호텔 221호실에서 3박을 묵었습니다. 아래층 건물에서 나오는 아주 밝은 스포트라이트 두 개가 밤새도록 켜져 있어서 잠을 제대로 이루지 못했습니다. 커튼을 쳐도 방은 여전히 ​​환했습니다. 프런트에 옆 가게에 밤에 불을 꺼달라고 부탁해 달라고 했습니다. 프런트는 망설임 없이 호텔 시설이 아니니 통제할 수 없다고 했습니다. 가게에 미리 알렸는데도 가게가 동의하지 않았다면 그건 또 다른 문제입니다. 굳이 물어보지도 않고 손님에게 직접 연락을 했다는 건 부적절한 처사입니다. 모든 손님이 이 빛 공해 때문에 불편을 겪게 될 것이고, 호텔 매출은 점차 감소할 것입니다.

소코스 호텔은 중심지에 위치해 있고 다양한 즐길 거리가 있는 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 펍은 조용히 앉아 있기 좋은 곳이었고, 아래층에는 아미고 댄스 플로어가 있었습니다. 바로 옆에는 비루 쇼핑센터가 있어서 필요한 모든 상점을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 호텔 객실에서 유일하게 마음에 들지 않았던 점은 화장실에서 애완동물 배설물 냄새가 났던 것인데, 샤워를 하고 나니 냄새가 사라졌습니다.

시내까지는 걸어서 약 15분 정도 소요됩니다. 주변에 식당과 슈퍼마켓이 많아서 편리했습니다. 방은 평범했지만 깨끗했습니다. 공용 공간에는 식기가 충분히 있었고, 큰 냉장고, 식기 건조대, 전자레인지, 전기 포트가 구비되어 있었습니다. 직접 요리하기는 어렵겠지만, 사온 음식을 보관하거나 간단히 데워 먹기에는 충분해 보였습니다. 셀프 체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 순조로웠습니다. 다음에도 다시 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다. 자판기가 있었지만, 작은 과자나 무알코올 음료 위주였던 것 같습니다.

호텔은 명승지의 입구인 구시가지에 전략적으로 위치해 있습니다. 새로운 개조 및 개장으로 인해 호텔은 매우 새롭고 아름답고 서비스는 따뜻하고 사려 깊으며 가격 대비 성능이 매우 좋습니다. 높은. 특히 아침식사로는 연어가 무제한으로 제공되며, 오렌지주스와 자몽주스를 직접 만들어 드실 수도 있습니다.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

All good experience. Convenient to Railway and Ferry Terminals . 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast had all the expected buffet choices. Room was cramped. Ensuite shower, WC and Basin can best be described as economic. So small I bumped my head on the door when ascent to toilet. Adequate for overnight stay. Emergency Stair lead to a dead end full of stored items which blocked any emergency egress.

入駐這個酒店一定要特別耐心，防止浪費時間轉圈圈。一下飛機就打車到酒店, 司機帶着我繞了一圈都沒看酒店大堂在哪裡。下了車，繞了一圈，還是沒有找到。 又繞了半圈，看見一個人在酒店旁邊搬東西。他告訴我 這是後門，進不去酒店裡麪。 於是我又繞了半圈回到原點，多次查看谷歌地圖，並詢問路人，這就是酒店的正確地址。 於是我再次重新繞一圈，發現有個門上面貼了提示語。按照提示語，搜尋谷歌地圖，走到另外一家酒店，上樓，辦理check in. 一個女生，帶着20KG的箱子，在寒冷的大風中度過了將近30分鐘。向前台投訴 為什麼提示語這麼小，為什麼在預訂酒店的APP上提示要在不同的酒店辦理checkin。我又拖着笨重的行李下樓，男生就在旁邊看着，也沒人幫忙。拖着箱子走回到剛才的酒店地址。中午12點多10來分的時候，酒店催我辦理checkout，我説五分鐘之內離開房間，把卡留在房間，堅決不帶着笨重地行李再去另外一個酒店前台辦理checkout，她説我離開房間的時候，要打電話給前台。我多次強調五分鐘之內我會離開房間，讓他們直接上門檢查，我不再回打電話給前台，最終同意了。 總之，這次入住體驗 心情很差咯。飛機託運把我箱子也搞壞了。
