바 시설을 갖춘 미국 오리건주 호텔

위치는 괜찮지만 호텔 근처에 노숙자들이 많습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고, 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었습니다. 단점은 무료 주차장이 없다는 것입니다 (59달러짜리 발렛 파킹을 제공하는데 너무 비쌉니다). 운이 좋으면 호텔 근처에서 무료 야간 주차 공간을 찾을 수 있을 겁니다 (오후 7시부터 오전 8시까지는 무료입니다). 따라서 차 없이 여행하는 분들에게 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

포틀랜드 시내에 위치하여 최근 꽤 위험한 곳이지만 전반적인 호텔 퀄리티는 괜찮고 침대도 편안합니다.

미국출장시에 항상 찾아오는 호텔입니다. 청결하고 좋으며, 최근 리셉션 직원들이 모두 바뀌셨는데 여전히 친절하고 좋아요. 접근성 및 편리성 모두 강추

예약에 꽤 늦게 도착했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 정중했고 체크인 할 때 쿠키를 제공했습니다. 내 방은 깨끗하고 질서 정연했습니다. 카펫에 약간의 얼룩이 있었지만 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 샤워는 훌륭했고 두 개의 샤워 헤드가있었습니다. 침대 옆을 포함하여 내 모든 장치를 위한 많은 콘센트가 방 전체에 있었습니다. 방에는 작은 소파 커피 테이블, 전자레인지 및 미니 냉장고도 있었는데 매우 좋았습니다. 그들은 방에 생수를 청구했습니다. 나는 아침 식사가 포함되어 방을 예약했을 때 추가 비용을 지불했습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 베이컨, 소시지, 감자, 계란, 와플. 그들은 또한 샐러드 바 지역에 베이글과 일부 항목을 가지고 있었지만 나는 그것들을 엉망으로 만들지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 내 유일한 불만은 주차와 관련이 있습니다. 처음에는 주차 공간이 많지 않았고 장소는 매우 작았습니다. 주차 할 때 내 차에 출입하는 것이 매우 어려웠습니다. 호텔은 찾기가 매우 쉬웠으며 I-5에서 바로 떨어져있었습니다. 그러나 입구가 뒤쪽에 자리 잡고 있음을 경고하겠습니다.

귀 호텔에 최근 투숙했을 당시 냉장고에 보관되어 있던 제 개인 소지품 처리 방식에 대해 심각한 우려와 실망감을 표명하고자 이 글을 작성합니다. 저희는 12월 23일부터 24일까지 힐튼 포틀랜드 다운타운 호텔 416호와 417호에 투숙했습니다. 체크아웃 시, 처방약이 가득 담긴 상자 하나가 실수로 객실 냉장고에 남겨져 있었습니다. 해당 물품의 종류를 명확히 설명드리겠습니다. 상자는 내용물이 가득 차 있었고 훼손되지 않았습니다. 상자 안에는 주사형 처방약이 들어 있었으며, 명백히 의료용품이었습니다. 약은 냉장고에 보관되어 있었고, 객실 밖에 방치된 것이 아니었습니다. 이 물품들은 쓰레기가 아니며, 의료용품임을 쉽게 알아볼 수 있습니다. 이러한 사실들을 고려할 때, 다음과 같은 점은 매우 우려스럽고 용납할 수 없습니다. 물품이 버려졌거나 부적절하게 처리되었다는 점, 그리고 의료적으로 중요한 이 물품들을 보관해야 하는지 여부를 확인하기 위해 저에게 연락을 취하지 않았다는 점입니다. 최소한 호텔 직원들은 냉장 보관해야 하는 주사제가 쓰레기가 아니며, 폐기 전에 투숙객에게 확인해야 한다는 점을 인지해야 한다고 생각합니다. 이를 소홀히 한 것은 심각한 부주의와 무책임을 보여주는 것이며, 특히 이러한 약품의 의학적 중요성을 고려할 때 더욱 그렇습니다. 이러한 약품은 만성 질환 관리에 필수적이며, 분실로 인해 투숙객에게 상당한 고통과 불편을 초래했습니다. 간단한 전화 한 통으로 이러한 상황을 충분히 예방할 수 있었습니다.

이 호텔은 처음 이용했는데 꽤 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋고 객실도 좋았습니다. 샤워실과 옷장이 분리되어 있고, 객실에 커피 메이커도 있었습니다. 주차장은 없지만 발레파킹 서비스가 있습니다. 차를 가져오시면 제퍼슨 스트리트 옆 블록에 주차하실 수 있습니다. 편안하고 가격도 적당했습니다. 하우스키핑과 서비스 응대가 다소 느렸습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

한 마디: 완벽합니다! 의심의 여지없이, 내가 더 많은 돈을 쓰지 않고 머물렀던 최고의 호텔. 나는 많은 빛이있는 멋진 코너 룸을 가지고 있었고 편의 시설은 탁월했습니다. 편안한 침대, 수압이 좋은 큰 욕실, 편의 시설 키트(그림 참조), 거대한 TV(많은 호텔과 달리 운영하기 쉬웠음), 합리적인 전등 스위치, 전원 콘센트가 많고 침대 양쪽에 USB가 있어 전화 충전, 부드러운 가운, 우수한 플런저 커피 메이커, 냉장고, 객실 내 금고 등 솔직히 아무 잘못도 없었습니다. 직원들은 매우 좋았습니다. 바와 레스토랑도 매우 좋았습니다. 나는 단지 내가 거기에서 2 박 이상을 가지고 있기를 바란다. 멋진 숙박.
