Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. Highly recommended. I stayed here Corner King Room with Waterway view Balcony for 3 nights. Love the food, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again.

여기에서 예약하기 전에 많이 검색하고 검색했습니다. 모든 러스 호텔에서 또는 대다수의 의견은 쿠션이 있다고 말했고 이것에서 아무도 발견되지 않았습니다. 그래서 조용히 숨을 쉴 수 있었다. 깨끗하다는 사실이라면 침대도 편하고 수건도 많고 넓었어요. 그리고 우리는 ONWHEN의 소음을 듣지 못했습니다. 그래서 BIE

좋은 위치, 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 위생적이며 프론트 데스크 직원은 환영하고 전문적입니다. 비즈니스 여행에 추천합니다. 합리적인 가격, 다음에도 묵을 생각입니다.

본관에서는 곰팡이와 죽은 쥐 냄새가 났습니다. 첫 번째 방은 담배와 디젤 연료 냄새가 났습니다. TV 리모컨이 고장나서 신호가 약해서 채널이 끊어졌습니다. 샤워 후 화장실이 방에 물에 잠겼습니다. 방에 들어간 지 5분 만에 주요 조명기구가 떨어져 전선에 매달려 있었습니다. 싱크대 위의 허영심 조명이 작동하지 않았습니다. 욕실의 환풍기가 작동하지 않았습니다. 패치가 잘 안되는 벽이 많이 있습니다. 화장실 사건 후 방을 바꿨습니다. 두 번째 방은 수영장 염소 냄새가났다. 욕실의 바퀴벌레 가족. 화장실은 전혀 작동하지 않았고 아침 7시에 손에 빈대에 의해 깨어났습니다. 옆집 사람들은 방에서 담배를 피우고 계속해서 냄새가 났어요! 나는 San Angelo를 자주 방문하며이 위치를 다시는 예약하지 않을 것입니다 !!

the fact its only 3 cons to this place 1. can't control the air/heat 2. hve to light the gas stove with a lighter which is dangerous  3. cnt smoke anywhere in the property (which i didnt kno til this month when the receptionist (tht didnt check us in) came being rude because it doesn't say it online the rules nor anywhere on the property just no smoking in the room but other then that it was wonderful i loved the set up & for the ppl who may sleep over late tht late check out fee is something serious so please read (i didnt hve to pay just saw it) this is definitely a hidden gem for such a cheap price theres places higher then this & you dont even get half the things that where in the room

놀라운 호텔. 매우 현대적이고 세련된. 그것의 모든 부분을 좋아했습니다. 수영장과 현지 상점은 완벽했고 위치는 훨씬 좋습니다! 그것을 모두 좋아했습니다. 비싸지 만 가치가 있습니다!
