방은 깔끔하고 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사에는 오믈렛과 미트로프가 포함되었고, 요구르트와 우유는 모두 품질이 좋아서 훌륭한 미국식 아침 식사였습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점은 방에서 향수나 아로마테라피 냄새가 났는데, 익숙하지 않았습니다. 위치가 골목길에 있고 모퉁이에 바가 있어서 밤에 외출하기가 조금 걱정되었습니다. 강변 산책로는 도보로 약 8분 거리에 있으며, 산책로를 따라 인기 있는 바비큐 레스토랑이 있습니다. 알라모 박물관은 도보로 약 13분 거리에 있습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔입니다!

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it.
We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

더블룸, 트윈룸 총 2개의 객실을 예약했습니다. 트윈룸에서는 냄새 문제가 없습니다. 호텔에는 비교적 간단한 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지만 배불리 먹기에 충분합니다. 차를 싣고 내려주는 기사님도 예의 바르고 열정적이셔서 엄지손가락을 치켜세웠습니다.

The facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure.
We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

달라스 경유할 때마다 항상 여기서 숙박합니다. 편리하고 깨끗하며 공항 셔틀도 있어서 좋아요. 프런트 직원분들도 친절하시고, 맞은편에 식당도 있어요. 유일한 단점은 에어컨 소리가 좀 시끄럽다는 점입니다.

Really nice hotel. The things I care most about in a hotel are a quiet room and a good bed. This place was perfect for both of those things. Really quiet and easy to rest. The bedding is clean and well maintained and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The filtered water with bottles is super convenient. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있습니다. 헬스장과 작은 수영장이 있습니다. 근처에 중식당, 태국식당, 멕시코식당이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 다만 객실에 생수가 없습니다. 특정 층에 있는 자판기에서 사거나 제빙기에서 얼음을 가져오는 방법밖에 없습니다.

호텔 자체의 규모도 상당히 컸으며 직원들은 전문적으로 손님들을 대해 주었고, 모든 시설이 잘 되어 있었습니다
에어컨 방식이 오래전 방식이라 냉방과 난방을 조절 하려면 직원들의 도움이 필요 하였습니다
조식은 훌륭하였고, 직원들 모두가 친절 하였습니다

GGwenyvere9Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar.
I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight!
Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine.

리리뷰어Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

공항 셔틀 24/7이 있지만 북쪽의 다른 10 개 호텔과 결합됩니다. 잘못된 것이 있으면 30 분 이상 기다리는 것은 아무것도 아닙니다. 어쨌든 기다리고있는 호텔에 전화하십시오. 모든 날개를 따라 왕복 여행이 준비되면 호텔까지 약 20 분이 걸립니다. 나는 개인적으로 그것을 가져 갔다. 그것은 밴드의 가방에서 호텔에 1.5 시간 ....에 관한 것, 특히 자정 주위에 너무 길다.

리리뷰어가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔이었고, 시설도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 조식도 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 다만 엄지손가락만 한 바퀴벌레가 방에 들어왔던 것이 유일한 단점이었습니다. 호텔 측에서 해충 방제에 더 신경을 써야 할 것 같습니다.

리리뷰어My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
