'Everything was up to par at this hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. My room also had a view. My bed was comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t have any problems. The staff was very polite and professional upon booking. I will definitely be booking again in the future.'

TTeenaychelleI enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

리리뷰어The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

VVanessa Ratcliff방에 들어갔을 때, 거부할 수없는 소변 냄새가 공기를 향하게했습니다. 나는 소스를 찾고 침대에 올라서는 동안 그것을 발견했다. 그것은 매트리스였습니다!!!!! 사과와 함께 다른 방에 우리를 배치하도록 요청합니다. 다른 방에서는 소변 냄새가 덜났습니다. 그러나, 나는 담요를 들어 올리고 2 더러운 것을 알아 차렸다. 나는 누가 알고 있었기 때문에 거기에 있었던 양말을 의미한다!!!!! 이것은 시트가 청소되지 않았다는 것을 의미했다! ! ! 우리는 떠나야했다! ! ! 이것은 비상 여행이었고 우리는 다시는 여기에 가지 않을 것입니다 !!!
