Really nice hotel. The things I care most about in a hotel are a quiet room and a good bed. This place was perfect for both of those things. Really quiet and easy to rest. The bedding is clean and well maintained and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The filtered water with bottles is super convenient. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

호텔이 D터미널에 위치해서 멕시코 몬테레이를 가시거나 몬테레이에서 인천에 가시는 분들에게는
별도 터미널 이동 없이 금방 찾아가실 수 있어요.
룸컨디션은 쾌적하고 기본 어뮤니티는 비누와 샤워도구 준비돼있고
면도크림, 면도기, 치약, 칫솔 등등 필요하신 건 별도 비용 없이 프론트에 전화하면 문까지 가져다 줍니다.
하지만 터미널 보안구역 밖에는 편의점이나 음식점이 없기 때문에 식사는 룸서비스나 호텔 내부 식당을 이용하시면 됩니다.
룸서비스는 방 내부에 비치된 QR코드 인식하여 핸드폰으로 주문 가능해요. 편리하고 좋아요.

I liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi works well, there is a large desk for working, a microwave, and a coffee maker. There are also some drawbacks: the housekeeping staff are very persistent about entering the room, and there is noise from the corridor.

방금 러스 공항에서 환승하여 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 공항 주변의 많은 호텔이이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 씨트립의 많은 평가는 외부 네트워크에서 영어 리뷰를 잡는 것입니다. 나쁜 리뷰가 많고 점수가 낮습니다. 확인을 위해 예약했지만이 호텔의 점수는 8 점 이상이며 인근 호텔에 잃지 않습니다. 미국에서 1 박 5-6 100 위안, 호텔에는 2 인 조식 포함 무료 공항 셔틀 버스가 있으며 만족합니다. 실제로 호텔은 오래되었지만 건강과 서비스는 매우 좋으며 일부 외국인 평가만큼 좋지 않습니다. 공항까지 셔틀 버스가 정시에 출발합니다. 공항에서 호텔까지의 비행은 불확실합니다. 비행기에서 내린 후 호텔 프런트 데스크에 전화하여 어느 터미널에 있는지 알려주십시오. 여러 터미널을 여행 할 때 당신을 수 있습니다. DF / W 공항에는 실제로 ABCDEF 터미널이 여러 개 있으며 건물 사이에 작은 기차가 필요합니다. 각 터미널의 지하 도로에는 픽업 택시 정류장이 있으며, 각 호텔의 버스는 보라색 카드 Courtesy Vans 지역에 정차하며 많은 승객이 기다리고 있습니다. 호텔 차량의 본체에는 호텔 이름과 로고가 인쇄되어 있습니다. 만족하면 운전자에게 팁을주는 것을 잊지 마십시오. 기본 임금이 낮고 삶을 개선하기 위해 이것에 의존합니다.

I was greeted by two warm and friendly people at the desk. I was extremely tired from traveling and knowing this was a kind hotel made me feel at ease. The rooms are great! Beds comfy. The breakfast was fresh and healthy choices were plenty. All staff were happy and smiling - this makes the greatest difference for the weary traveler . Thanks Holiday Inn Express , wonderful place to end a busy travel week.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

체크아웃하는 것을 잊었지만 열쇠를 반납하고 공항으로 셔틀을 타고 갔어요. 머물기에 아름다운 곳이었고, 직원과 운전기사가 친절했어요. 반려동물 허용

GGwenyvere9Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar.
I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight!
Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine.

리리뷰어Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

공항 셔틀 24/7이 있지만 북쪽의 다른 10 개 호텔과 결합됩니다. 잘못된 것이 있으면 30 분 이상 기다리는 것은 아무것도 아닙니다. 어쨌든 기다리고있는 호텔에 전화하십시오. 모든 날개를 따라 왕복 여행이 준비되면 호텔까지 약 20 분이 걸립니다. 나는 개인적으로 그것을 가져 갔다. 그것은 밴드의 가방에서 호텔에 1.5 시간 ....에 관한 것, 특히 자정 주위에 너무 길다.

리리뷰어가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔이었고, 시설도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 조식도 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 다만 엄지손가락만 한 바퀴벌레가 방에 들어왔던 것이 유일한 단점이었습니다. 호텔 측에서 해충 방제에 더 신경을 써야 할 것 같습니다.
