Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

I arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.

All services were perfect, except one lady at the front, who was not really eager to help us to solve the problem. What I felt as a customer was that she wanted me to pay directly again the bill, coz Trip.com did not send to the hotel the amount I paid. I lost my time and could not reach my appointment. Thanks to Mrs Miora (another lady at the front) the problem was solved smoothly.

여기 평점이 왜 낮은지 모르겠네요. 타나의 다른 호텔들도 묵어봤지만, 여기가 단연 최고였습니다. (참고로) 라디슨 블루는 더블베드가 작은 싱글베드 두 개를 붙인 거라 하룻밤 자고 나면 허리가 아팠는데, 여기는 침대와 방이 모두 넓었습니다. 호텔을 나서면 길 건너편에 ATM기와 큰 슈퍼마켓도 있었어요. 조식은 라디슨 블루보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 아주 푸짐했어요. 다만, 과일 종류가 좀 적은 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 타나에서 단연 1등이라고 할 만하지만, 가격은 확실히 좀 비싼 편이었습니다.

I was absolutely delighted – the service was impeccable, from housekeeping to the restaurant and reception, especially Miss Mirindra, who was simply brilliant: a lovely, multi-tasking person, always smiling and ready to help everyone, serving several people at once. a first class hospitality staff member . I’ll definitely be back.

不推薦，原因是離景點比較遠，性價比不高，塔娜很多酒店都是打着麗笙的名頭混的😸，整個東非，麗笙加盟店都是滿街都是，但這個麗笙位於市郊區，我住過老城的麗笙apartment，離景點步行可到達，這個就有點遠了，必須打車，而且説真的，我沒覺得它有啥特殊，貴一百多塊莫名其妙，更重要的事：免費機場shuttle是説瞎話，説瞎話，説瞎話😭😭，老老實實自己打車，郵件不回，必須打電話預訂接機，價格是機場出租的兩倍，本地人來的較多，原因是旁邊有個電影院，適合過週末，畢竟本地人也不去景點😭

Очень удобный отель из-за близости к аэропорту и наличия бесплатного трансфера. Номера просторные, террасы и балконы есть. Завтраки по мадагаскарским меркам, есть с чем сравнить, очень даже приличные. Для отеля 3 заезд очень и очень. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательные, сервис хороший. Чистенько в целом. Живности нет. Приятная и ухоженная зона бассейна. Для мадагаскара очень приличный вариант

12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

離機場很近，有接送，晚餐點單了，非常好吃，廚師手藝不錯。看起來安全係數也挺高。整體性價比很高，推薦機場附近中轉的到這邊
