當地最豪華和好的酒店了，房間挺新的，大堂的雪糕很好吃，甜品也不錯，有一個湖很漂亮，可以繞湖一週散步，半小時走完，環境很美

Perfect vacation for our family. Big rooms and very clean. The food was super good for both breakfast and dinner.

Stopped for charging my car. The charging places was occupied by non-charging cars. Managed to charge anyway. Took a coffee. 5 EUR, which is a lot for Bulgaria. Then had to pay 2.5 EUR to leave the parking. Will avoid this silly place next time.

Amazing spa area and the hotel in general is amazing. Certain areas need a bit improvement. Food was very tasty - dinner and breakfast - unfortunately the a la carte was closed. I also find 22.00 closing the restaurant in summer rather early - that should be adjusted.

The heating system wouldn’t work in room, it was rather cold inside. I was not possible to switch to “heat” mode of air conditioner. I called the stuff and they told that it was really impossible to heat up my room other than providing me with an electric heater.

I organized an event with international guests visiting Bulgaria and selected the hotel for its convenient location to Sofia airport. This is really a strong advantage of the hotel as it is less then an hour drive from Sofia. First impressions were excellent as the view from the lobby and the surrounding area is spectacular. The interiors of the hotel were also recently renovated and were very modern and stylish. We really liked the size of the rooms as well the furnishing in them. The conference room that we used was on the small side but was just fitting for our needs. All of the positives listed above, however, were cancelled by the absolutely worst service I have experienced in a hotel of this rank. I was shocked by everyone's grumpy and unprofessional attitude. What surprised me is that this was not a few people but everyone that we had to interact with from the staff (from the receptionist, through the staff in the restaurants to managers of restaurants, etc.). My only explanation is that they did not have proper trainings but even if so, this is completely unacceptable. For everything that we asked we received a "No" answer straight away, sometime not even waiting for us to finish with the question / request. The lady at the lobby bar got almost aggressive when we asked for splitting the bill in 3 and putting it on different rooms. The behavior of the manager of the "new" restaurant was completely unprofessional, the gentlemen serving there was also extremely rude, explaining that he does not care about the hotel and that the restaurant is his only job to do, when asked some basic questions. Manager of the "standard" restaurant was also rather unprepared and mostly unwilling to respond to any of our requests. The only normal interaction that we had was with some waiters that showed some genuine care but most of the time were very inexperienced to support. It is really a pity that such a nice infrastructure, interiors and location can be completely ruined by the level of the service. Hopefully they can improve, but for sure I will not be back any time soon.

Amazing views and a huge, beautiful park with lake. Verry good SPA center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty and variable food. Strongly recommended.
