The house Leifsstadir is located in the outskirts of Akureyri at the easter hillside of the Eyafjord. The spacious house has all comfort and is suitable for up to eight people.The 12'000 m2 property grants privacy and for the security of our guests an alarm equiplent and security cameras are installed.When selecting the materials and furnitures we only chose good design and best quality. There are antique items and protected rare items in the house. The house has been acquired in October 2014. It is in a nice old very quiet neighborhood we have a lovely comfy apartment, within a 5 minute walking from the center of town, the swimming pool or the mall.The apartment has one bedroom with a new queen size bed and a one man bed.
