방은 매우 좋고 편안하고 깨끗하며 멋진 전망을 가지고 있습니다! 개선점: 나는 파디 달콤한 멋진 파일렛을 주문했고 매우 나빴습니다. 아침 식사는 정직하고 맛있습니다. 2) SPA. 제 3자 회사라는 것을 알고 있지만 tb를 개선해야 할 필요가 있습니다. WhatsApp을 통해 마사지를 요청했고 마사지 치료사는 어떤 식 으로든 응답하지 않았습니다. Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! BOM DIA! O ATENDIMENTO NA RECEPÇÃO DO CAIO E JHONATAS EXCELENTE! DOS DEMAIS FUNCIONARIOS OTIMOS! HORÁRIO DO CAFÉ DA MANHÂ FIZEMOS UMA SUGESTÃO, POIS HORÁRIO DE 08:00 HS FICA TARDE, FALAMOS QUE O IDEAL SERIA PELO MENOS O INÍCIO ÀS 07 HORAS. AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS. UM ABRAÇO!

훌륭한 호텔, 닫힌 눈을 추천합니다. 훌륭한 서비스, 멋진 방, 멋진 아침 식사도.

This hotel has a corporate vibe, with good proximity to a less busy beach than Copa or Ipanema. The amenities are decent, the rooms are small-ish but clean.  Both the main restaurant and the top floor restaurant (Masi) were also decent. Masi is not that busy so it’s a great place to get a beautiful sunset view, and the menu has a few hits and a few misses. But the staff were great and so is the view.  The pool area is good for families, but is too busy on the weekends for someone to chill out and relax.  The room layouts are an effective use of space and were in good shape. The only thing to mention is the AC units. They are on a remote system that can cause some difficulty in setting up, and maintaining a set temperature is not really what they do. They are either on, or off. - Maintenance had to come twice to our unit to get us a new remote, as ours would frequently stop working. But they do cool the room, just with some operator frustration… The main complaint is the chemical / perfume smell  they flood the lobby and common areas with. I’m not someone who is scent sensitive - but the air is thick with an ‘air freshener’ scent that they blow throughout the lobby area. It will be off-putting to some.  Thankfully the rooms themselves are immune to this.  Cleaning staff do a great job, and overall they have a dedicated (if over-worked) support staff For the numbers of guests that they have. The rooms are quiet. We were able to sleep well throughout the night. No traffic noise, or other room noise and we were about halfway up the building.

방에는 이불이나 담요, 깨진 화장실, 뜨거운 물, 작동하지 않는 전화와 같은 기본 편의 시설이 부족했습니다. WiFi와 TV는 거의 작동하지 않았고 천장은 공사 중이었고 방은 슬리버 만 열린 창문으로 전망이 없었습니다. 문도 잠겨 있고 키 카드가 작동을 멈췄습니다. 호텔은 붐습니다. 수영장을 즐길 공간이 없었고 아침 식사는 완전 채식 옵션이 전혀 없어 실망했습니다. 오랫동안 시끄러운 건설 소음에 추가하면이 숙박은 휴식보다 더 스트레스를 받았습니다. 확실히 가격이나 별 가치가 없습니다.

Hôtel très propre et confortable ! Le personnel est très sympa et professionnelle !  L emplacement idéal et la chambre spacieuse et très propre !  Le petit déjeuner excellent et beaucoup de choix !  Le dernier soir petit chocolat sur le lit et le verre d accueil parfait !

Una genialidad todo! Molestamos bastante con la comida ya que solo consumimos kosher y nos aceptaron todas nuestros pedidos Marcelino de la parte de alimentos un genio!

There were ants in the room. The laundry in the hotel was impossible to use if you didn’t have a local bank card. Overall cleanliness was not good, and rooms weren’t very comfortable either, not enough furniture to put things on. But it was the only option close to the event I attended
