Hotel has large clean comfortable rooms but no refrigerator anymore. Valet parking and check in staff are excellent. Room service breakfast and angus burger excellent. Close to shopping.

This property was very clean, but the room itself was tired. The mattress was newer and very comfortable, but the bathroom tile was cracked, wallpaper was peeling, the vanity was very worn and there was small leak under the sink, the carpet was starting to show wear - for the price, our room while clean had just seen better days. The staff however was fantastic, always said hello when we entered the lobby. We had a problem with the toilet, which they fixed very quickly. We paid extra for a river view, which was partially blocked by the neighboring hotel, but still scenic and could briefly see boats going along. The pool and workout area were well maintained and very nice, as was the lobby. Overall a very convenient location near everything without the noise and crowds.

Customer service was excellent! From valet to front desk everyone was extremely polite, helpful & even gave recommendations for activities and food spots! Room had an amazing view! 10/10 recommend!

Breakfast is amazing! The Loews double burger w cheese and fries is absolutely delicious after a evening out on the town. A must have.

We had a really pleasant stay overall at Loews New Orleans Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily one of the best parts of the trip—and I loved the view from my room. The hotel also smelled amazing in the common areas, which oddly made a great first impression every time I walked in. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay feel warm and easy. That said, the property itself feels pretty outdated, especially in the bathroom—it could definitely use a refresh. I also wish there were some outdoor spaces to sit and relax, as that’s something I always look for when traveling. The bar and restaurant areas didn’t feel particularly inviting, so I ended up going elsewhere most of the time. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, but the hotel could really benefit from some updates and more inviting shared spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service. My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast we so gross. It tasted stale and burnt. It also would have been nice if the pool was tad warmer, but we had a great time anyway. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to French Quarter. Nice view over Mississippi River. Spacious room.

The staff was amazing very attentive. Check-in was easy flowing, and valet. Did a great job.

The stay was amazing! The hotel, staff, room, food and customer service were excellent! My cousins and I were treated very well this weekend.
