Not bad it could be better, customer service was not too great but in general ok

Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns das Hotel begeistert. Es besticht nicht nur durch seine hervorragende Lage, sondern auch durch die wohltuende Ruhe auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände. Hier verbindet sich eine gehobene Ausstattung auf harmonische Weise mit einer wunderschönen, naturnahen Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die liebevoll gestalteten Außenanlagen im chinesischen Stil. Springbrunnen, Koi-Becken und die gepflegte Gartenlandschaft schaffen eine einzigartige Oase der Entspannung. Der großzügige Swimmingpool lädt jeden Tag zu einer erfrischenden Abkühlung ein und bietet genügend Platz, um entspannt seine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit einer großen Terrasse gebucht. Der traumhafte Ausblick über die Dächer des Stadtviertels war jeden Morgen und Abend ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Was mein Herz jedoch am meisten berührt hat, war die Tatsache, dass das Hotel nicht nur die wunderschönen Kois beherbergt, sondern auch zwei liebe Hunde und eine Katze. Diese tierischen Bewohner haben unserem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Herzlichkeit verliehen und ihn auf eine wunderbare Weise bereichert. Das reichhaltige chinesische Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen war außerordentlich groß und von hervorragender Qualität. Ein ganz besonderes Lob verdienst das gesamte Serviceteam. In diesem Hotel wird perfekte Gastfreundschaft nicht nur versprochen, sondern in jedem Bereich mit großer Herzlichkeit und Professionalität gelebt. Das gilt ebenso für den hervorragend organisierten Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen. Von ganzem Herzen bedanken wir uns für diese unvergessenen 10 Tage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind uns sicher, dass wir wiederkommen werden. Dieses Hotel hat einen festen Platz in unseren Herzen gefunden.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

이 호텔의 사천 요리사는 정말 명칭과 칭찬을 받을 가치가 있습니다! 머무는 동안 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 레스토랑의 사천 요리였습니다. 요리사는 매운 요리가 겹겹이 쌓여 있고 향이 강하지만 건조하지 않으며 모든 요리가 매우 좋습니다. 특히 삶은 고기 조각, 침 치킨 및 마포 두부는 정통 맛이 나며 매운맛은 좋지만 자극적이지 않으며 매운 향, 마향 및 수프 향이 옳게 통합됩니다. 주인은 또한 재료에 매우 특별하며 신선도가 높고 자르고 세심하여 의도를 볼 수 있습니다. 서비스 기간 동안 매우 열성적이며 손님이 수용 할 수있는 매운맛에 따라 적극적으로 조정되며 매우 친밀합니다. 호텔에서 그런 정통 사천 맛을 먹을 수 있습니다.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

The room was great, especially the ability to see the bath tub from the room. The view is great also, as I was on the 15th floor or so.
