도착 당일 접수원은 시스템에서 내 이름을 볼 수 없다고 말했습니다. 신선한 체크인을 하기 위해 하루만 지불하기로 하고 해외에서 긴 여행을 마치고 휴식을 취했습니다. 그 다음 그들은 내가 하루 동안 지불 할 수있게 해주었습니다. 다음날 그들은 나에게 환불을했고 나중에 trip.com에서 내 확인을 받았다고 말했습니다. 나는 그들과 3 박 동안 머물렀다. 마지막으로 trip.com 고객이 예약하고 지불하자마자 여행자 정보를 보내야합니다.

런던에서 출발해 라고스로 여행하며 2박 숙박을 위해 호텔을 찾고 있었습니다. 웹사이트에 제공된 주소가 정확하지 않아 호텔을 찾는 데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 도착했을 때 프런트 데스크 직원은 영어를 하지 못해 의사소통을 위해 번역 앱을 사용해야 했습니다. 배정받은 객실은 깨끗했지만, TV 채널이 제공되지 않았습니다. 또한 객실 내 인터폰이 없어 필요한 서비스를 요청하려면 2층 아래 로비까지 내려가야 했습니다. 이 호텔은 주로 중국이나 아시아에서 온 관광객들을 대상으로 하는 것 같았고, 다양한 국적의 고객을 위한 서비스 제공에는 다소 부족한 점이 있는 것으로 보였습니다. 긍정적인 면으로는 무료 Wi-Fi, 수영장, 라운지를 이용할 수 있었다는 점입니다. 체크아웃 시에는 호텔 측에서 공항까지 데려다 줄 운전기사와 차량을 제공해 주어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다소 높은 가격에도 불구하고, 다음에 라고스에 갈 일이 있다면 이 호텔을 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다. 이 호텔은 조용한 주택가에 위치하여 소음 없는 평화로운 환경을 제공하지만, 배경 음악이 없는 점은 아쉽습니다. 호텔 측에서 TV 시청 시설을 마련하고, 영어가 능숙한 현지 직원을 고용하며, 현지 음식을 포함한 다양한 메뉴를 추가하는 것을 고려해 보시기 바랍니다.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

이 호텔은 라고스 이케자의 조용한 지역에 위치해 있으며 대중교통 이용이 매우 편리합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 음식은 중국식 뷔페였는데 맛있었습니다. 저희는 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사를 모두 지불했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 특히 아침 식사 메뉴가 다양하지 않았고, 녹차 외에는 커피나 차가 없었다는 것입니다. 객실에 커피나 차가 제공되지 않아 요청해야만 받았는데, 우유도 함께 제공되지 않아 더욱 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에도 좋았던 점은 호텔에서 공항까지 교통편을 예약하고 비용을 지불해 주었다는 것입니다. 운전기사분께서 일찍 오셔서 저희를 기다려 주셔서 비행기 시간에 늦지 않았습니다. 특히 현지인이 아닌 고객에게는 정말 세심한 배려였습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 서비스는 5점 만점에 4.5점을 주고 싶습니다. 다음에 라고스를 방문할 때도 꼭 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

아주 좋은 작은 안뜰은 아름다운 환경을 가지고 있으며 안뜰을 걸을 수 있습니다. 넓은 객실 크기와 완벽한 시설 24시간 중국식 서비스, 무료 공항 교통편 음식도 식욕과 같으며 요리사는 요리 수준에 있습니다.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

훌륭한 서비스, 맛있는 음식, 훌륭한 환경, 안전한 위치. 객실은 밝고 편안했습니다.

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍
