았고, 침대는 편안했으며, 저희 관점에서 볼 때, 이 호텔의 가장 큰 특징은 모든 취향을 만족시킬 수 있는 풍부한 종류의 음식을 제공하는 조식 뷔페였습니다.시리얼, 과일과 치즈, 콜드컷, 여러 가지 뜨겁고 풍미 있는 조식 요리(브라질 지역 요리도 포함), 다양한 빵, 케이크, 맛있는 커피 등이 있었습니다.매우 만족스러웠습니다.예약에 조식을 포함하는 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 호텔에서 점심과 저녁에 제공하는 좋은 음식은 전혀 좋지 않았습니다.그러나 호텔에서 도보 5분 거리 이내에 작은 구간에 3~4개의 레스토랑이 줄지어 있습니다.그 중 하나는 매우 훌륭한 정통 포르투갈 유럽 요리와 와인을 제공합니다.2인 식사는 약 52달러입니다. 같은 상점가에 12달러에서 15달러 사이의 가격으로 맛있는 음식을 즐길 수 있는 훌륭한 메뉴를 갖춘 브라질 요리 레스토랑과 호주 아웃백 스테이크 하우스와 비슷한 스테이크 하우스가 있습니다. 또한 같은 거리(호텔에서 도보 5분 거리)에 다른 식당과 편의점, 약국이 있으며, 약 7달러에 세탁과 건조를 할 수 있는 24시간 세탁소도 있습니다. 위치에 관해서 말하자면, 이 호텔은 코파카바나, 이파네마, 레블론과 같은 리우의 가장 유명한 지역과 가깝지 않지만, 바라 다 티주카는 그 자체로 특별한 지역이며 아마도 도시에서 가장 좋은 해변이 있을 것입니다. 호텔은 리우데자네이루 주 전체에서 가장 크고 최고의 쇼핑몰인 Barra Shopping까지 택시로 단 10~15분 거리에 있습니다.여기에는 레스토랑을 포함하여 모든 것을 찾을 수 있습니다(2024년 11월 기준으로 26달러에 먹을 수 있는 Jappa라는 일본 음식을 먹어보는 것을 추천합니다). 전반적으로 코파카바나, 이파네마 레블론의 세련되고 비싼 지역과 비교했을 때 이 호텔은 가격 대비 가치가 좋습니다.샤워 시설이 중요하기 때문에 문제가 해결된다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

This hotel has a corporate vibe, with good proximity to a less busy beach than Copa or Ipanema. The amenities are decent, the rooms are small-ish but clean.  Both the main restaurant and the top floor restaurant (Masi) were also decent. Masi is not that busy so it’s a great place to get a beautiful sunset view, and the menu has a few hits and a few misses. But the staff were great and so is the view.  The pool area is good for families, but is too busy on the weekends for someone to chill out and relax.  The room layouts are an effective use of space and were in good shape. The only thing to mention is the AC units. They are on a remote system that can cause some difficulty in setting up, and maintaining a set temperature is not really what they do. They are either on, or off. - Maintenance had to come twice to our unit to get us a new remote, as ours would frequently stop working. But they do cool the room, just with some operator frustration… The main complaint is the chemical / perfume smell  they flood the lobby and common areas with. I’m not someone who is scent sensitive - but the air is thick with an ‘air freshener’ scent that they blow throughout the lobby area. It will be off-putting to some.  Thankfully the rooms themselves are immune to this.  Cleaning staff do a great job, and overall they have a dedicated (if over-worked) support staff For the numbers of guests that they have. The rooms are quiet. We were able to sleep well throughout the night. No traffic noise, or other room noise and we were about halfway up the building.

저희는 호텔에 주니어 스위트룸과 스탠다드룸 두 개를 예약했습니다. 스위트룸은 매우 넓었고 거리 쪽으로 창문이 나 있었습니다. 창문이 방음이 잘 되어 밤에 거리 소음 때문에 잠을 설치지 않았습니다. 호텔에는 하루 33헤알(R$)의 주차 요금이 부과되는 주차장이 있었고, 저희의 지프 커맨더도 주차할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 이 리뷰를 부정적으로 쓰는 이유는 호텔 직원 때문입니다. 체크인 시, 예약 대행사에서 이미 결제가 완료된 객실 하나에 대한 요금이 아직 지불되지 않았다고 직원이 말했습니다. 저희가 후불 결제를 선택했기 때문에 예약 대행사로부터 결제가 아직 접수되지 않았다는 것이었습니다. 저는 예약 대행사에서 이미 결제가 완료되었다고 말했지만, 직원은 객실 예약을 확정하기 위해 카드에 가승인이 된 것일 거라고 주장했습니다. 예약 대행사에 연락해 보겠다고 했지만, 직원은 그럴 필요가 없다고 했습니다 (별로 걱정하는 기색이 없어서 이런 경험이 많은 것 같았습니다). 나중에 알고 보니 해당 객실에 대한 요금이 두 번 청구되었고, 예약 대행사는 일주일 넘게 호텔에 연락을 시도했지만 아무런 답변을 받지 못하고 있습니다. 이건 명백한 사기 같습니다. 두 번째 문제입니다. 체크아웃할 때 직원이 조식에 대한 팁을 요구했습니다. 조식 가격을 기준으로 10%의 팁을 주면 1인당 180헤알(R$)이 된다고 했습니다. 이 정도면 셀프 서비스 조식이 근처 미슐랭 레스토랑보다 비싸다는 뜻입니다. 직원은 함께 여행 온 다른 사람에게 물어보려 했지만 제가 가까이 가자 포기했습니다. 이게 호텔 정책인지, 아니면 프런트 데스크 직원들이 실제로 사기를 치는 건지 의심스럽습니다. 이중 청구에 대해서는 아직도 호텔 측과 연락을 시도하고 있습니다.

I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels. The location is truly premium, right on Copacabana Beach and the rooftop overlooks the entire beach, which is a huge plus. My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day. Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated. The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool. The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned. Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time. It’s a bit sad, because with such an incredible location, a modern renovation could easily make this one of the best hotels in the world. For the price I paid, I was still satisfied, but it definitely didn’t feel like a true luxury experience.

편안하고 잘 정돈된 넓고 깨끗한 객실이었습니다. 다만 두 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 1) 212A호의 에어컨 조절기가 가끔 작동하지 않았습니다. 2) 리셉션 직원이 음식 배달은 리셉션에서 직접 수령해야 한다는 점을 미리 알려주면 좋겠습니다.

Apenas duas críticas. Meu quarto estava sem tv a cabo. Liguei para recepção reclamando. Informaram que iriam enviar um técnico de ti imediatamente pra resolver. Estou esperando esse técnico até hj... Fiquei minha estadia toda sem ver tv. A segunda é o café da manhã. Já fui em hotéis bem menores com uma qualidade incrível do serviço de café da amanhã. O hotel deixa um pouco a desejar nesse quesito. De resto foi uma boa experiência e eu voltaria novamente.

객실 발코니에서는 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있었고, 디자인은 심플했으며, 조식은 푸짐했습니다. 주변 지역도 안전했습니다. 하지만 호텔 직원이 호텔 숙박권이나 스포츠 경기 티켓을 강매하려 했는데, 직접 구매하는 것보다 훨씬 비쌌습니다. 특히 스포츠 경기 티켓은 원래 120위안인데, 직원은 교통비만 포함해서 800위안이 넘는 가격에 팔았습니다.

아주 멋진 호텔. 매우 해변의 슈퍼 위치. 걷기, 자전거 타기 등을 위한 많은 공간. 해변이 아름답고 해변과 서핑에 이상적입니다. 호텔은 무료 침대, 수건 및 우산을 제공합니다. 하프보드 음식이 완벽합니다. 바다 쪽과 거리에서 조금 시끄럽습니다. 창문의 물개는 이미 제공되었지만 우리의 체류에 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 멋진 전망을 갖춘 멋진 옥상 수영장. 토요일에는 DJ도 연주했습니다! 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

Very good breakfast (best waiter: Thiago - what a great person) Superb Location However, I am still upset with the reception team. On one night, there was a big party outside and it was impossible to sleep during the night. Having complained about the loud noise, the reception staffer told me that he would call the police. Nothing changed and on the next day, the hotel did not communicate at all with us about this incident. When I proactively asked for a discount on our dues, the reception staff wrote me lengthy messages that it was not in their control. For me, if you really care about your guests, you ask your neighbors to lower their music volume. They wrote me long messages how they really care about their guests, but if they do not follow through with these statements, better not make them in the first place. The hotel has seen better days and not only did a stair case step break during our way just in front of our room (not repaired until our departure), but my girlfriend also stepped into a broken mosaic in the cold outside pool with her foot.
