수영장 시설을 갖춘 스페인 바스크 컨트리 호텔

훌륭한 호텔과 직원, 모든 것이 쉬웠고 의심의 여지없이 반복 할 것입니다. 멋진 위치와 훌륭한 아침 식사. 훌륭한 스타일과 맛을 지닌 현대적인 객실, 경이로운 휴식을 취할 수 있는 조용한 곳.

호텔은 해변과 구시가지까지 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에는 작은 옥상 수영장과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 복도와 화장실에서 소리가 크게 들립니다. 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 바닥이 더러웠습니다. 호텔에는 전기 자동차를 위한 무료 충전소가 있는 주차장이 있습니다. 하지만 주차장이 매우 좁습니다. 맛있고 다양한 아침 식사.

The experience was good, the room was spacious and clean. Really nice time there.

お部屋が空いていたので早めにチェックインさせて貰えて大変助かりました。レセプションの方もコンシェルジュの方も皆さん大変親切で　食べ物屋さん　観光地　交通手段等等　日本語しか話せない私が翻訳アプリを駆使して問い合わせをしたのにも関わらず　笑顔で何度も教えてくれました。建物も雰囲気のあるホテルでしたが　お部屋はモダンな感じでした。中庭もあり　陽がさしている時は暖かく気持ち良いくらいでした。部屋が天井が高いせいか寒かったのでエアコンのスイッチを入れたのですが　いつまでも寒いままなのでフロントに行き　その旨告げると　冷房と暖房の切り替えが必要で、冷房のまま使っていたようです。シャワーもレインシャワーと普通のシャワーがあり、ボタンを押すだけでどちらか選べて便利でした。水量も十分です。

무료 주차와 아래 도시의 아름다운 전망을 높이 평가했습니다. 호텔은 버스 정류장 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 우리 호텔 방은 꽤 깨끗했지만 객실 편의 시설을 기본으로 설명 할 것입니다. 베개는 너무 푹신했습니다. 아마도 베개 충전이 부족했기 때문일 것입니다. 화장실의 모션 센서 조명도 5분마다 꺼져 있어 가끔 조금 짜증이 났습니다. 지불한 가격에 대해 나는 여전히 우리의 체류가 그만한 가치가 있다고 생각합니다.

We had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, location next to bus stop with frequent service to downtown, spa/pool are chargeable, free and safe parking. Can recommend for stay.

A very new & clean hotel. Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.  Journey is abt 15-20mins.  Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it. Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel. Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

La atención nada más al llegar, muy amables las chicas de recepción,llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos indicaron que al estar limpia podríamos hacer el check in en ese momento. La habitación de lujo. Puntuación del buffet del desayuno: 10

La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.
