수영장 시설을 갖춘 이탈리아 토스카나 호텔

객실은 훌륭했고, 창밖 풍경은 아름다웠습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하지는 않았지만 딱 적당했고, 직원들은 친절했습니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉했고 집처럼 편안했습니다. 토스카나에서의 자율주행 경험은 정말 훌륭했습니다.

位置在佛羅倫薩西邊，沒有包車的話需要從佛羅倫薩坐火車到Empoli站，再打車25分鐘到酒店（50歐左右）。酒店在田野間，從城鎮開一會過來，附近每個小山頭有不少酒店和民俗。酒店範圍很大，除住宿區域，周圍圍繞着葡萄田，農場，以及供酒店項目活動的區域。 環境很美，臨近自然，貫徹原生態理念，餐廳食材部分來源於自家農場。周圍鄉間小路有高矮不一的絲柏樹，看來是為遊客出片，特意沿路補栽了一批小樹，好變成一排整齊的絲柏樹。酒店建築風格為意大利農莊，外部看着樸素，內部相較華麗，文藝復興式的裝潢優美大氣。清晨霧氣濛濛，不到正午霧散，下午光照充足，傍晚落日餘暉灑在田野上十分美麗。日出而林霏開，四時之景不同。 呆了2晚，期間體驗了松露採摘（155歐/人），和品酒（50歐/人）。體驗一下是有趣的。但是與預料不同，松露採摘的參與感並不多。我們來到一片樹林，跟隨松露獵人和獵犬的腳步在林間尋找，期間有講解，但並未親身體驗挖掘松露的過程。品酒參觀了下酒窖，之後在户外品嚐。居住期間可以往酒店四周散步消遣時光，並不會覺得無聊。滿眼的綠意放鬆身心。其實部分場景可以在大多數農村同樣看到，但酒店的配套設施跟不上，我們需要在走累了回到酒店獲得帶有度假感的休息。 酒店自帶兩個餐廳，包早飯。一個餐廳是當地菜餐廳，一個餐廳是米其林綠星。味道都還不錯。居住過程中衹能在其中選擇，因為附近沒有其他餐廳。 值得一提的是第二晚居住的泳池甄選套房臨近泳池，開門即可下水游泳，但是房間內發現很多蟲子。酒店服務參差不齊，其中一個實習生英語交流不暢，我們溝通換房花費了很長時間。而另一個實習生英語流利，且服務態度很好。 回程選擇了讓酒店預約送至Empoli車站（68歐）。

이 가격에, 이 위치에, 이 호스텔이라니 정말 좋았어요! 다른 중국인 여자 세 분과 같은 방을 썼는데, 6인실인데 침대가 5개였고 한 침대는 비어 있었어요. 기차역으로 가는 버스 정류장이랑도 가까웠고요! 잠자리도 편안했어요! 호스텔 사진 찍는 걸 깜빡해서 옆 공원 사진이랑 룸메이트인 대만 친구가 준 초콜릿 사진을 올렸어요.

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

정말 아름답네요. 서비스 직원들이 매우 열정적입니다. 깨끗하고 위생적이에요. 다음에도 다시 방문하겠습니다. 하루 더 머물고 싶었지만 일정이 촉박했습니다. 이곳은 중심지에서 조금 떨어져 있지만, 방은 넓어요! ! ! 주차도 편리합니다. 우리는 택시를 타고 시내 중심가까지 갔는데, 요금은 약 25유로였습니다.

Stunning view & room, great breakfast and very very helpful staff!!

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Небольшой новый отель, но очень атмосферный. Все продумано до деталей. Красивый вид на долину с виноградниками из ресторана. Предлагают свое вино, так же можно записаться на экскурсию на их винодельню в определенные дни. Номера современные, в номерах есть все необходимое (хорошего качества косметика, постельное белье и полотенца). Есть зона для загара и бассейн 👌 Очень рекомендую этот отель для посещения) тихо, уединенно и душевно ❤️

호텔은 피렌체 산타 마리아 노벨라 기차역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 입구는 객실 카드로 열 수 있는 보안 **트가 있습니다. 조식은 평균 수준이었고, 로마에서 묵었던 호텔만큼 다양한 선택지가 있지는 않았습니다. 직접 신선한 오렌지 주스를 만들 수 있는 수동 착즙기가 있었습니다. 저희가 묵었던 객실의 화장실은 넓었고, 샤워 부스와 세면대가 두 개 있었습니다. 객실에는 일회용 슬리퍼가 비치되어 있었습니다. 최고층에 머물렀기 때문에 두오모 돔을 볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔에서 두오모까지는 도보로 약 20분 정도 걸립니다. 아, 그리고 호텔은 친환경 정책을 장려하는데요, 매일 객실 청소, 침대 시트 및 수건 교체를 원하지 않으면 프런트 데스크에 알려주세요. 각 투숙객은 음료 교환권을 받을 수 있으며, 1층 바에서 커피, 물, 칵테일 등 음료 한 잔으로 교환할 수 있습니다. 또한 호텔에는 작은 수영장이 있는데, 크지는 않지만 사진 촬영을 원하시는 분들은 수영복을 챙겨 오시는 것을 고려해 볼 수 있습니다.
