Everything is good except it doesn’t offer free water

Room 609 made our stay a terrible morning. “Nicholas” was loud in 609 and all we heard was hotel staff trying to get him out. Then police arrived and had to escort him out. So had very little sleep. A very different experience checking out than checking in. Had the worker asked, how was my stay, I would’ve told them unpleasant. Glad they got the guy out, but acknowledging the rooms around with credit might be a nice gesture. I’m sure the others didn’t enjoy it either. Good hotel, just unfortunate experience.

Great location, amenities and pool. Parkingfees are steep at $86 per night — they just increased the rate to $56 plus the 8.25% parking tax adds about another $20 to the rate.

The pictures online were very deceiving. The hotel was dirty and our hallways and room smelt very musty. The pool was black, not crystal clear blue, you couldn’t even see the bottom. Our room was on the fourth floor but the music at the pool was very loud until 10 pm. Not ideal with a child in our room. I didn’t see a single employee except when I needed to check in or valet my car. Not a great visit and way to spend my first time in Austin. I would not recommend.

Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We got the suite and it was so spacious and beautiful. Great location for walking, biking, or kayaking!

Great location close to downtown and Soco. Plenty of great options to eat inside the hotel and in the area. Nice pool and amenities. Great staff. Stay there with my husband for four nights, we had a great time.
