하얏트 리젠시 프라벳츠 리조트(Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort)

當地最豪華和好的酒店了，房間挺新的，大堂的雪糕很好吃，甜品也不錯，有一個湖很漂亮，可以繞湖一週散步，半小時走完，環境很美

We booked 2 rooms for us (2 adults and 2 children (3yo and 0yo)) and my parents. We wanted two cribs for the kids so we were advised to take a suite instead because it's bigger. When we arrived: - the cribs were installed in my parents' room not in ours. - We were waiting for an hour after calling reception, for someone to bring cribs to our room. - there were no accessories for the children - no slippers, no bathrobe, no shampoo, no soup, no nothing. After asking the hotel cleaners they give us bathrobes for the kids. - the 2 beds room that my parents stayed at, turns out to be bigger than our bedroom even with the 2 cribs installed there. - the 2 rooms were in 2 different floors (even that the hotel was almost empty), which will not be such a problem if not for the stupid "security reasons" to not be able to access other floors with the cards. So my parents can't come to us and help us with the kids and we can't go to them. - It was impossible to leave the electricity turned on in the room. This made impossible leaving a baby monitor to watch the kids. - No bidet or shower next to the toilet seat. - In both men's and women's changing rooms the water was blazing hot no matter which direction we turn the faucet. Yes! Even way to the cold end the water was hot. We tried all showers in both changing rooms with the same result. This made impossible to shower our 8 months old daughter after the pool. - the breakfasts were good, but the dinners were mediocre at best - the beef was dry and tough, the chicken was tasty due to the spices but was also dry, the pork was dry and tough, the salmon was dry and overcooked, the asparagus and the brussels sprouts were overcooked. The only thing that redeemed the hotel was that aside all this, the stay was relaxing and the complex is very beautiful.

The hotel has a great location and an amazing view to the lake. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, my first visit at the Hyatt Resort Pravets was really good. I recommend it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff was more than helpful, assisting us with all requests we had during a 2 day work-related workshop.

If you need a refreshment near the capital - this is your place. Beautiful nature and excellent hotel - perfect for conferences or family stay. Peaceful and calm.

Professional staff, good food, great nature! The presentation area was great, with no technical problems and good Wi-Fi!

The location is very good, the hotel looks amazing from the outside, the parking lot is big, the lobby is big and stylishly done. The room was just amazing, with a terrace and a very good view. I was fascinated by the spa area, the pool was very large and in general everything was up to par. Worth going man.

The only thing that needs desperately to be improved it the SPA. The current one is for a 3* star hotel. The pool is with relatively cold water, no Jacuzzi, poor choice between the Sauna and the Steam room. The view and the location of the hotel are amazing. The staff is quite friendly, although we had to wait for 20-30 minutes sometimes before someone comes along and picks up our order.
