Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast.
Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay.
Reception was easy and hassle free.
Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room.
Slept well. No noise.
Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

The hotel common areas are very nice. The twin room we had was OK, although a little tired, with no window! (On the first floor as well.)
Service was excellent. We had an issue that was resolved quickly to our satisfaction.

The hotel is ideally located bear the NEC Birmingham. We were there for an event, and combined it with a visit to our daughter in uni in the city. The amenaties were excelkent. Had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. Woukd stay here again.

그것은 멋진 큰 방, 4 포스터가있는 침대였습니다. 접수원은 제대로 일을하고있었습니다. 우리는 하룻밤 만 머물렀고 바, 수영 또는 체육관과 같은 모든 시설을 사용하지 않았으며 레스토랑 만 사용했습니다.
침대가 너무 푹신해서 남편이 침몰했습니다. 그는 숙면을 취하지 않았습니다.

호텔은 여행에 나쁜 위치에 있지 않습니다…
하지만 호텔에는 많은 개선이 필요합니다! 조식 뷔페는 음식이 보충될 때까지 기다리고 있습니다. 직원에게 차 컵이 어디에 있는지 계속 물어봐야 합니다. 교체된 것이 없기 때문에 토스터의 위치로 인해 줄이 없었습니다. 물 교체를 요청하는 경우 조심하세요. 요금이 청구되어서 방에 있었는데 항의 후 환불받았습니다..이그제큐티브룸은 좋았지만 스탠다드룸은 좋지 않다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 직원은 좋았지만 더 나은 조직이 필요합니다. 수영장 구역은 날짜가 지정되어 있고 정해진 시간이 없으며 개방형 폐쇄 시간을 선택하고 선택하는 것 같습니다. 우리는 여기에 언급되지 않은 몇 가지 문제가 있었는데 리셉션에 우리가 행복하지 않다고 말했고 다른 고객이 불평하는 것을 발견했습니다.. 우리는 다시 머물지 않을 것이며 확실히 최대 4성급 3은 아닙니다.. 스파 트리트먼트에 대해서는 언급할 수 없습니다. 사용하지는 않지만 스파를 살펴보면 주변에 더 좋은 스파가 있을 것이라고 확신합니다. 골프장 9홀은 상태가 양호하지만 호텔 외부는 약간 지저분하게 정리가 필요합니다.

Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.

BBumblebee06Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa.
However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience.
There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance.
Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

CChris1980Hotel nice as always, room cpuld fo with a bit of an update but not too bad. BUT it was my 13th stay within 9 months and I still have to always provide all address details from scratch although I am staying there every other week and provide thwm as well through the online checkin 🤦♂️

EEna BCame a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe.
Pros:
Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too.
Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy.
Cons:
Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked.
A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre!
My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN!
Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

리리뷰어The hotel was fine - Staff at breakfast and in the bar were really lovely. However we were charged twice for this booking. I prepaid through the trip app but my brother arrived first at the hotel and he was charged again. Only by accident did we realise this and said it at the reservations desk. They could not help saying that I would probably get a refund for one of the payments but this has not happened. Have now sent an email to the oops manager so hopefully it won’t be long before we get one of the payments back.

리리뷰어A short walk away from the train station, the hotel was a little bit tricky to find it being tucked into the University Campus, but I was happy with the room as a whole. The pictures admittedly made the room appear bigger than it was, but for my stay, it was very sufficient. Comfy bed, good shower, pop-up desk for me to do work in the room.
