The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working.
The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.

HORÁRIO DO CAFÉ DA MANHÂ FIZEMOS UMA SUGESTÃO, POIS HORÁRIO DE 08:00 HS FICA TARDE, FALAMOS QUE O IDEAL SERIA PELO MENOS O INÍCIO ÀS 07 HORAS.
AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS.

아래층에 슈퍼마켓이 있고 Botafogo 근처에 있는 아주 좋은 호텔입니다.
두 가지 단점은 아침 식사 (카테고리가 너무 적음)와 창밖 환경 (빵 산이 보이는 쪽은 길 소리가 들리고 상대적으로 덥습니다. 옆방은 조용하지만 벽을 향하고 있습니다) 조명에 너무 많은 영향을 주지만 시야가 좋지 않은 또 다른 건물입니다.
3층이나 4층에 사는 것을 추천합니다.
그리고, 다시 체크인 했을 때 363호실 욕실 바닥이 약간 곰팡이가 핀 것 같았고, 테이블도 깨끗하게 닦이지 않더군요.

Minha esposa e eu adoramos tudo no hotel!!!! Muito cheiroso!!! Café da manhã impecável!!!! Único detalhe é o estacionamento do hotel que é limitado e não comporta, aí tem que deixar o carro do lado de fora, mas isso não atrapalhou a experiência.

The location is one of the best ones in Buzios. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is just paradise and in the bar right there you can eat and drink all day if you wish to. The hotel has 24-hour security on both entrances. I loved the chapel too, clean and open every day. I recommend this hotel 100%!

아주 좋은 호텔, 표준 서비스, 친절한 서비스, 청결도 괜찮습니다. 지적할 유일한 세부 사항은 다리미가 없다는 것입니다 ... 하나의 단위가 있으며 여전히 고장 났으며 저렴한 도구이며 놓칠 수 없습니다. 이 크기의 호텔.

호텔 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 해변이 바로 길 건너편에 있어서 일출 감상, 야시장 구경, 바 이용에 편리합니다. 다만 객실이 너무 작아서 캐리어를 펼칠 수조차 없습니다. 바다가 보이는 객실을 선택하는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 그렇지 않으면 옆 건물만 보이는 객실도 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 작고 프런트 데스크 서비스는 보통 수준입니다. 입구 바로 앞에 샤워실이 있어 해변에서 휴식을 취한 후 샤워하기에 편리합니다. 조식 레스토랑에서는 푸른 하늘과 멀리 보이는 해변의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어Overall a nice trip, and a pretty fancy hotel for the price. I would consider it more like a 4**** hotel than a 5 star, personally.
highlights:
- beautiful lobby and view from our room of the mountains, beach, etc.
- kind people at the desk and otherwise. very safe inside even though neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times.
- great bed, windows, bathtub, etc..
- affordable as an american for level of service.
- spa and rooftop restaurant are amazing. gym is great too!
dealbreakers: (may stop me from booking next time)
- wifi was basically broken the entire time in our room, and in the hotel at times. less than 10mbits, and no signal in most of our room. front desk said several times they'd fix but I don't think they have the ability to actually fix it. many other people had this issue as well. at a 5* hotel, this should not be happening. major issue, had to do meetings in the lobby to get it to function at all.
- breakfast is *good* but definitely caters towards a local brazilian diet (very few options for vegans). as a vegetarian, I'll just say I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. but hey, that's brazil so not digging on the hotel too much on that.
- elevator is incredibly busy, and there were times where it literally said ”not available” and we had to wait 5 minutes to actually use it.
- there are *TONS* of families with kids in and around the pool when we went. so environment was quite loud and crazy most of the time. they do timeshares so I think mostly big families frequent the hotel.
- we booked and paid extra for the *Junior Suite* (with a large living room as well as bath). the front desk gave us the *room with bath* which ended up being nice.. but is half the size, and refused to put us in the junior suite room, even after showing the reservation. this may be a Trip.com issue instead of the hotel.. but they didn't offer any compensation or flexibility for us. trip did refund us the difference in price though.
overall, its a great deal for the price, and the architecture is amazing, the room is nice, good water pressure. horrible wifi and very few vegetarian options made it difficult to recommend again, but we liked our stay nonetheless.

익익명 사용자I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels. The location is truly premium, right on Copacabana Beach and the rooftop overlooks the entire beach, which is a huge plus.
My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day. Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated.
The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool. The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned.
Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time. It’s a bit sad, because with such an incredible location, a modern renovation could easily make this one of the best hotels in the world. For the price I paid, I was still satisfied, but it definitely didn’t feel like a true luxury experience.

음식도 흠잡을 데 없이 훌륭했고, 직원분들이 마치 집에 있는 것처럼 편안하게 대해주셨습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

Fiquei minha estadia toda sem ver tv.
A segunda é o café da manhã. Já fui em hotéis bem menores com uma qualidade incrível do serviço de café da amanhã. O hotel deixa um pouco a desejar nesse quesito.
De resto foi uma boa experiência e eu voltaria novamente.

Superb Location
However, I am still upset with the reception team. On one night, there was a big party outside and it was impossible to sleep during the night. Having complained about the loud noise, the reception staffer told me that he would call the police. Nothing changed and on the next day, the hotel did not communicate at all with us about this incident. When I proactively asked for a discount on our dues, the reception staff wrote me lengthy messages that it was not in their control. For me, if you really care about your guests, you ask your neighbors to lower their music volume. They wrote me long messages how they really care about their guests, but if they do not follow through with these statements, better not make them in the first place.
The hotel has seen better days and not only did a stair case step break during our way just in front of our room (not repaired until our departure), but my girlfriend also stepped into a broken mosaic in the cold outside pool with her foot.

리리뷰어The hotel is located in a prime area in Rio de Janeiro, very close to Ipanema Beach, within walking distance. From there, you can easily reach the main beaches and attractions. Reception, check-in and check-out are very easy. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, good quality shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap), clean towels and sheets. There are amenities for purchase in the minibar (beer, chocolate, water and soft drinks). There was breakfast included (in my reservation) and there was good quality Brazilian style food, including cheese bread. The staff was very welcoming and polite. It is a very good hotel with a fair price.
