수영장 시설을 갖춘 불가리아 소피아 호텔

Gondolaya çok yakındı. Kapalı havuzu temiz ve güzeldi. Yemeklerdeki aciklamalar daha detaylı olabilirdi.

이 지역에서 가장 고급스럽고 좋은 호텔, 방은 꽤 새롭고 로비의 아이스크림은 맛있고 디저트도 좋고 호수가 매우 아름답고 호수 주변을 산책 할 수 있으며 30 분 후에 환경이 아름답습니다.

We chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.
